It was nice enough to sleep after long day of walking. Room was tiny and a bit musky. Bed was comfortable. Very convenient location. Bus and metro nearby. Very walkable.

Travelled as a couple; Sept 2024. Rooms are not as shown in the pics. They are mostly painted concrete and look like dorm rooms. The staff did not acknowledge the presence of any guests unless you went right up and asked a question - and the answer was often ‘I don’t know’ or something else similarly unhelpful. Great location but disappointing everything else.

Would have been better if the water was available in the room and the coffee/tea area. We had to wait several minutes outside because the front desk person left to bring something to a room.

The location of this hotel was great! It was close to a lot of things. The inside of the room was so cute with the decor and the different lights in the bathroom. My issue was the air conditioning wasn’t the best in the rooms. We tried to explain that to the person at the front desk and they kind of dismissed us said, “we'll look at it tomorrow”. We got someone on the phone to translate to him that we will leave if this matter is not fixed at the moment. He finally moved us to another room but the a/c wasn’t too much better. The a/c works very well in common spaces. Then on one of days the power goes out completely on our floor. We left the next day.

I thought the hotel was excellent. Very close to everything!

The hotel was clean and had a cool vibe. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Checking in and checking out was painless. The area, most importantly, was amazing. It was close to public transportation, but also only a 15 minute walk through ancient winding streets to the Barcelona Cathedral in the gothic quarter. I loved my stay at this hotel.

Can you change de color of the walls? Should be a lighter color, more modern. Also, mention to your customers that liquids inside the fridge are free to drink. Nobody told us.

Place is clean and is at the centre of the places we wanted to visit. Good breakfast selection. Near the metro and bars.

Nice hotel, great location

Clean well managed hotel with all necessary facilities in a great place for La Ramblas and all central/old Barcelona.

The hotel was good and the decoration of the rooms it’s kind of funky and creative. The rooms have a decent space for you to accommodate your stuff. The breakfast is good, has a good variety of food to start your day. Very well located, you can walk to several touristic attractions or to take the bus or metro and if a taxi it’s required, they are not too expensive.

The room was a little small, but it was clean. It’s in a good location, great breakfast spread (hot and cold items), A/C worked well.

Great location, satisfactory facility

Great location near Placa de la Catalunya and Placa De La Universitat. Easy walk to La Rambla and La Boqueria. The hotel itself is just ok - ‘basic’ is a good description. My room was not ready at check-in time, and the desk clerk seemed slightly annoyed when I asked when she thought it would be ready (I guess she just wanted me to go away). The room is concrete - nothing on the floors or walls, so it felt a little like a cell. Nice bathroom, though, and the bed was pretty comfy. Concrete must not be a good sound buffer - I could hear the person in the next room snoring.

Location is slightly off the beaten path but very close and accessible to important landmarks or public transportation. Facilities could use an update but, overall, good value for the money. Would stay again.

Location was more than great . Everything was within walking distance. Room was clean and quite. The only concern was internet, it was not very stable in the evening.

We booked this property because of location. It is close to transportation, bus, train. La Rambla is walkable. Lots of restaurants, fast food, shopping around the area. But because it is so close to the university, it could be loud at night. AC doesn’t seem to be working. I think they call it, “air controlled…”. It’s a good thing that we can just open the windows at night, other wise it is kinda hot inside the room. The bathroom is ok, it is not spotless clean but it’s good enough. They have friendly staff. Check in and out was easy. If in the future we are going back to Barcelona, we’ll definitely stay here again.

Nice Enough

The hotel was more beautiful in the photos than in real life. We upgraded to a better room but the room still looked standard. We booked through Kayak, and the hotel photos included photos of a beautiful breakfast area, but when I called to ask if there was breakfast, I got a sharp NO. Otherwise though, the bed was very comfortable, the room was clean enough, and the front desk staff was very nice. And the location was great.

I don’t think it should be a “3 start hotel”. My room did not feel clean, the towels were not replaces but mostly put back. They did not have any toiletries besides soap. Also the lobby and general common areas smelled bad. Simply they could do better with cleaning

We were not informed that the hotel was under renovation.

The a/c and ventilation system was poor, the toilet wasn’t event fixed to the bathroom and just wobbled, the walls, windows and doors are paper thin and you can hear everything.

I found the breakfast poor. Room was clean but also no television stations for the English besides the one news channel

I like the location which is really convenience to reach different attractions either on foot or by metro.

The hotel is near where the Aerobus drops off passengers. The breakfast is okay. Although we stayed for 6 days, the breakfast has not much variety. But you get what you pay for. The room is not big just like any other rooms in Europe. What I like about it is that it has no carpet. Don’t expect too much. Because there isn’t much. Just basic.

Really good location. The staff were extremely friendly. The bathroom was very modern and really good quality fixtures. The bedroom was good too, however there were small cosmetic issues which would be the only thing negative. Overall this was a great experience and I would recommend for anyone.

The property was well located and well maintained. I was never sure about the amenities.....one day we were missing a bath towel; another couple of days the coffee was not replaced. There were 2 coffee cups, but no drinking water glass. Personnel were friendly and nice, especially the two ladies.

Really good hotel in great position for everything. Easy for transport, shopping, and sightseeing. The staff are all very helpful when you have a question. .

Great location. Slow checkin process. Hotel didn’t offer typical maps and tourist information. But the rooms were nice and clean. Breakfast downstairs was nice.

Location was further away from the Ramblas than I had expected but doable. Desk Personnel were extremely helpful and informative. The only downside was the breakfast food was not kept hot as we preferred.

Nice Hotel in Barcelona

Great location and very helpful staff. Room was clean and pleasant. Only negative was housecleaning didn’t restock after first night, I.e., coffee. Woiod recommend!

Super location, very nice

Great location, funky vibe, nice room and ver nice staff. I was lucky to get a room at the back, with a balcony. Shower head size of a pizza, brilliant. Only setback is thin walls if you happen to get a room with a connection door, you can hear everything in the other room. Not with the other side, a brick wall division. Apart from that (and I had good neighbours) I absolutely loved my 5 nights here and would go back. Lots of cheap eateries on Placa Universidad, right around the corner and less than 5 minutes from Las Rambla, yet location is quiet. Great.

Clean, comfortable and convenient location.

An overnight stay. Very close to Plaza Catalunya and handy for airport bus. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops nearby. Staff very welcoming. We were given an upgrade to a room with a balcony Dom which the view wasn’t scenic but I suppose would have been great for sunbathing.

Very funky and illuminating hotel in a great location.

Great location! Just a few minutes walk from Universitat Metro (drop off point for Aerobus airport transfer bus from T2 terminal). 10 minutes walk from Plaça Catalunya (to catch aerobus back to airport). Also 10-15 minutes walk to Eixample and La Rambla. Recommend flax and kale around the corner for great vegan options around the corner! Modern bathroom with rainfall shower head and cool colourful lights! Don’t expect too much from gym (small room with exercise bike and step machine). The room we had (508) had a shared door so you can neighbours if they’re loud.

Location to subway and central, within an easy walk to everything we wanted to see, glad we stayed here.

great hotel for a good price. Location was amazing, we were able to walk almost everywhere and was very close to a metro station. Perfect for somewhere to stay when on vacation.

Disco lights

Clean room set near the main hub of the city. Comfy bed. Bathroom had neon lighting which was neat, and easy to shut off.

A perfect stay!

Our stay at the Hotel Reding Croma was perfect. We were on the 4th floor which was the green floor! Every floor was assigned a a different colour. We stayed in a triple room which was spacious, had air conditioning, a fridge and an amazing bathroom. The hotel was in a perfect location and the nearest Metro Station was Universitat which was about a 5 minute walk away. La Rambla was also about 5 minutes away with it's shops and bustling atmosphere. The Metro system was easy to use and although we did walk quite a lot we did use it to go to the beach, Sagrada Familia and Park Quell. The breakfast had a selection of hot and cold food including eggs, bacon, omelette, meats, cheese, cereals, fresh fruit, cakes and also hot drinks and juices. The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful and even printed our boarding passes and ordered us a taxi.

Roof leaked in the middle of the night due to the room above ours leaving their shower running. We had to go down and get someone from reception who said nothing could be done until the morning. This ruined our sleep and we didn’t get any sort of compensation.

Better than I expected, modern style, excellent location.

My room was nice, just wished they had a bigger mini fridge and a microwave. The thing i did not like was the loud noise occurring upstairs or next to my room. I was on the first floor and nonstop i kept hearing chairs being dragged, things being dropped and dragged around. I thought it was the little itty bitty gym that the noise was coming from but it was actually the kitchen that was making all that noise. So if you're on the first floor, be aware of the loud noise from the kitchen.

Great location in Gothic Quarter.

The hotel is centrally located and a short walk to La Rambla and the hop on hop off bus. Very clean and the staff was exceptional. The bed was a little hard for our taste but other than that it was an outstanding hotel. Wifi was very good. Chose to go around the corner for breakfast but buffet breakfast looked fine. 11 euros pp. we just wanted coffee and something light.

Really enjoyed my stay. Really close the the center of the city. The staff was really welcoming. Thank you very much for the guy who did our check in, I did not get his name but very helpful.

Good location, was clean and staff were freindly. Different colours to represent each floor was good touch and bathroom with mood lighting added a nice touch too. Only minor issue was there were no spoon to make tea/coffee in the room and no iron in the room too. Overall a great hotel and would happily stay there again.

Nice place to stay.

Th receptionist ‘Peter’ was very helpful, recommending good tapas restaurants and booking tickets for us. There was a little noise, possibly from the nearby Irish bar, as we were on the second floor so if absolute quiet is essential try a higher floor and a room facing away from the street. Very good location.

Hotel is in a perfect position in the centre of the city, friendly staff and walking distance of numerous restaurants.

Good location and price.

Good location. Five mins to La Rambla, 7-8 mins to airport bus/ metro stop in Place de Catalunya, although Universitat metro is only 3 mins away. Nice room on top floor, with excellent bathroom, and a kettle, which is always a plus. Breakfast was just ok, hot food was lukewarm and the toaster wasn’t up to the job. Having said that, we’d stop here again.

A beatiful 3* hotel, with big room and veri clean. 2minutes walking fronte metro station. I would definetely stay bere if I came back in Barcelona!

The hotel is located within walking distance of the metro, restaurants, shops, and etc. It’s perfectly located in the city center. The staff are friendly and helpful with navigating the city. The rooms are snug for a family but were nice and clean. The breakfast that’s offered wasn’t our favorite but they have an awesome coffee machine. We plan on going back to Barcelona this summer and would stay at Hotel Reding again.

Great location central everywhere!

Very central and walking distance to the main strip. Tube less than a minute. La ramblas and diagnal all walking distance amazkngly great with location. Bathroom is okay but can be better. For price its amaizng. Amazing staff too. Luggage storage room for when you check out and want to keep your stuff there. Overall recommended highly!!
