Very good indeed

Fantastic Experience

Enjoyed our 6-day.stay at Lisbon Best Apartments. The Apartment has modern decor, is tastefully decorated, clean. and well stocked. It is close to restaurants and shopping. The staff are amazing. We want to thank Ben for his wonderful hospitality and customer service. We also appreciated the excellent support we received from Yuran during our stay.

This apartment was just about perfect for the two of us plus our small dog. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The decor was very attractive. The staff was professional and responsive and helpful The only gripe we had was that the wifi was really slow, making it hard to watch anything streaming. All in all, I couldn't recommend this place more.

Everything was perfect. Super clean, kind staff, wonderful location for the sightseeing. And thank you for the birthday cake. It was very impressing.

Great stay. Apartment was very well equipped, including so fresh fruit and lots of nespresso coffee pods. Wonderful location, so much to see and wonderful restaurants inwalking distance. Very clean, beds very comfortable, bathroom beautiful and clean. Great support from our host Ben.

Fantastic location! Apartment was extremely clean and tidy, and all messages were responded to promptly and professionally. My friends and I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend; this is really in the best neighborhood.

Excellent location and specious apartment room setting. The landlord is very friendly and welcoming. Just minutes of walking, we can go for good cuisine and attractions in downtown.

Our vacation was literally saved by Lisbon Best Apartments! We had a different rental that was not inhabitable and were forced to find a new rental on Christmas day. Lisbon Best went above and beyond to accommodate us, personally met us at the apartment on Christmas, and we were pleasantly surprised by how nice the unit was. It was clean, well appointed and the bathroom had heated floors! We never ran out of hot water despite long showers. The location was right in the Chiado neighborhood with restaurants and shops and even a small Christmas market right outside. It was luxurious and the staff was prompt and professional.

Truly could not envision a better location. Balcony overlooks a bustling town square and we had the privilege of observing all the festivities of the Christmas Market set up below. With the windows open, the sound of the street musicians float in. Closed, the apartment was quiet enough for our 1 year old to sleep undisturbed by noise (except the occasional siren). The hosts were wonderfully accommodating and responsive. They had a pack and play and high chair waiting for us when we got there and provided outlet converters when we forgot ours. Could not recommend more!

This is an exceptional apartment in a great location. The apartment is tastefully decorated with amazing bathrooms. The amenities parallel those in high end hotels. We found it met all our needs as we needed two bedrooms. We would definitely return.

Great location - wonderful apartment

These apartments are simply superb. Beautifully presented and maintained, spotlessly clean with everything you need provided. The owners are very attentive, in-person check in, whats app/phone contact details provided and nothing is too much trouble - even providing a birthday cake for one of our party who was celebrating a special birthday - impressive! Would recommend and visit again.

Great unit with washing machine facilities. Close to everything. Bahr roof top bar across the road and close to shopping and great food spots.

Management communication is great. Apartment is very spacious. Love the big refrigerator and ability to cook ourselves. This is our first time in Lisbon. Apartment location is great, easy access to all the tourist spots. The neighborhood is very lively. We will stay there again!

They give you dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, lots of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash. Housekeeping maintains the rooms flawlessly. Lots of extra pillows and an extra comforter. Overlooks a beautiful plaza.

This stay was the highlight of our Europe Trip! Let me start by saying the service from the Apart-hotel was so responsive, attentive, and kind! Specifically speaking about Mafalda, the best team member they have! She gave me her contact number and helped us with trip bookings, sent me local recommendations, lent me a portable wifi, and even had champagne, cake, and chocolates delivered to our apartment on our anniversary!! She would answer me even if it was later in the evening, I can’t speak highly enough about the attentive service! THANK YOU MALFADA!! :) In terms of location the apartment faces a vibrant square in Bairro Alto surrounded by the best shopping, dining, and bars! It is walking distance from mostly all the hot spots for tourist sites! In the evenings my husband and I would open the window and listen to the live music from the performers on the square, it was simply perfect! The best part was if we wanted to sleep in early and not listen to the night life on the street, we’d close the window and it was so quiet and peaceful. The apartment itself was extremely clean, and smelled so nice! Thank you so much to this team for making our vacation so special!

Great location in Chiado!

So much fun to be where all the action is. Great location. Great restaurants and the square is right in front of the apartment. Very lively, but quiet once you close up the shutters for the night. We stayed there for four nights and wish we could have stayed longer. I would highly recommend this apartment.

great location, very clean and safe, we felt at home

We stayed here as a family of 6 (kids 8-12 years old) with grandma. It was fantastic. Property managers were super helpful and the location was fantastic. Make sure to eat a Bifana at O Trevo on the corner next to the apartments. We’ll be back.

Excellent location, though could be bit noisy during the weekend. Clean, well furnished and pleasant apartment. Highly recommend.

We had the best stay here at Chiado camoes. It was prime location and Mafalda was a HUGE part of it being the best stay. She helped us from sending a driver to pick us up from the airport and recommended many things to do. We are a family of 5 and we walked everywhere. Thank you Mafalda! I’ll be sending more family your way!

Great apartment in a perfect location

Great little apartment in the heart of Lisbon’s Chiado shopping district. This was located right on a busy square with a lot of people around day and night and we almost never heard anything from within the apartment. It was spacious for our 4 member family and had all the amenities we needed. Having a washer/dryer within the unit is invaluable in the middle of a 2 week vacation. The location was great with us being able to walk to many restaurants and bars as well as the river front. We would definitely stay here again.

Centrally located, good quailty apartments

Lovely centrally located apartment in the heart of Lisbon. Clean and well maintained. Friendly staff. It was just a little tricky coordinating our arrival time with Francisco, the staff member that was to meet us at the property due to unreliable trains on the underground system. Otherwise perfect stay overlooking one of the main squares in Lisbon, Praca Luis de Camoes. A lively spot, but with window shut you could barely hear anything. Just one thing to bear in mind, if you are using the nearest Metro Station (Baixa-Chiado), its a long way up on multiple escalators, and worse on the way down the escalators are currently out of service, so multiple hundreds of stairs to walk down ! So don't bring lots of luggage if you plan to use the Metro.

Perfect central location. Once the windows were closed it was very quiet despite being in a busy square. Lovely peaceful and safe flat. Highly recommended.

We loved the apt. has everything you need and some more. Very nice and clean. The location is wonderful. Air conditioner works great and plenty of hot water. Noise proof. Francisco our guest host was wonderful, very helpful. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. This area is beautiful and close to many site seeing places.

Fantastic location, really nice apartment (beautiful and well stocked with kitchen equipment, high chair, cot etc.). Great communication. Overall a fantastic stay would definitely come again!

Great location and very convenient to local stores and bakery and restaurants. Apartment is very clean and spacious for 4 of us. Communication is great and they also can arrange airport pick and drop off. I we definitely will rent again!

Central location near to metro and trams. Very busy and noisy area which was what we wanted Our host Ben was excellent.

Great central location in a shopping and restaurant area. Walkable to everything! The streets are lively but the apartment is sound proof for a good night sleep. Spacious and had a washer dryer that came in handy for our stay. Would stay again! The bottle of wine welcoming us was a nice touch

Excellent location! Close to shops, eateries, entertainment. The communication with the property was very good, with transportation arranged to and from the airport. Many supplies in the apartment including coffee, fruit, slippers and toiletries. Very pleased with our stay!

Fabulous location

Lovely apartment in a great location. Ours was the smallest type, and there was really no where to put the suitcase. It was otherwise perfect. We received a thorough in-person check-in.

Lovely property. In the middle of one of the most animated neighborhoods of Lisbon. They upgraded us to an amazing apartment.

Good communication, able to find solutions when asked to, always there for you. Property was in mint condition, located in the center of the Chiado area, close to everything you need: transportation, restaurants, grocery stores, bakeries, banks, pharmacies. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. When we'll be back in Lisbon, this will the favorite place to stay at.

The staff is super friendly and explained every detail of the property, including the culture, and attractions in the area, and provided extra help to us. the property is extra easy for us, surrounded with good restaurants, plaza, we are very happy,

The hotel is very clean and upgraded. It is cozy and fits all needs of a family of four people. It has washer with dryer, one-time slippers, dishwasher and electric kettle. The location is great, at least 5 breakfast bakeries downstairs, close to Bica funicular which brings down to Timeout market. Tram 28 is just under your window. A few minutes walk to rossio square

The apartment was modern and spacious. Very clean. Had a homelike feel with modern decor and all the basic amenities needed for a stay in Lisbon. Adorable patio area. Bed was very comfortable, and the pull-out sofa was decently comfortable for sleep. Location was absolutely amazing. Steps from a metro station and tram stops. So many restaurants, bars, and cafes within easy walking distance. Hosts were very friendly, helpful and timely with communication. Absolutely fabulous place to stay in Lisbon. Highly recommended, and would definitely stay here again!

Excellent location. Beautiful apartment. Very helpful staff. The only things we did not care about are lack of closets and a bit tight bathroom, but hey - it's a center of the city.

The apartment’s location was perfect for walking to all main areas and was so easy to get to when going to any bars or restaurants.

Luxurious living quarters walking distance to everything. The bathroom was upscale and high end. The best place we have stayed in all of Portugal. Immaculate conditions and hidden gem.

Great apartment in the center of everything! Near transportation, shopping, dining and a quick walk to the waterfront, but despite how busy the area is, the apartment was so well insulated, that we didn't hear the noise and were able to close the shutters and have privacy and sleep in. The apartment was clean and well furnished with everything we needed and the staff were so helpful making reservations for us and sending recommendations - definitely recommend LBA for your stay in Lisbon! The only negative for us about the apartment was the mattress - it was super FIRM, and we like a softer mattress - but that was a personal preference thing, not a fault of LBA.

Just a beautiful property. Great location- thousands of restaurants and night life. (Hint - the restaurant next door is very good). Best apartment we have stayed on this 8 week trip!

I can’t say enough good things about our stay at Lisbon Best apartments. The location was perfect- walking distance to so much and also very close to metro and tram stops. The lively Camões square and Bairro Alto are right outside, but somehow the apartment was quiet and cozy. The apartment was well appointed, extremely clean and modern with lovely furnishings and comfortable beds. Ben was extremely helpful during the check in process and very patient when we got lost and then later needed help navigating the (convenient but very tight) parking garage. He even messaged us several restaurant and site recommendations, all of which were great. Hoping to have the opportunity to stay here again in the near future.

Our stay here was great! Our first time in Lisbon and we were very comfortable in this well appointed apartment. Lucas was a pleasure to work with and made our stay very comfortable and welcoming. The parking garage was very nice and made us feel like our rental car was very safe. Thank you lisbons best apartments!

This was a beautiful apartment in an excellent part of town. There are plenty of wonderful restaurants nearby to choice from. Trams run right around the square the apartment is on with kiosks and daily free tours right outside your apartment door. I would surely recommend this property

The apartment was in the heart of Lisbon with beautiful views over the square - no noise though and ac which was a must as temps were up to 34 degrees. Tram stop a few feet away, parking a little further, with access to ev charging. Only- very slight criticism is that there is no outside space to relax in, if you did not want to go out into the city. Overall- we loved it!!

Loved our stay here - location, apartment and the staff were amazing. This is in a super busy (happening) area and that is what we were looking for but might not be for everybody. Bernardo was super helpful and friendly.

Besser geht es nicht.

Ein exzellentes Apartment,top Kommunikation, sehr freundlich tolle Ausstattung (luxuriös), sehr sauber. Das Fahrzeug war in einer Garage in der Seitenstraße geparkt, aus unserer Sicht sehr sicher und sinnvoll in so einer großen Stadt. Auch das Apartment war sehr gut abgesichert und liegt top zentral. Wir waren leider nur 2 Nächte dort haben uns dabei sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder !!
