TravellerTravellerOverall, a very nice and very well-maintained hotel. Generally happy with my stay. Just a little surprised that the Guest service department messed up and sent me an “URGENT” email about me not checking in and failing to make payment after I had already checked in and paid in full with deposit the night before. This should not have happened in a big hotel like Marriott. Otherwise, a great hotel and very pleasing stay!
TravellerNon smoking room smell like smoking room. The hotel should do something about it, not just simply please those customers who violate the regulations.
TravellerExceptional service and understanding. Immediate solutions for service far beyond just hotel service, help with problems related to language barrier. The stuff did everything to make me and my son feel comfortable and be able to enjoy our trip.
TravellerThe hotel was beautiful and the staff was very pleasant. The o my complaint I have is that the Netflix that’s advertised with the hotel were not available for me to use and the hotel staff didn’t seem to understand how to use them as well. Other than that everything was great so I will definitely be back again soon.
TravellerThe hotel is nice and the room is spacious. As with many hotels in China in winter months, the air con was set to 26 degrees in the room and you cannot alter the temperature.

Technically & Aesthetically Perfect. Just need to be be more welcoming to guests. Beautiful modern hotel with large comfortable rooms and bathrooms in financial district in the south of Chengdu. A little far away from centre of town where tourist attractions and restaurants and shopping are. Nonetheless a fabulous hotel if reception staff smile and are more welcoming. They were not impolite but just curt and not warm.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel was in pristine condition. Great location. A new shopping mall is within 3 minutes away by walk.

房间很大，很干净，床很舒适，很隔音，床头和书桌附近的电源插座上都有usb接口，非常方便手机或iPad充电。早餐不错，种类丰富。唯一觉得不舒适的地方，是去行政酒廊工作和休息的时候，都遇到了一群人在那儿大声的讨论，声音到达了喧哗的程度。建议行政酒廊配备一两个有隔音挡板的小区域，如果需要讨论工作的人可以去那里，这样不会打扰别的在行政酒廊工作和休息的顾客。

최고였습니다. 신세기쇼핑센터와는 차타고 10분, 길건너에 인타이쇼핑몰이있으나 쇼핑구역은 아직 오픈 안한 곳이 꽤 있음. 인타이 안에 맛집이많아서 좋았음! 그리고 방이 사진보다 많이커서 여유공간이 많아 좋았음

Hotelli oli siisti ja henkilökunta avuliasta. Englannin kielellä vaikea pärjätä hotellin ulkopuolella esim. taxien kanssa. Hotellin henkilökunta osasi englantia ja heidän kauttaan taxien tilaus onnistui. Välittivät kohteen tiedot kiinaksi kuljettajalle. Heiltä sai hotellin kortin, jossa osoite oli kiinaksi paluumatkaa varten. Taksilla ajo oli mittarilaskutuksella ja kohtuullisen edullista. Aamupala hotellissa oli runsas ja erinomainen. Aamupalapöytiin siirtyminen tapahtui ohjatusti, jolloin ruokaa pystyi lähteä noutamaan välittömästi pöydän saatuaan.
Traveller整体还不错，就是干净新咯。附近区域比较空，还是属于新新区的感觉。

Traveller隣にin99という昨年できたショッピングセンターがあり、中にISETANが入っていて、お土産の購入に大変重宝しました。
