Loved it!
Loooooove this cute little hotel. Pivately owned! Good area! Easy to communicate. All that was included (utensils, dishes pots and pans, full fridge, etc.) I would update the bed though!
Loved our stay! Beautiful, clean room and the location was perfect.
Fantastic property in an amazing location, two blocks from downtown. Very quiet and has off street parking. The suite is huge, very well decorated with a cozy feel. Everything you could ever need is supplied - shampoo, coffee, laundry detergent etc. I would highly recommend it!
Beds extremely comfortable Worth the money Very clean Would definitely go back!!
Love it
I juste love this place. Not my first time nor my last. I love that we can take our time to cook our breakfast instead of going out in restaurants. The have everything, just bring your food.
My new favorite hotel!
This is now our go-to place. We absolutely looooved it. Clean, cozy, it has style! The people from the company are only a text away! Highly recommend this place!
Loved our stay at chateau queen! It was so much fun to stay in such a historic quaint place. We stayed in the balcony suite upstairs and the patio was wonderful to enjoy the fall weather. Highly recommend for location and comfort. Loved it!
Great location with all the amenities! So convenient to have a kitchen and washer/dryer.
Likes how it was self check in. Did not like the garbage left outside!
The unit had everything we needed. The century house was updated with modern amenities. We especially enjoyed the deck in our unit! Great walking distance within the downtown core.
Beautiful with some inconveniences
The property is beautiful and the modern renovations/decor are lovely, however we encountered a few troubles. the sink wouldn’t drain, so I called them and they gave us the room next door. We were happy until the wifi went out which made the cable go out, too. It was disappointing since we just wanted a rest night to watch tv and have dinner/do laundry. We tried calling but their office had closed for the night. We ended up spending over an hour trying to reboot the Fibe TV. Then we had to try to sleep with the loud washer/dryer running right beside the bed (it said it needed 4 hours for a dry cycle!). It seems like they have a few issues left to iron out.
Everything bower is always a dream
We loved this property the last time we stayed (different unit, same building) but this one on the second floor was not as well-kept. The windowblind in bedroom didn't function and was torn, shower door was sticky, kitchen faucet was loose, only one set of bathtowels (Yes, I looked in vanity for the extras but found a lovely person who brought us more); deck had a sketchy corner of eavestrough sticking out that should be looked at. Still only ONE bathrobe for two guests (why??) Love the location, love the amenities and the unit itself. This one just needs a little extra TLC.
Good and clean room. Not very soundproof. Can hear people walking and dragging furniture or luggage since 6am every day. Or people walk off stairs. Couldn’t sleep well for 2 days but else are okay.
Excellent endroit. À côté du capitole.
No snow removal
It was snowing all day the day we arrived, and when we arrived, we could not tell which door was the entrance because no snow had been cleared. By the time we left at 8:30 a.m. the next day, the snow still hadn't been cleared. And there was a long flight of steps up to the front door! To park overnight in the big empty parking lot costs an extra $15. Next time I'm staying at a real hotel where there are live people on the premises looking after things for their guests.
Very well kept place . The cleanliness was a top notch.
It is beautiful. Love the kitchen. Close to downtown. Parking was fine
We loved the room and the easy check-in experience. The room had everything we needed and was very comfortable and welcoming. We would definitely stay again. Only comment was that there should be two robes as the room was for two guests. Great stay overall! Highly recommend.
We loved our stay. It was nice to have so much space and it was very clean. Bed was excellent & love the music playing. My only complaint (and it's likely my technical abilities to blame). I had no success with the TV. I would suggest people take their own firestick if they have one. The options were limited. I would definitely stay again!
Adorable little apartment! Super close to downtown, within minutes walk. Would definitely rent again for a future stay
Easy check-in. Everything was clean. Bed was very comfortable.
Excellent!
The property was clean and easy access. Staff was kind. The only issue was it was hard to regulate the temp
Beautiful building, beautiful room, fun added touch of jazz playing when we arrived. Very clean with a high end feel, although some of the furniture was worn and had visible damage which unfortunately took away from the overall feel of the place. Also not really happy about the extra $15 parking charge when the room was already pricey and the parking is just an open gravel lot.
Appartement bien équipé
We loved this suite- it is beautifully laid out- so spacious and so comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!
Beautiful.modern and clean. Loved the little kitchen and the bed was super comfortable.
The only thing I didn’t like is that they only gave one set of towels. I showered when I got there and in the morning and had to use the same set of towels. I won’t stay there again
Beautiful room, great value!!
Great stay!
Once we figured out how to get in, It was a beautiful space, the bed was extremely comfy. The space was very cleanly. Felt very luxurious to us. Especially the bathroom. It was great! Minor things that didnt hurt our stay but would have made our great stay excellent was the tv box had a note saying it had youtube, but when we tried to get into it it said the reciever did not support it. There was only 1 chair on our little deck, while the others had 2. You get an email with your access code, a step by step instruction of where to go to get your key and get into your room would benefit greatly- also instructions on where to leave the keys during checkout with your checkout email would be beneficial.
Was a great place to stay in Moncton, I would definitely stay again
Great
amazing
very nice place to stay,to rest after a long day at work.couldn't ask for more
Good location & parking
A comfortable stay but with a few glitches. We did not receive an email with our key codes, which resulted in us incurring extra cost chasing customer services. Some of the amenities need refreshing e.g. only 2 mismatched wine glasses. However the bed was comfortable and the location was good. The decking was an added bonus on sunny evenings.
Wonderful suite with lots of amenities including fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, sofa, breakfast nook, sunroom, deck, 2 TVs. Close to downtown.
Enjoyed our stay at the Bower hotel. Room was well appointed with a comfortable bed, rain shower head and well equipped kitchen including coffee. Convenient Location to restaurants and attractions in the area.
Like just wow it was a real great experienced
Room has character and great location
Nice unit, building exterior needs maintenance
What a pleasant surprise this was! Nice, modern and fully equipped one bedroom apartment, super clean, wonderfully furnished and located walking distance from main streets! Check in was super easy, communication with staff super fast, again very pleased with everything! Highly recommend!!
No comment. See ratings. Property is dated and needs some attention. Good concept, but needs a 2021 "refresh"
Would Recommend
It was great..nice and cozy. Would definitly recommend
Very cute Suite! Loved our little private balcony!
Very cozy! We loved our stay!
Suites were nicely finished and very clean. When booking I didn’t realize it was a self check-in so was a little confused, however I called and I found the email they had sent which was very clear on how to navigate the lock box and front door. Unfortunately, this building Is right by the railway tracks and it’s incredibly noisy and they ran throughout the night. I had also been told by local coworkers that there is a bit of a situation with the homeless in the vacant lot behind the building, articles in the paper saying residents were finding people on their balconies and such. I felt very uncomfortable in the ground level suite.
Customer service was awesome! Very clean and modern, extra touches were appreciated!
The Bower on Queen was a great suite! We felt like we had our own apartment as it had a separate full kitchen and sitting area! Everything was very clean and comfortable and the modern bathroom and kitchen are great. Loved having the added touch of a boxed breakfast for us. Would be nice if dietary restrictions were asked ahead so I could get lactose free yogurt or a substitute. Self-check-in and check-out instructions were perfect - clear and precise and so there were not issues which was great! Was located close to great bars and restaurants and Moncton served as a great base from which to visit the Fundy National Park as well as Hopewell Rocks. Would stay here again and recommend to others! Thanks for a great stay!
A beautiful old house, exceptionally renovated into 4 deluxe suites. They contained a good amenities including private deck and in suite washer/ dryer. We only stayed one night so did not take advantage of all they offered. We left some clothing behind on check out. With great communication and willingness to help all was taken care of before we headed for our next stop.
This hotel seems to be for the instagram crowd. Looks good in pictures but its horrible in reality. for what you pay per night you get NOTHING. The finishing details are terrible. Furniture looks like its all from walmart. The tops of the coffee table, and bedtables are bubbling off because they are beyond cheap. The bed is also cheap. Cheap platform pressboard bed with the veneer chipping off, and a mattress that was incredibly uncomfortable. Im not super picky but i paid $200 for a night i expect at least some luxury. Shower leaks all over the floor. The light-with blinds and curtains closed- in the room from the street was so bright you could still read with no lights on. Not to mention there is nothing here. Not even an ice machine. It looks like it was put together by high school kids. Pot lights half hanging out of the ceiling. Orange stain on the chest of the 1 robe in your room(they say is worth $85) a staind robe? Cheap crappy love seat and crappy stools are your only seating. Unpaved dirty parking lot. The place is a good idea but its been poorly executed-if your 20 with money to burn and dont care about having no amenities on site and cheap tacky furniture an uncomfortable bed and poor finishings-then this is the place for you.
lovely property in an area very nearby restaurants . parking easy and the space was decorated just right
Beautiful room, close to downtown area and really clean as well.
Great hotel!
Great little apartment style rooms. Very clean and everything you could need.
The Bower Experience
Great experience, one suggestion to have info on restrauants with take out delivery service in area, and rating of the food and cleanliness of the restrauants. Would highly recommend The Bower.
There was no shampoo or body or hand soap. Place was extremely cold
Parking area was very icy on arrival however they did spread sand the next morning. Other than that everything was excellent.
I was very impress with the breakfast box in the fridge. Parking lot was being cleaned of snow
special occasion
we already stayed at Bower on Robinson, this Bower (Queen) is different but good different. we liked the private entry and the breakfast in the fridge...:) nice place, quiet and still close to the Main street. also easy access from everywhere.
We loved the property, it was gorgeous! Found it pretty cold but figured out the heating and everything was good. Had a hard time finding the room, a little more detail on how to get to the room would have been nice, but overall we truly enjoyed our stay!
this was above expected. New décor, good location and amenities. Everything done via e-mail. Top Notch. Very happy with everything.
It was a great place to stay with all the amenities. Close to the main core of Moncton
Nice space clean had a kitchen bed was awesome great shower
Looks good but ...
Room appears much larger on the website. The shower started to drip at 6 am for no apparent reason. It’s very close to the train track& the train come through in the early hours of the morning & everything shakes.
Great location downtown Moncton and very large apartment type of room.
Nice Place
Spent 3 nights, large place, outside patio seating, combo washer-dryer was nice. Just basic utensils in kitchen.
Quiet, private, and great location! Great for the aolo traveller for work.
Clean, close to downtown, and i love the idea of no front desk and the availability of assistance when i need it.
Nice decorations, convenient location, good parking, and very clean.
Excellent
Only 1 night but would stay here again The only issue was the washing machine door did not open as we think it was broken
Bower on Queen has the charm of a Victorian home, yet modern. It’s beautiful and we love the privacy it provided especially when sitting outside on the patio. The suite was complete with everything we needed, felt like home when we were staying there.
We loved our stay at this location. It felt like a home away from home.
Modern decor, very clean.
Easy check-in and out.Access passcodes provided by e-mail.
Perfect for a 2 or 3 day trip.
Very nice suite with a washer/dryer and a kitchen with all the tools and dishes you could want. The trains were a little noisy and we really would have liked an instruction sheet for the unusual washer/drier unit.
Memorable experience
Bower on Queen’s room architecture is very modern and to my liking. The hotel is super close to main st where there is an array of shops/restaurants and also within walking distance of other restaurants/recreation places (pictures attached). Moncton is a very pleasant city - I had an excellent business trip and a retreat there.

We had a good stay. We really enjoyed the concept of the boutique hotel. It was great having so much space and self check in. It was a bit confusing finding which door to go to from the parking lot. It was very loud in our unit: we stayed after a concert and our bed was directly next to the “main lobby” area only separated by a thin wall and a door so we could hear everyone coming back after the concert and people chatting in the lobby and knocking on doors quite loudly for some time. The outside of the house needs repairs and the couch in the unit was extremely uncomfortable and coffee table scratched up. Otherwise, the bed was very comfortable which is the most important part in my opinion. Loved the modern kitchen and bath. Our unit was listed as having a patio but we did not, we had an inside sun room style area, which was nice but it had no furniture so we couldn’t enjoy it. It was nice being able to walk to downtown hot spots. Overall, we were happy with our stay and we would return.
