Construction made the access to the property very confusing

Excellent service and quiet accommodations.

The train behind the hotel may as well be in your room. The boiler room or laundry room was vibrating the whole room. We had an actual suite and it vibrated every room. Horrible location. Do not stay here.

This is one of my favorite hotels to stay at while in the city. It’s clean with friendly staff and it’s affordable!

Stay was okay. Would prefer tub over standup shower. I let them know at check-in and was advised to change the next day but I didn't bother to want to move after spendig the first night there already.

Hotel was nice. Friendly service from the workers. Only issue the room next to us was up all night yelling and fighting at 430 am which didn’t allow us to get a good sleep. Out of the hotels control for sure but wasn’t ideal

Very quiet and clean!

This is a lovely place and it’s very busy with Christmas parties. The neighbourhood isn’t as nice as it once was. The low flow toilets do not flush well.

The room was lovely as was the service but getting in and out of this hotel parking lot to the main street is very complicated. No free breakfast which is disappointing especially when it is hard to get in and out of the parking lot.

My sink didnt drain properly. The lamps didnt work the toilet dont flush good the staff locked me out of my room and kept my belongings inside vbecause we extejded our stay and didnt want us in the room without paying up front when we syay there reguralary.house keeping woke us up 3 times in r

Nicer than I expected. Nice large shower. Elevator carpet clearly needs replacement. Lobby is very nice. Food was decent. Beverage machine would not accept any bills at all. Pillows were an odd size - a little too large. Overall a nice comfortable stay that was a good value.

Difficult access

Vent or something loud was vibrating the room we stayed in

Room was decent overall, not really any complaints there. Walls are super thin and you hear everything. The neighbours were very loud and partied til 4 am. Front desk said sorry but nothing else was done/offered. Car horn went off several times throughout the night and could hear it clear, no windows open. Barely slept, pillows hurt my neck and we all woke up very sore. We opted to try the breakfast in the restaurant in the lobby. Expensive, was cold and hard. Not good at all. No one really ate much. Won’t stay here again. Needed to stay another night, booked a different place.

Great Stay

I picked this hotel given it was so close to a vendor I needed to visit the next business day. Friendly staff, quick check in and the room was comfortable. Access to the hotel was a bit challenging given the construction on Yellowhead. The weekday lunch buffet may be expensive but was exceptional. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Area around the property is safe and quiet. The staff is friendly & helpful.

The cleaning staff does ok but the maintenance is sloppily done. There is no excuse for the peeling chair in the room.

Clean. Bathroom could definitely use some Reno’s - broken baseboards, around the inside of the shower needed redone, and various other things, but it was clean. The shower was good. Walls are very thin. Could hear people in the hallway even when they were speaking low. It was very noisy outside The beds were comfortable and bedding was good. . Overall, it was good for the price but don’t know if I’d stay there again as it was very noisy.

A go to favorite place to stay when in Edmonton. Easy driving access to most of the city. Yellowhead construction can make it a bit confusing to get to. The hotel is older but clean and comfortable and the staff is always polite and helpful. The food is the restaurant is convenient for late arrivals, fresh and yummy.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere, the calmness, and the staff's. The restaurant served very delicious stake while the servers were, equally worried about our safety when my friend and I started drinking. In all a 10 out of 10

We have stayed here numerous times when we had needed to be on the north side of the city. The hotel room is very clean and spacious. Would recommend this hotel and will stay again!!

A great place to stay. Junior suite was perfect for us.

The person whom checked us in was masked up, gloved up to the point we couldn’t hear her if she did speak. She made us feel so uncomfortable, like we should be cautious staying there as she made it appear infested. It was a very intimidating check in!

The bathroom was set up awkwardly for getting the towels after showering and the cold tap needs repairing. Other than that, it was good.

The property was excellent. However, access through all the extensive construction on the Yellowhead highway made it difficult to find our way. The construction was so bad that the GPS guidance was completely thrown off.
