We needed a place to stay after surgery so we could be nearby and Chateau Fredericton fit the bill. They served a great breakfast and there were restaurants nearby. And it saved us four hour drive. Thank you for being there.

Great place to stay especially for the kids! Very clean.

For the price we paid expected it to be cleaner. There was black hairs in the bed. Soap scum build up around shower doors and towels were very musty smelling. There was chunks of stuff beside tv unit. And the counter had sticky substance on it.

Nice Stay

Really nice hotel. Everything looks new and modern. Quick check in and out. When we called the front desk for more bedding and a crib they were really prompt. Room was really clean and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The pool was very busy so a little less enjoyable than it could have been. It was smaller than I had hoped too. We were on the 3rd of 4 floors. The people above us were really loud and thumping really late so if you have small kids that go to bed earlier maybe book the 4th floor. Our room had a nice Nespresso coffee maker. The complimentary breakfast was so good! Full hot breakfast, scrambled eggs, bacon sausage pancakes beans and muchhhh more!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very prompt service when extras were needed. Room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel looks very nice so as the room. BUT the walls are very “thin”. Did not sleep very well since we could hear everything form the room above us and beside us. The decor is nice, it was comfy.

We had a reservation to let our granddaughters use the swimming facilities. Upon check-in we were made aware of an issue with the pool and the hotel allowed us to cancel because they knew we were there to use the pool for a March break getaway. First class establishment for doing this!

A wonderful time, great staff, very ho

This was not my first stay at this property. It was good staff were friendly. Beds were terribly uncomfortable, i did see some replacements for TVs I'm hoping beds will be next! It was super loud. If i were to return i would request the top floor..because it sounded like a bowling alley over our room until late each night. Breakfast had a good selection, however it was very inconvenience that the staff were serving and things were roped off. I waited for someone to be free to make me a coffee and get a yogurt for my kid for 5 minutes. It was rush time for breakfast and everyone was busy. Everyone seemed mildly confused that they had to wait to be served. I understand trying to limit waste, however i felt like a menace going back for bacon seconds for my kids. The barn door for the bathroom gave zero parent bathroom time alone!

I will say the guests dog in the gym area was a little disconcerting!!! And it wasn’t on leash. And it’s growled at everyone coming in. I’m a dog person but this was very odd and the owner yelled at me when the dog walked out of the gym because I held the door open for the guest behind me. Definitely needs to be a notice that no dogs or animals allowed in gym area. The dog was a menace.

The pool was a great temperature and the slide was a lot of fun!

Second time staying there and it was excellent we will be booking again.

Overpriced but good amenities.

No end tables. No plug sockets on center table. Had to get kids to plug in behind it for my cpac machine. Nice little pool and waterslide great for kids. Breakfast was excellent! I found the price too high by $75 a night. Would not stay there without grand kids.

We were so excited to take our children for a night away. We’ve had great experiences in the past and no complaints until this trip. We had to complain 4 times about noise past quiet area up until 4am. Nothing was done about it and my husband had to ask guests to turn their music down. Gum on the bathroom wall and the flooring coming up in the room. Very very unimpressed.

The room had a smell, was not sure what it was. At first I thought it was cigarette smoke but it was a non smoking room. Other than that it was a great! My son loved the swimming pool and slide.

Great place to stay if you have kids. They loved the waterslide. Rooms are clean. Only thing I found odd is that this may be the only hotel I’ve ever stayed at where there are no charge ports or electrical outlets anywhere near the head of the bed. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

The perfect stay for families. Clean and standard rooms with a pool and waterslide area that’s perfect for all ages. Breakfast included is a huge bonus. Awesome stay for the value.

My fourth time staying there. The pool was closed because of rowdy kids, but they did take a bit of the bill because my two grandsons could not use the pill because parents couldn’t control their kids, so that was appropriate to do

The staff were all very friendly and helpful! The ladies doing the breakfast service were very nice and great energy! Stayed with my lady and our 3 boys. The pool area was grest and the slide was a highlight of their trip. Room was clean and well stocked with towels and all necessities! Highly recommend and will stay again! Thank you Nathan

We stay at this hotel everytime we come to Fredericton. The staff is always nice and accommodating and they all have a great sense of humour. I love bringing my friends and family to this hotel! Always a great stay, I will only ever stay in this hotel in Fredericton because of the over and above services the staff gives, ie cleaners, maintenance and desk staff.

Floor was kinda ripped up (tripping hazzard) shower was nasty beds uncomfertable and stiff noisey after hours and erly am continental breakfast was sub par to say least deffinatly not worth the 250 dollers i paid will not be returning not worth the price ....

Unfortunately there were a large number of kids running, screaming, banging on our door, slamming doors until late. We had our baby with us and had kids screaming and banging on our door. We didn’t get to sleep until after midnight by the time everyone stopped stomping and running around. They resumed at 7 am.

Bedding and towels were rough and irritating. Room layout was poor, bathroom and closet share a sliding door so if someone is getting their coat you cant get into the bathroom. Bed was facing window while TV and counter were off to the side.

Really nice place to stay. I never saw a large variety of food with the included breakfast. Not everything was hot but overall it was great. Room was clean spacious. We will return for sure.

We were very disappointed with this hotel. The reviews were misleading on Expedia. The bed was not comfortable at all and the sheets were paper thin. The toilet was lifting off the floor and the shower was not very clean. We had a huge, flying cricket type bug the size of a cockroach in our room during the evening (this is January!). It appeared to have come after the heat was turned on in the room. We were also at the very end of the hallway and I feel when we book on these third-party websites we always get stuck at the end of the hallway, the furthest away from the elevators. There were no dining options around the hotel, except for fast food places. We will not be staying here again.

It all started at the front desk: friendly smiles, patience and attention to detail. The room was spotless. My grandkids loved the pool! Bed was ultra comfy! Checkout was quick and easy! This is our go to birthday plan every year for my grandkids birthday experience!

The pool and slide are great for the kids! The breakfast in the mornings is amazing! However, I won’t stay here again because the beds are just terrible and need to be replaced. The barn door is not a good option for a bathroom door either. A bathroom door should be a door that completely shuts and locks. Overall, if the beds were good I would give this place a 5/5 however because the beds aren’t great at all, I give it a 2.5/5 rating.

My son and his cousin absolutely loved the pool slide and spent multiple hours playing at the pool.

Good value for price! Close to everything you need.

Nightmare neughbours

It was the worst stay ive ever had at a hotel Multi family group (approx 4-5 rooms) with family and kids all decided to party in the hallway outside our room until 1am. Probably 12 adults and 6 babies and children all partied in the hallway and not in their room. Rooms were nice enough, stayed beside very inconsiderate large multi family group. Worst night sleep in a hotel ive ever had.

Our stay was very nice. Pool and water slide was great. Breakfast was very tasty. Room was clean and staff were friendly.

The staff were incredible. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was spectacular. The only minor downside was how small the pool area is. The actual swimming pool is very small and there isn't a lot of room for parents to sit. It didn't make or break our stay. Kids still had fun.

in the pool area, it was really really cold. We did ask three time to turn up the heat and nothing got done. They completely. ignore. us about it lots of kids was cold including me and my spouse and my kids

We love this hotel. The parking is easy, the breakfast is good, the pool is nice, the staff is always friendly, and they’re pet friendly. Our only complaint is that the pillows are awful. They are lumpy and thin. I’m really hoping they get new ones soon.

Great staff, beautiful, spacious room

We love this establishment and always stay here when in Fredericton. Always excellent service and great staff :) The slide is loved by the kids and makes for an easy evening and keeping them entertained. Even when it is really busy the staff are always going above and beyond. The breakfast is really good and has lots of variety. The location is excellent as it is close to the Regent mall and Costco (which has lots of big box shops next door) with some great dining and coffee (highly suggest the Coffee Mill !!). You won’t regret staying here! It’s always super clean and the rates are comparable to others spots or for a lesser rate. We frequent Fredericton several times a year and six e discovering the Chateau, always book with them.

Always great to stay here. Btrakfast is the best. There was a hockey tournament and a lot of energetic kids running up and down the hall. The management made sure to warn them of the policy and it was all quiet by 10 p.m.
