This is a huge 3 - 4 star hotel in need of some refurbishing, but it's a great value for the price and so many amenities. Their gym is small and difficult to find, but the hotel is centrally located in the heart of Khon Kaen and I definitely enjoyed my stay there. Also right around the corner is the hotel Ad Lib which has a Sky bar with wonderful views of the city. Nearby there's an amazing, old school, Jazz bar which makes wonderful cocktails with great ambiance and good conversation.

Friendly service and a hotel which is close to everything in the city.

The hotel had a lot of convenient places to go.

Property needs renovation

Property need a revamp but the rooms were clean and comfortable. Supplied normal amenities you expect from a hotel like this. Area was fantastic to getting to shops and dining. Has a old school charm to the place. I would stay again with family.

Poor internet connection and a bit outdated

1. The bath tube - very hard to step in and out of as the sides were very hard. 2. Lights and electrical. Was forced to leave entry lighr, picture light and night lires on. If they were turned off, all power, oncuding electric ourlets were turned off. Great staff and parking.

Good choice at short notice

Arranged sight unseen at short notice apart to access to underground parking not being easily accessible for someone with mobility issues absolutely no complaints. Friendly and helpful, respectful staff. Facilities clean and in good condition.

I enjoy the friendly service, clean pool. Nice to stay in a hotel that keeps its retro '90s vibe. I'll be back

Staff always helpful. The room itself was spacious but furniture wise a little outdated. It was a comfortable stay and my visit was never a problem.

Because of booking through Travelocity, a typucal Thai hotel room with breakfast was limited to room only. The electrical was a mystery, shower head was broken, zero oulets for coffee maker and chargers. It's just an old hotel that has seen it's day.

Hotel is old and tired but very good value for money . Central location was good and breakfast was good Nice large cool water swimming pool I have stopped at pulman before butthos hotel is far better value .

This hotel is the best in the area. The hotel is a bit aged but overall great and friendly service. Street vendors are right outside of the hotel area. Very convenient!

Good location, easy walking distance to Central Shopping mall, train station and fresh market. Great buffet breakfast with wide range of food. Restaurant very pleasant setting. Rooms dated but clean and a good size, with good big windows and natural lighting, comfortable bedding, good AC, functional bathroom. I'd definitely stay here again.

The property was clean and of good quality. However, It was impossible to switch off the strip light above the bed, or an annoying light in the corner near the ceiling, without removing the key card from the power switch. The hotel confirmed that this is normal and is part of the hotel lighting system. The problem is that this also disables the Aircon. So one must choose: lights with Aircon, or no lights with no Aircon! This is the first hotel I have ever used with this problem. Maybe they do this so that people will disable the power to save on Aircon electricity costs? Anyway, other than that the hotel is good, and there has a great view from the rooftop pool area.

Feels very nostalgic. Needs some restoration or updating on the bathrooms and amenities but overall it was a great place for the price.

Overall very good value

Overall very good. Room and linen very clean. Decoration was a bit tired and breakfast could have a better range (bacon, beans etc).

Exceptional Staff

The hotel has exceptional service. The staff are awesome. Its just the rooms are outdated for these times. All i wanted really was a great working air conditioning. But not good at all. But the staff are why i am writing this for. Air conditioning is only a minor thing for maybe most people . Cheers Shaun

The hotel is well located and very handy to central city and surrounding area, the hotel a little old but very clean and the staff very friendly, service is excellent, breakfast OK, and try to offer verity, room service excellent

Great convenience location. Close to the market and other shopping spots. Safe and secure.

Excellent location and nice place overall. The only disappointing thing about the hotel is the wifi. It was a pain, very slow and every time you stop even for five minutes you have to sign in again which was a pain in the neck. Other wise it was an enjoyable stay.

Poor quality

Room not ready at 1pm for check in got to room at 3pm ..pool area dirty pool itself was green so did not use. Lobby ok ...corridors in bad condition room very dated towels thread bare...would not use again

Looks better and better the longer you stay

At first I thought the hotel looked haggard and I considered paying the extra freight and staying at the Pullman. Once my eyes got adjusted to the age of the hotel I began to notice its lovely classic design features. I paid $46 a night, which included a delightful buffet breakfast and was well-satisfied. The area is full of good restaurants and street food and we enjoyed being there for three nights. It’ll be a find memory, I’m certain.

everything ok. clean,tidy and helpfull

Great time here. Only downside was the pool doesn't get much sun. Therefore the water is very cold.

Ok Hotel

The Hotel is old but in the Center

Excellent hotel in central Khon Kaen

Excellent hotel with easy access to all city attractions. the room was large and well set out. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had a bath and a good shower. The buffet breakfast was extensive with both Thai and western food, with eggs cooked to order. The staff were pleasant and the cost of the room very reasonable. Overall an enjoyable stay and will return.

This is an older hotel but very comfortable. The staff are excellent and the breakfast is fantastic.

Good value, little dated, excellent location!

Excellent location. Hotel nice enough, but a little dated now and could do with a refurb. Rooms comfortable and clean. Breakfast was buffet Andy plenty to choose from. All staff were professional and friendly. Excellent value for money considering what you get asked location.

Stayed here eight years ago and it was good. Still nice place to stay.
