Room had the smell of cheap chemical cleaning products. Elevator was out of service. But the staff were helpful.

Comfy and good location!

The location is perfect. Very central to everything you need in Madrid. The mattress was foam and very comfortable.

It was a central location to everything that we needed to get to in Madrid. The hostel didn't have AC but a fan kept us comfortable throughout the day and night.

Amazing location

Amazing location, right in the heart of the action. Entire shopping district, good amount of restaurants in the vicinity. Room is small but that is expected of a hostel, bathroom is clean. Had a single stand fan, not much helpful in summer when it gets very hot. TV and internet is good.

Clean affordable hotel in the center of Madrid

It was very clean and comfortable. The lack of air-conditioning was a bit of an issue as there was a heat wave in Madrid at the time, but the fan helped me get a good night's sleep. The staff was very friendly and even let me use their computer to book my next flight as mine had just broken down. Chueca is a very lively area with lots of restaurants and shops, and all of central Madrid is within walking distance. Definitely a good place to stay if one is looking for clean, central, affordable, no-frills accommodation.

Gem in the middle of Madrid

`really glad i stayed there, I didn't expect much for the price i paid but it was a nice surprise in the end. `The hostel was located in the middle of a busy shopping street, with all the nice shops and diners within 3 mins walk, the room is basic but clean and has all things you needed for your stay. Staff speak very basic (and only checkin checkout related) English but somehow it all worked out perfectly. My phone broke 2nights prior to my departure and the front dest guy helped to knock on my door at 5am as my alarm to wake me up so i can go to the airport on time. That's something he could totally say no to but still helped regardless, I could not thank him enough for that. Again, great staff, awesome location, book it, you won't regret!

Incredible Service

I have 0 complaints about this hostal. The staff was friendly, efficient, and extremely helpful. I will be staying here again the next time I am in Madrid!

Madrid very reasonable

The hostel is in a very good location in Madrid. Few minutes walk to two Metro stations and about 20 minutes walk to the center of Madrid. The place is very clean and neat and Management is very .helpful and friendly. I think that for a couple days is Okay.

La limpieza y atención del personal fueron excelentes. La ubicación ya que está cerca del centro andando y a pocos minutos. Lo que no me gustó es que no está bien insonorizado, nuestra habitación era exterior y se escuchaba todos los ruidos de la calle. Por lo demás todo bien.

Bon rapport qualité-prix , bruyant

Etant donné le covid nous n avons pas été à Rayuela mais à Palacios au n°25 de la meme rue. Bon acceuil , très propre , bonne literie . Par contre beaucoup de bruit la nuit à cause des gens qui parlent fort dans l 'entrée et aussi des bruits de la salle de bain commune (une nuit jusqu à 3h du matin)

On a aimé l' emplacement parfait à 2 pas de la place Chueca et donc du metro, la propreté, la gentillesse des gens. On a moinx aimé la taille de la chambre, la chaleur du couloir, l'isolation un peu légère. Un eapport qualité prix imbattable

Hostal en pleno centro de Madrid a un precio inmejorable. La atención en recepción fue realmente buena. Limpieza muy buena. Sitio tranquilo.

Molto da migliorare

Struttura situata al centro di Madrid, ottima posizione, camera molto piccola con finestra 20×70 quindi praticamente inesistente"non corrispondeva alla foto" , ma va bene in quanto si rientrava solo per dormire,bagno molto molto molto piccolo senza finestra e ventola, le pulizie giornaliere su richiesta,ma non pulivano per niente il bagno, nemmeno uno dei 4 giorni.

en general la experiencia fue buena. Buen colchón, aire acondicionado (necesario para estos días de verano en Madrid), no me gustó que solo tendieran la cama sin cambiar las sabanas en 3 dias que estuvimos... solo para alojarse ya que no dispone de espacio comunes...

El trato del personal es muy bueno. Los cuartos están limpios y con una buena ventilación.

Muy incomoda

Estuvimos en cabaña para dos, minúscula,muy incomoda, una puerta para el servicio como si no la tuviera, corredera y no cerraba hermética. En la cabaña entraban todo tipo de bichos ya que la madera había aberturas, nos comieron vivos. Baño sin ducha. Me dicen que puedo dejar el coche fuera y al día siguiente nos despiertan para que metamos el coche en la parcela cuando en ese espacio no cabía, no nos explican nada al llegar sobre los espacios comunes, dichos espacios estaban muy limpios, impecables. Por la noche 0 iluminación en el camping, complicado para ir al baño de la zona común.

Central, simplicidade e limpeza

Embora não tivesse banheiro no quarto(fiquei apenas uma noite), somente um lavatório, mas, simples, limpo e tranquilo

最初の入り口の入り方が分からない。たまたま泊まってた人が来たので入ることが出来たが、もし居合わせなかったら入ることが出来なかったと思う。受付の人はスペイン語しか話せなかったから、何を言っているか分からなかった。でも部屋は綺麗でホテル自体もキレイで不便な事はなかった。入り口の入り方だけ書いておいた方が次の方は楽だと思う。

La habitación que me tocó no tenía aire acondicionado y la estancia fue horrible.

Hostal in der Innenstadt

Das Hostal liegt direkt in der Innenstadt und von dem Lärm bekommt man nun wirklich garnichts mit. Allerdings war unser Zimmer nichtmehr das schönste. Die Wände hatten schon die Farbe verloren, die Fugen im Badezimmer vielen schon auseinander und an der Decke bildete sich Schimmel. An der Sauberkeit kann man sich ansonsten nicht beklagen. Der Zimmerservice hat alles sehr ordentlich verrichtet. Auch das Badezimmer war ausgenommen der oben genannten Punkte sehr sauber. Wenn man sich nicht lange im Zimmer aufhalten möchte und dort nur Übernachten/Duschen möge und ein Auge zudrücken kann, ist es für den Preis ein angemessenes Zimmer.

pas toujours facile de trouver l'hôtel mais après agréablement surpris pour le prix très abordable :clim.,télé, douche avec de la pression et eau bien chaude, . Rue piétonne assez bruyante la nuit

街中です

ホテルは見つけづらいですが、住所通りの場所にあるので迷うことはありませんでした。部屋も多少の古さや傷みはありますが、清掃も行き届いており過ごしやすかったです。 スタッフによっては英語がほとんど話せない方もいらっしゃいますが、宿泊に関する単語はギリギリ通じるので問題ないかと思います。 地下鉄が徒歩５分程度で非常に便利でした。街中にある為、飲食店やスーパーマーケットも近くにあります。街中が故に深夜まで通りが騒がしいですが、気にならない程度です。
