Magic place

I’ve been there on the first week of October. After reading other’s clients reviews about how bad is this hotel, I was a bit scared that I’m gonna have a bad experience. To be honest, the hotel is just fabulous, my room was very clean and spacious, staff are so nice and friendly and breakfast was just delicious. It’s true that they don’t speak English but nobody in Çeşme does, Turkish is the first language but people are so nice and help you all the time. So if you want to wake up with a sea view and sounds of waves, or if you wanna sleep with the sounds of fish jumping out of water at midnight, go there! I will definitely go back there next year as I have such a lovely experience. teşekkür ederim Nora

Restaurant bar cleanliness

The Real problem was about the hosts’ service and the way they answer the questions of the customers. Also the bar and the beach beds were really dirty.

Not a 4 star hotel, untrained & unfriendly staff

The only good thing about the hotel was the location (of the sea & beach), which was very clear, clean & beautiful. However everything about the hotel & the staff themselves were very unhygienic, unfriendly; very dirty including the towels they provide you with & the sunbeds. The staff were underaged and clearly given no training/education. The food they had to offer from the bar was an absolute joke & ontop very expensive. They didn’t have much availability. There was hardly any wifi connection around the hotel, only around the reception area and it was too slow. The rooms and the hotel itself definitely isn’t 4 star.

First of all I would like to comment on the cleaning, it was disgusting I thought the hotel was new and thought I’ll be a bit understand however the hotels been open since 2009, I think the had not been improvement. There was no towles constantly out of towels mini fridge was always empty I’ve requested to be filled every day. they only changed the beds and that was it. I heard one of the staff making a horrible comment to a family by the beach. There was a concert evet whilst my stay and I called the reception for something and the guy told me all the staff was serving at the concert so it may take a while for them to get back to me Witch I though was ridiculous. The breakfast was another issue plates weren’t clean service was terrible and many more. I will not recommend this hotel something has to be done about this hotel!

My first online review ever. This hotel has absolutely the worst service we have ever experienced, and we have stayed in much cheaper hotels all around the world. The staff set a new low for horrible service. Do not waste your money here.

Beware: Definitely not a 4 star hotel

The room they originally tried to put us in was located about a 15 walk from the main reception area and pool. The room look more like a hostel than a 4 star hotel. I refused the room and told them I would pay for an upgrade. We agreed on a "special" discounted upgrade to their "best" room. The new room was closer to the main area of the hotel, but lack in-rom WiFi reception. More troubling was that there were stains on the bed sheet, the blanket was tatter and the shower was just gross. I refused that room as well. After about two hours of lost time, they moved us to another identical room, except that this one didn't have such a gross shower. They still had to come in again and clean the room before we settled in because the bed sheet were again stained (who keeps stained bed sheets at 4 star hotel? bleach them, or throw them out!).

Great place for groups or couples

Stayed here for a night for a quick break from Izmir. The hotel appears very dated from the outside but don't let that put you off. My room was nice with a great balcony and view of the water. Hotel staff was great - not a lot of English, but never a problem for me. Facilities are fantastic. The pools are both nice, and the water access is perfect... you can even avoid the sand all together if you want. The hotel is located at the end of the beach, so there is a private swimming area which is sufficient with a strip of sand, and then a ton of comfy seating area on their deck with music and a bar. Breakfast was typical of Turkey but very good. It wasn't very much fun being there by myself (nature of my trip) but otherwise I really enjoyed my stay.

Place to stay even though its a little old..Definitely recommended. Great staff and nicely designed hotel and landscape.

Very Nice Hotel for the price

Staff were Super-very attentive and caring! Rooms are clean and nice but a little bit of updating would make them a 5. Breakfast included in rate and is fantastic! Only problem was not having access to Internet, which in todays world is a requirement-even on vacation, one needs to stay online. We arrived and tried to log on-were told by staff that internet had been day for 3 days due to winds..not sure what that meant..But for the next 3 additional days we had very little luck with internet- wifi was up and down and when connected-very slow....to be a top hotel, access to wifi is mandatory nowadays...other than that highly recommended hotel.

Paradise Found..Amazing Hotel!!

Wow, this hotel is amazing, we stayed in a bungalow with an ocean view, the accommodations are rustic & very romantic. The free breakfast..delicious! The staff, incredibly helpful & friendly. The ocean, spectacularly crystal clear. We loved sunbathing on the huge deck overlooking the ocean. This hotel is more for the under 50 crowd and is everything the Sheraton only wishes it could be!

Gemütlicher Bungalow mit Meerblick

Die Bungalows sind groß und geräumig. Der Ausblick is wunderschön. Zimmerservice war super, jeden Tag frische Handtücher und auf Wunsch neue Bettwäsche. Das Frühstücks Buffet war ausreichend, typisches türkisches Frühstück.

Sehr tolle lage, jedoch aufmerksamkeit fehlt.

Das hotel ist sehr schön gelegen. Der strand und die Anlage am hotel zum strand ist auch schön. Nur der Service, falls der vorhanden war , ist sehr mangelhaft und enttäuschend gewesen. Sachen die uns empfohlen wurden, gabs nicht mehr. Beispielsweise am essen gab es nur noch pommes mit toast und bei den getränken cola und wasser, trotz sehr verschiedenen diversen Gerichten, die suf der Karte zu finden sind. Um das Hotel kümmert sich niemand, es ist dreckig und hat viele Baustellen die renoviert und erneuert werden müssen. Das Hotel hat sehr gutes Potential eines der besten in der Türkei zu werden, nur die Bedingungen müssen sich dort verbessern. Bei Bestellungen musste ich erstmal 10 min nach einem Arbeiter suchen, jedes mal, weil ich mich am einfach gemachten Frühstück nicht ernähren wollte. Irgendwann hatte ich keine Lust mehr da jemanden zu suchen und habe weder gefrühstückt noch im Laufe des Tages im Hotel irgendetwas bestellt. Nicht mal Eis hatten die mehr oder pizza. Uns wurde nur gezeigt wo unser Zimmer ist den Rest im Hotel musste ich selber rausfinden. Einen Flughafentransfer gab es nicht. Wird ein Taxi bestellt kommt der erst in 20 min und das was mich schockiert hatte ist, dass das taxi vom taxistand kommt und von dort aus schon das taximeter an hat.D.h. Statt 5 tl haben wir mir 20 tl angefangen, sprich bei 3 bis 4 kilometer haben wir knapp 40 tl bezahlt , öfters mehr. Bis zum marina waren es immer 90-100 täglich. Zusammenfassend war es enttäuschend, nicht toll

Kesinlikle pişman olacağınız bir otel manzara dışında her şey berbat güvenlik sıfır ,personel ilgisiz ;odalarda konfor yok ,çok fazla yürümek zorunda kaldık plaj bar çok uzaktı bide merdiven inip çıkmaktan yorulduk .çok dağınık bir konumu var,bir yere ulaşmak için sürekli merdiven in çık yorulduk . Dediğim gibi bir daha tercih etmeyeceğim bir otel ancak bölgeye tekrar giderim
