Location was excellent in the old quarter and just around the corner from Hoan Kiem Lake. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was superb and the view from the top floor restaurant was amazing.

My room was very comfortable and clean with great amenities.

The hotel is very old and smelly. The pillow and bed have bad smell. We booked room with breakfast. The breakfast do not have much of choices. And the staff dint refill when the food is finished. I saw the other guests also dissatisfied with their services.

Terrace view over Kiem Lake every morning never got old. :)

A good central location very close to the lake especially for the weekend when the traffic is stopped and everyone comes out to play.all ages get involved near to all bars and restaurants

Perfect location to walk around old quarter. Room Cleanliness need to improve especially toilet. Passion fruits were served in breakfast without washing the skin, it was really dirty when I clean it with tissue. Overall cleanliness was a main concern!

It’s just the location

Not recommended to those who are allergic to mold... The walls of our room are moldy. Also, our room has been cold in the last few days of our stay while Hanoi was only 10C. Was assigned a room on 3 floor, but I paid more to get to higher floor to have lake view. Had room on 6 floor, it’s stuffy, AC is not working. However, hotel location is something you can beat......

Great Location to the center of Hanoi.

Everyone here was very pleasant and helpful. They let me leave my luggage for 3 days while I went to Sapa. The location is amazing! The free breakfast was very good with lots of choices.

Great little hotel.

Small but friendly hotel and located in a quiet street in the 'old town'. Perfect location for exploring!

Nice hotel close to lake.

Nice clean hotel within walking distance to lake and shops on doorstep. As streets were closed for markets while we were there, doorman helped with luggage to taxi.

Great little Hotel with wonderful service.

This was the second segment of our 2 week stay and the hotel has continued to live up to its high standard. Now onto final segment with a Tour involved so hopefully their recommendations of Tour Company will be as good. Staff to date have been excellent.

Excellent Hotel in top location with top service,

Due to circumstances, we have 3 consecutive bookings so hopefully the hotel will continue to maintain the standard it has provided which has been awesome. We have an Executive Room on the 7th floor as apparently the other type of rooms are rather small. Breakfast comes with the room and it is terrific. Staff have been great so I'm looking forward to the next 10days here.

The staff are helpful and polite. The hotel is close to the lake.

We loved the location, the facilities and service. Breakfast was nice, served in the rooftop overlooking the lake. Excellent value! We'd definitely book here again.

Great location - old quarter next to lake

Breakfast from the top floor overlooking the lake is great. Friendly staff at breakfast. Modern rooms and bathrooms.

Nice hotel..easy to get around as it's in the centre of the city..Overall room is comfy n this time round shower head pussure had increase with real hot water. Recommended!! Sure will be back again.

Location

As the name suggests Centre Point is definitely well located, with views of Hoan Kiem Lake from the breakfast terrace on the 9th floor. The staff were friendly. The 8th floor executive room has a lovely balcony/bar with 2 barstools looking out over the Old Quarter. The room was not quite big enough, ie. you could only get out of the double bed on one side. Other than that I really liked the hotel. Just a short walk to restaurants/bars/shopping etc. There is a Circle K convenience store across the street.

The staff were lovely and breakfast was ok. They greet you with fruit juice. The price is right!

Great location, a little pricey

This was a good stay. The room was nice, the staff friendly, and the breakfast area on the top floor had a great view. The location is perfect, on a side street just off the main hub at the top of Hoan Kiem Lake. That puts you close to the old quarter, with its markets, and the high-end part of town, with the nice shops and restaurants. Only drawback -- it was a bit more than I usually paid for a three-star in Vietnam.

Decent Quality Hotel

Our stay here was pretty good. The standard rooms in this hotel were a tad small with limited space to move around. However, this hotel is in the prime location with just minutes away from the Lake. Staff at the hotel were also very friendly and made my stay a pleasurable one.

Nice budget stay

I stayed here for a total of 3 days. The room that I stayed in were small but didn't bother me much as I was not in the room majority of the time. It is very close to the Hoen Kiem Lake and therefore very accessible to most places. The rooms and the bathroom were clean, with a 24 convenient store right across the street. During my stay, the road outside the Hotel was a walking street and therefore cars were not allowed in. I had to stop outside on the walking street zone and walk to the hotel.

Great value small hotel in perfect Hanoi location

A very pleasant stay in a small but extremely well run, comfortable,friendly, secure and well located hotel. All this at a very good price! I will definitely stay here on my next visit to Hanoi.

Nice hotel in great location

Great rooftop with views over the lake, clean and comfortable rooms, good tv channels, excellent location and friendly staff. Definitely worth getting the rooms on higher floors with big windows.

Great service staff and great location.

Easy to book trips to Halong bay. Many booking offices around. Beautiful view over the lake from the last floor while having breakfast. The most helpful staff you would like to have during your stay.

The hotel is very close to Hoan Kiem Lake with a good view of the Lake from the room and the roof top dinning area. The room is very clean and everything is function well. The hotel staff is very helpfull and provides excellent services. Provided breakfast are good. Overall, it is a good 4 stars hotel. We plan to stay there again in the next visit.

Amazing value hotel in great location.

Stayed in this hotel for 1 night. The room was amazing being very clean, neat and spacious. The staff were very helpful, organising a car to take us to the airport and happily storing our luggage during the day after we had checked out. Additionally breakfast on the rooftop was an excellent way to start the day. Overall would definitely recommend this hotel. TIP: the higher the floor the better the view. We had a pretty good view towards the lake from the 5th floor.

Hotel war für paar Tage in der Altstadt okay. Das Waschbecken im Bad war unpraktisch zum Hände waschen! Das Bad etwas klein. Im Schrank wenig Kleiderbügel.

Chambre aveugle pour hôtel non borgne, bien placé.

Nous avions passé une première nuit dans l'hôtel et avions visiblement été surclassé, obtenant la chambre 803, avec vue sur l'arrière (par rapport au lac Hoan Kiem), avec un micro balcon. A notre retour du nord, pour un sejour de 3 nuits, nous avions la chambre 702 : chambre sans fenêtre

旧市街に近く観光にとても便利でした。 朝ごはんも美味しかったです。

Sehr zentral gelegenes Hotel ganz in der Nähe zum Hoan Kiemsee. Schöne Dachterrasse zum Frühstücken mit seitlichem Blick auf den See. Reichhaltiges Frühstück.

구시가지와 가까워서 좋음

호수뷰를 선택했지만 층수가 높지 않으면 호수가 보이지 않음 조식을 먹는 루프탑 식당의 경우 아주 경치가 좋음 구시가지와 가까운면에서 참 좋음 리셉션의 직원들이 영어를 아주 잘하심

저렴하고 접근성 좋은 서비스의 호텔!!

호텔 프런트에 항상 사람이 있고, 베트남어를 잘 못해서 예약이나 문제가 생길 때마다 전화를 부탁했는데 친절하게 다 해결해주셨어요! 영어도 잘 하는 편이라서 말 할 때 편했습니다. 사실 3명이서 자기엔 넓은 편은 아니였지만 적당히 짐을 펼 곳과 사람이 지나다니기에 좁지 않았아요! 그리고 조식 먹는 곳이 너무 이쁘고, 조식 쌀국수도 매일 바껴서 좋았아요! 엄마는 호텔 조식 쌀국수가 제일 맛있다고 하셨습니다 ㅎㅎ 저렴한 가격의 호텔을 찾으신다면 접근성도 좋은 이 곳을 추천 드립니당!

Bon hôtel

Emplacement parfait, à 2 minute du centre. Très bon hôtel mais éviter impérativement le 8ème étage si vous passer plusieurs nuit, car au 9éme étage salle pour le déjeuner et dès 6h du matin c'est bruyant.

Niet duur hotel in centrum

Bijzonder vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Niet groot, kamers hebben wel alles incl gratis wifi, binnen paar minuten lopen van Hoan Kiem en de old quartier. Ontbijten op dakterras. Dit vind je nergens voor deze prijs in Hanoi
