To register at this property, guests who are Indian citizens must provide a valid photo identity card issued by the Government of India; travelers who are not citizens of India must present a valid passport and visa. Visitors who are not citizens of India must obtain an Inner Line Permit (ILP) to enter Sikkim. Each guest must have photocopies of their passport and Indian visa along with the original documents and 2 recent passport-sized photos to receive the permit. Guests can submit these documents at Melli and Rangpo entry checkpoints, Bagdogra Airport's Sikkim Tourism Booth, and Sikkim House in Kolkata or Delhi.
