Nice place to stay Center of every thing

Excellent city centre location.

The location is great, very central and close to many attractions. The staff is very friendly. The room is very spacious and clean. The only thing I don't like is hard towels.

Room was spacious and clean. Marco was extremely helpful and gave recommendations for the area. Location is excellent and convenient as very close to the city centre with many options of places to eat at. However the road is very noisy so if you’re a light sleeper you’ll struggle to sleep. I barely slept during my stay. I was informed that rooms are cleaned every other day which is unusual but mine was cleaned only once in 5-night stay as the cleaners leave by a certain time (which I was told about later). Bathroom had a very strong sewage smell.

Nice clean property with friendly host.

Situated next the Cathedral and touristy area, this hotel could not be better located. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Marco, the Inn Keeper was exceptional in hospitality helping with luggage, cab and eatery advice. We would stay here again. Thank you Marco 🙏

In the heart of 'authentic Catania'

Catania is a pretty gritty city with lots of graffiti but it grows on you. It is well sited for day trips to Etna etc. Marko has an excellent map and walking guide for key sights in Catania itself. Was a wealth of knowledge and of invaluable assistance.

Very happy with accommodations and value. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Secured building and entrance. Marco was helpful throughout entire visit and prior to arrival. Loved the personal attention. It would be great if they served a simple breakfast. I think would really be a nice touch and fun to meet other guest. Location was awesome.

Short holiday in Catania

The location is right in the middle of Catania tourist attractions and combined with welcoming staff, makes the experience great! Just out the door -market, restaurants, Teatro Romano, churches, just couple minutes of walking.

Special place in Catania

Catania Inn was an excellent stay in Catania. It really made my trip to Sicily memorable. The place was cozy, tidy, and quiet. Marco was an exceptional host and was always friendly and in great communication. The location was excellent, as it was within a very short walking distance to majority of the sights, and things to do, and amazing restaurants and cafes. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Hotel was very secure and in a central city location. The room was large with a balcony overlooking the street. It came equipped with an Internet access TV, a small refrigerator, and a pot to make hot water for coffee and tea. The air conditioner worked well and kept the room cool The bathroom was a good size as was the shower. A wash cloth was provided, which is unusual for Italian hotels. The hotel and room are an exceptional value for the money spent.

Very clean and centrally located property. Room was a good size. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The Wi-Fi was patchy and slow.

Large bedroom, particularly for European standards, large eating area if you were to buy ready made food to eat in. Good size shower again compared to others in Italy.

The room was great. All in good condition and very comfortable. The blacony was amazing. View down to the Duomo and up to Porta Garibaldi. Short stroll to the Piazza Duomo and the Pescheria.. Very central and very convenient. Staff were extremely helpful and very nice to talk to. Highly recommend.

We are so happy with our accommodations at Catania Inn. The room was clean, spacious, well-appointed and has everything we needed during our stay. Marco and Robert were always helpful and easy to communicate with. I can highly recommend this place to all Expedia members, i’d definitely won’t hesitate to book again next time we are returning to Catania.

Using the What's App to communications was so helpful. We stayed in the Blue Room with a beautiful balcony. Parking wasn't very easy, but city parking never is.

This property is in in the middle of the old town of Catania and is very accessible to venues in this location. It is located within walking distance to everything in the old town. Although the apartment itself was very good and clean, the downtown area itself could use a good cleaning as it is filled with cigarette butts and trash in the streets.

The location of property was fantastic, the property manager was very nice and accommodating. The room had lots of space to accomidate 3 people. The only downside was that the pillows were very hard and flat

The rooms are well maintained even though is an old building. The customer service employee (my apologies I don’t remember his name) is the best we got in Italy. Willing to help us in all we needed. We had a really good time there.

Highly recommended - an inn with great staff

I stayed in five hotels in Sicily, and this one was my favorite by far. Most of the time at a bed and breakfast where there is not full-time staff on the premises the service will not be very good. The Catania Inn was an exception. I arrived earlier than their stated check-in time, but the staff were there to greet me and show me the facilities. They were polite, courteous, and professional. I was also given a very handy map of the area with important sites and with terrific restaurant suggestions. The hotel room was quite clean and comfortable and had plenty of space. The Catania Inn is also very close to the bus and train stations, as well as to all the great sites in the city. I enjoyed my stay very much and would recommend Catania Inn to anyone visiting the city.

The property was pretty much empty while we visited. The services offered were în line with the price. The host (Marco) was very warm and amiabile, assisted US with the transportation. Good location close to several restaurants. Umbrellas were provided as courtesy. Wifi working well.

Great base from where to explore Catania

This is a friendly place tucked away behind a door that opens into a courtyard from which you reach the actual building. The building is old but the B&B has been brought up to modern standards without losing its charm. Marco was very friendly and helpful whenever we needed tips or advice. It's right in the city center, so you can reach all the highlights within minutes. We would definitely come here again.

The staff were absolutely amazing and completely accommodating. They gave us tips, found us lockup parking next door, they were excellent with accommodating the children, they were exceedingly friendly and helped us to and from the car. The inn is very close to the central duomo square, which made it easy to move around. The advert is slightly misleading as the facilities in the room itself do not include the full list there, which had been one of the main reasons for booking this place. There was no washing machine, the tea and coffee and toaster are in other shared rooms. There is a bedroom which has four beds and is very spacious, then a dining room next door with only a cupboard for clothes and a fridge. There’s no facility to wash up anything you’ve eaten in the dining space other than in your bathroom sink, so the concept of having a dining table and a fridge was slightly perplexing other than to store water in and briefly sit down in. Overall, we liked the B and B and the staff were exceptional. It just wasn’t quite what we had expected in terms of the rooms own facilities, according to the list as shown on the website for the room we had.

The Catania Inn B&B, is located in a very good neighborhood, a few blocks away from the outdoor fresh market, Piazza Duomo, Roman ruins and Benedictine Monastery of San Nicolò. From the airport the best direct transportation is book airport pick-up with the Catania Inn B&B. Other transportation is provided by taxi, a local city bus or the 'Alibus'. Ask for info & costs at the airport Tourist Information. My wife and I booked the Beige Room - clean, large bath & shower - heating is very good. There's a common refrigerator available, a tea area set up with bottled water, tea and an espresso machine for afternoon and evening breaks. The breakfast area with TV is large - open 8 through 10 a.m. Fresh fruit, hard boiled eggs, olives, sun dried tomatoes, bread, cold-cuts, cake, pastry, cereal and of course espresso, cappuccino & tea. Excellent service is provided by Roberto, Marco and Eva.

Catania Inn: Home Central

We had a great time in Catania, going up Mt. Etna, spending a day in Taormina and using Catania Inn as our daily "home base" added extra ease and enjoyment to our 6 days in the region! The daily breakfasts got us off to a good start, the inn was very clean, the hosts were friendly, and Marco spoke English and helped us book a tour and rent a car once we left for Noto. We'd return!

Perfect Hotel

My stay here was amazing. The staff were really friendly, the place was clean with all the facilities you need and although I was a bit worried about the location at first it turned out I was around the corner from all the sites and action. I am definitely going back to stay here.

Great people to deal with. Friendly, helpful and efficient. Our train was several hours late getting there and they waited until 2 A.M to check us in! When we asked if they could find a driver to take us to Pietraperzia it was done within minutes and we went the next day.

Great location, great help

everybody was very nice, the room was big and comfortable. We knew from the beginning that the room was not going to be cleaned everyday and that was fine with us. we had Help arriving to the bed and breakfast. We had help finding a taxi to take us to the airport, great recommendations for things to do and where to eat. but the best was the breakfast they left for us in the fridge for the next day. We had an early departure and they left us food ready.

We totally LOVE Catania Inn! Beginning with Marco who took excellent care of us, before and during our stay. The location is impossible to beat, just 150 mts. from the amazing Greek-Roman Theater, a unique master piece. Also, just 200 mts. from the Duomo and few more steps to "La Pescheria" the incredible historical open fish Market of the city. Catania is kind of underrated, as it an beautiful historical city and way, less chaotic than Palermo. I would return to Catania anytime, and obviously, stay in Catania Inn. Don't look further, stay here.

Really enjoyed our few days at Catania Inn. Marco was lovely and so helpful. The Breakfast was ample and lots of choice. The room was lovely and the bath in the ensuite was massive.The Inn is perfectly situated in the centre of town. We will definitely return!

이곳은 명소들과 가까워 늦은밤도 편하게 다녔어요. 중앙 터미널과는 거리가 있지만 교통도 좋았고 걸어서 명소보기가 좋은 위치입니다. 창문이 있지만 바깥을 볼수있는 위치가 아니여서 조금 아쉬웠지만 방음도 잘 되어 있어 편안하게 쉬고 왔네요.

Quarto limpo, espaçoso e muito confortável. Excelente localização, muito pertonda Duomo, a 5 minutos da muvuca e 1 minuto a pé do Teatro Antico (praticamente do outro lado da rua). Staff tambem muito atencioso.

Sono stata al Catania inn tre notti ,mi sono trovata bene il personale è disponibile anche per tenere i bagagli.La stanza ,col bagno privato, è grande comoda con la possibilità di prepararsi un caffè o un te c'è poca luce naturale poiché ha un affaccio interno però è molto silenziosa quindi ottima per dormire bene , ci tornerò.

Catania Inn tem uma das melhores localizações de Catania, bem no Centro da cidade, de onde é possivel ir para as principais atrações turisticas a pé e com uma curta distância. O quarto e o banheiro são excelentes bem espaçosos e confortáveis. E o staff é muito educado e gentil.

Hotellet var fint, med en rigtig god placering. Ikke verdens bedste hotel, men rigtig fint til prisen. Stort værelse og badeværelse. Største minus ved hotellet er mangel på lydisolering: fra værelset kan man høre alt der forgår og bliver sagt på fællesområderne, og omvendt.

Sistemazione eccellente : la camera è molto accogliente e confortevole e silenziosa vicinissima a piazza della cattedrale , i gestori molto disponibili e gentilissimi , viene offerte caffè con macchinetta a capsule o selezione di the , tisane. La struttura è collocata in un palazzo del centro storico di grande fascino . Noi ci siamo trovati benissimo pertanto mi sento di consigliarlo vivamente visto anche il rapporto qualità prezzo.

Great hotel downtown Catnia with walking distance to all attractions and bus station (with airport bus). Service is excellent, and even hav custom mad map with recommended walking route withe restaurants and sights. We tries one of the restaurants (restaurant de Mario) and it was extremely good value. Rooms are nice and we got one with a large bathroom with a bathtub.
