The lobby smelled like their pets, the room was clean but very dated. loved the location.

Very close to the “grand magasines “ and the Opera Garnier. Room was spacious with beautiful views of Eiffel Tower. Also if you’re into haute couture, it’s next to the main Channel store.

Amazing stay!

We have stayed at the Castille several times and never been disappointed. The staff is exceptional they make every effort to serve your needs and more. Location is excellent, walkable to all areas of the city and transportation.

Absolutely beautiful hotel. On the small side, but the hotel staff is probably the best I've had in a long time. Very attentive to every need. My GF got sick during our stay and had to room up for 2 days, the hotel was very, very gracious in accommodating our needs. The location is the fantastic, i walked to both the E Tower and the arc in 30 - 45 minutes. Very pleasant. Definitely recommend and would definitely stay her.

Great location

I could or have been more pleased!!!! All the stage were outstanding! Room was excellent and the location was spectacular!!!

Although the hotel lobby was pretty inside, our room # 601 was small, unsafe and inconvenient. The two-story room had a small loft style bedroom with a bathroom WITH NO TOILET upstairs so if you had to use the toilet in the middle of the night, you had to go down a very narrow and unsafe set of stairs to the bathroom in the room below. To make matters even worse, the lights in the room could only be turned on and off from a master switch downstairs including the reading lights by the bed. The TV didn't work either for two of the three nights we spent there. Our complaints of course were not answered satisfactorily.

Hundreds of nearby boutiques and restaurants. An easy walk to Place Vendôme, the Louvre and d’Orsay museum. Our new home away from home when in Paris.

Lovely hotel in a great location - on a quiet street but walkable to shopping, museums, restaurants, parks, a major metro stop. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable - plenty of storage/closet space. Staff is the best - everyone is friendly, helpful and treats you as a valued guest. A great hotel for the price.

My husband and I were in Paris to celebrate our 5th anniversary. Castille had a lot of positive reviews so we decided to book there. We LOVED our stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to everyone. Staff: Santiago and Aaron were so amazing and helpful. They were kind, friendly and knowledgeable. They offered recommendations for places to eat which turned out to be incredible. The rest of the staff was also friendly and we were always greeted with a smile. Location: The hotel is right around the corner from a luxury shopping street where most high end stores are. The hotel itself is located on a quiet street. It is very centrally located. It was easy to walk to tourist attractions or take a taxi/car Ambience/Decor/Rooms: The hotel is beautiful decorated in a french and italian inspired design. The hobby is very chic, the restaurant and courtyard is gorgeous and the rooms are also tastefully decorated. Other: The reason we would come back to this hotel is the attention to detail and thoughtfulness. We had told them we were coming to stay for our anniversary. When we got to the room, it was beautifully decorated and they had left a little gift. They do turn down service every night and offered a pillow menu so you can pick your pillow for your most comfortable sleep. We were in a room with a courtyard view where you could also see the top of the Eiffel Tower. This is a luxe hotel that was perfect for the upscale experience we were looking for. 10/10

we were there for a little over one full day. quality control of the property was not good. there was no hot water and we had to bring it to their attention. it took more than 3 hrs to restore hot water and we were seriously delayed in our planned activities. we missed our tour and the only opportunity to go up in the Eiffel Tower. There were other smaller things like the towel warmer was not working. As such, the property is not senior / disabled friendly either. The walk in shower area is really tiny and it has a level difference that is an accident waiting to happen. Meanwhile, the bath tub (height) is very difficult for an elderly person to climb into safely.

We just had a great stay at the hotel, hotel staff especially the girl at reception are exceptional , she greeted us warmly , had small talk , arranged early check in since we arrived in the morning . I recommend this Castille Paris to everyone .

We stayed at Castille Paris for two non consecutive nights and had a wonderful time there. On our second night they upgraded our room to a suite at no additional cost and the suite was very spacious and beautifully decorated. They also provided plenty of complimentary drinks and snacks. The staff were very pleasant and friendly. I would definitely recommend Castille Paris.

Amazing stay and amazing staff

Needs a makeover

This hotel is certainly not five star. The rooms are so loud. It’s impossible to get a good nights sleep. The rooms have faulty toilets, showers, air conditioning, and lights. The doors in the hallway slam all through the night, rattling the walls and headboards. Beds are pretty hard. Closet light was hanging from a broken extension cord. Really rough around the edges. I rented two rooms for six nights, and both of the rooms were subpar. Do not expect any type of luxury here. After four nights of poor sleep, we complained about the noise and they moved us to a suite. It was quieter but tiny and contained a staircase to get to the loft bed. We complained about our other room leaking broken AC pipe water all over the floor. But nothing was done. The hotel food is tasteless. They double charged us so We had to argue the bill. 2 days after getting home they emailed with a bill for a lunch we didn’t have. My jaw literally fell to the floor. Most of the staff was kind and exceptionally well trained. It’s a pity the rooms are so inadequate.

Uncomfortable

If you’re looking for a good nights sleep, do not stay at this hotel. My family stayed in 2 rooms for 6 nights. For four nights, I listened to the doors in the hallway slam every couple of minutes. The headboard literally shook. Housekeeping would leave the linen room deadbolt on slamming the door over and over and over beginning at 7 AM. The air was broken in the room, leaving puddles of water on the floor. The toilet ran every time it was flushed, prompting us to have to jiggle the handle five minutes after every use. The shower was dreadful, big step to get in, inconsistent water pressure and temperature. The water will go from scalding to freezing over and over. The rooms are extremely small and not well apportioned. There is no luxury to be found in the rooms and the hotel desperately need a makeover. The mattress is really hard and the Pillows are much too soft. They upgraded one of our rooms to a suite after we complained. The suite was not much more quiet and included a winding staircase to get to the loft bed. Totally impracticable. We ordered room service one night and it was tasteless. The one salvation was the hotel lobby staff. They were extremely kind and courteous and did what they could but the hotel just needs a renovation. Don’t waste your money.

Very clean and friendly staff! Celebrated my moms birthday in Paris and they made it very special for her!

Everyone was excellent. Cleaning services impeccable. Front desk excellent customer service. They were able to honor my request for the 2 rooms to be connected. Thank you. The only negative I can say is that we were not able to get our rooms until 3:20 pm-3:30 pm. But nevertheless, everything was great!!!

We were upgraded to a suite for the same price of 2 rooms and we loved every minute. The staff was very attentive and the hotel is so central and close to all my favourite spots and shops. And the cats! Cambon and Capucine are adorable.

What a wonderful experience. From start till end. Concierge was so helpful and insightful with great recommendstions. Reception qas so helpful. Yes, rooms are small but such is Paris. Complimentary mini bar is wonderful. Everything was perfect. Location was great and yiu can walk to major attractions within 40 min. Taxis are so convenient to get and the whole area is bustling. The hotel itself is on the quieter stretch of the busy area. Wonderful wonderful!

Old and dirty 4 star hotel

On the first day, someone went inside a closed bag and took some gluten-free pretzels. Then next day, someone stole a Christian Dior box about 1ft x 1.5 ft x 1.5ft from the room. They claim it was empty trash. While it did not have the bag I purchased inside, it was filled with tissue paper, the dust bag and not anywhere close to the trash can. It certainly did not feel empty by weight and it should be absolutely no one's job to open Christian Dior boxes sitting in rooms to see if it is trash or not while the guest has not checked out. When I reported this theft to the night manager, I requested the hotel to replace the missing Dior box, the dust cover, and the bag of gluten-free pretzels. He said he would talk to the duty manager the next day to "see what he says." Other than that, he did nothing. I talked to the duty manager around 10am the next day and he tells me he will investigate but I should talk to the general manager who will come in around noon. He said he would review security footage to see what is going in and out of the hotel to spot the box to me as though he pretended to care. I talked to the general manager, Alessandra Bragoli and she answered the phone with "Yes, I heard an empty box has been taken from your room." I got zero apologies (at first) and when I insisted on making a police report she said she would also call the police on me for making false accusations. She also "knows" no one took the pretzels from my room. I had to call a lawyer. AVOID.

Everything about the stay was wonderful until the day of our departure at 7 am. the front desk staff kept assuring us that a taxi was on the way as did the bellman, (who kept calling some one but finally ran down to the next major intersection to try to flag down a cab) after 25 minutes we finally called our own uber but ultimately we missed our flight which cost us $1700 to rebook later that day.

The hotel is ideally situated for exploring Paris. It is conveniently located to several major attractions as well as to shops and restaurants. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The breakfasts in the hotel dining area were excellent. And the staff could not have been nicer, always helpful with storing bags when we arrived early or arranging for last minute taxis. We will definitely stay there again when next we have a chance to visit Paris.

The location is very convenient. Everything was nice, except that the pillows were bad for this level of hotel.

The location is great for shopping, food and tourist sites. The main areas on the entry level of this hotel are very good, upscale. Our room was nice, booked an upgraded room for 3-adults which was 1-king bed and 1-sleeper sofa type bed. There was a ceiling tile missing above the door entry way. At check in we were told a turn down service would make the sofa bed, but they forgot. I had to call after 9:30pm to get them to do it. The staff is very nice and helpful. Concierge service is very good. All the upscale hotels in this specific area are expensive, so overall I give this place a 4/5. We stayed 1-night. I think the lobby and bar areas are a lot nicer experience than our room was.
