Good as usual

As soon as we entered the hotel, we came from the casino entrance and we saw people having sex in the hot tub. when I mentioned it to the girl at the front desk, she looked at me like I was crazy and I had to tell her to let security know which did not do anything.we booked this hotel, simply for the hot tub and the pool, which we did not get to use because that’s disgusting. It would’ve been nice if there was breakfast included The room was great. I didn’t find the service to be that fantastic.

Very convenient off the highway

Very clean and staff were friendly. Some guests don’t know how to close a door without letting it slam at 2 am but that’s not the hotel’s fault.

The convenience of walking inside the establishment from casino to entertainment center to hotel . Everything at your finger tips . Staff very helpful with any questions.

Comfortable and clean

It was a great stay. Nice and clean room. Just the mattress was a little hard but we were travelling for the last 18 hrs so we crashed right away.

No supplies in the shower. I mentioned at checkout there was no soap, shampoo or conditioner. The room I booked said it sleeps 3. It was just a king bed with room for a cot which costs an extra $25. Very misleading.

The room was way overpriced for the experience. Few towels, uncomfortable bed

Hotel was nice ,loved the empty pool and suna.The casino was ok ,not the best .The buffet only open Three days a week .Not the days we were there .

Great place to stay on a rainy day

This property is great, but needs a hotel guest only quieter bar/restaurant away from the Casino. They have the space for it, use it! The upstairs area above the lobby (level 2) would be perfect for a small bar and restaurant far away from the extremely loud and crowded Casino. This area is often empty and is just not utilized properly. Otherwise, I have no complaints. We find the rooms are spacious, nice and clean.

Fantastic place, with everything you need.

Found our room quite dark, bed uncomfortable. We have stayed here a lot before and never had an issue, must have been an off room.

Great overnight stay for concert

Motel ,Casino and the concert venue are all combined. The staff are very courteous and helpful and the property is clean and looked after. We had a great time.

Our stay was wonderful. We were upgraded when we got there and had a massive corner suite on the top floor. Wonderful service and very clean. We will be back!

I like that you can walk to the restaurant and casino from your room and you don’t have to go outside in the rain or colder weather

Property was fine. Nice clean pool and hot tube.

Had a great stay. Very friendly staff. It was great that they had cream and milk in the fridge for my morning coffee.Room was large with a oversize shower. Thank the cleaning staff,our room was clean and complete.

No water in the room this kind of hotel should have bottled water ready for the guest

We had to relocate rooms at 11pm at night due to a mouse in our room, and all we were offered were certificates to the casino . We do not gamble so they are useless to my husband and I .

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff

Love this hotel, have stayed many times. Needs some ongoing maintenance. Bathroom lights were very dim, and fan did not work. It had no cover and was very dirty. Shower is really showing age. The sink drain was very very slow. Everything else was perfect!

Average hotel. Long boring hallways. 4.60$ cleaning fee??? Room was dusty. Reception personal was rude.

There was no breakfast to order. They use to have good omelets, drinking all night and no breakfast. Tv did not work in the kingsuite.

Check in was very slow and time consuming Could hear people walking and talking in the hallway. Could hear people opening and closing their doors.

Beautiful, big room, well-appointed, comfortable. The bath/body products were lovely. Staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Cost was very reasonable. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our brief stay.

Easy to get to and from the casino to your room.

Adequate but wouldn’t book again

One night stay for business. Parking in front very limited unless wanting to use casino parking with its associated risks. Staff was polite but certainly not welcoming like I receive from other hotels. Room was adequate but bathroom wallpaper was peeling off which makes the room feel substandard. Tiny soap tray in shower to accommodate soap and no other spot to place hair shampoo or body wash except at bottom of shower. Poor design. Second time staying here as I always allow another opportunity for improved impression, but will not book again.

All you want under one roof.

Had a couple getaway at Hotel Casino Moncton. Really enjoyed the spacious sweet on the 5th floor. With a walkout balcony. Sweet is even equipped a 2 washroom. Always enjoyed staying at the casino as you have the pub or buffet for meal, usually a band at the Pub in the evening and of course some opportunities to gamble.

Old and dated. Wasn’t impressed.

The space in the room was amazing it was bigger then our apartment however it seems kinda empty but we also found mold underneath the pull out couch as we were getting my nephew ready for bed overall not a big deal they did give me a 20% discount however i feel it should of been a bigger discount as for how much i was paying for the room and the fact rhat black mold is an actual health hazard

The buffet was terrible. The hot food was cold and dry. The cold food was warm. The selection was aweful and extremely limited. The salmon was dry. For the price it was unacceptable. I mentioned it to the hostess and all she did was smile and shrugged her shouldets at me. For all the advertising about this hotel, they should focus on their food. Avoid the buffet. Go to the pub. Dont waste your money on the buffet. Very very disappointing visit.

The room was spacious, the bed and sheets were excellent. The shower was large and clean. However the TV did not work and the dog in the next room barked for hours while the owners were away, presumably at the Casino.

This was my first time staying at this hotel I tried to stay here before it was too expensive so stayed in the neighboring hotel with the decrease in price I think this was a wonderful stay I would definitely recommend it

We had an amazing time. We stayed for our 45th anniversary and the staff upgraded our room for free and sent us a card signed by everyone. They made our stay wonderful and we can't wait to stay again.

We love staying here. We go to the buffet then go to the show we bought tickets for, then after that we spend the evening at the Casino. Its a 1 stop shop!

Can be updated, need comfier pillows

Found a finger nail in our bedding. So the bedding was obviously not changed before our stay. Room amenities,shampoo ,soap etc extremely cheap 1950s motel quality.

Great time! Entertainment, food and a place to stay all under one roof.
