Just overall not a good experience

We were not let into the place, called Expedia multiple time for 3 hours. Expedia person said they have called the property manager and nothing else could be done. We had to book another hotel. Very bad experience.

My stay at Casa Princess was too short. Ms. Powell was very nice. The property was quiet and well organized, not to mention very sanitary. Everything was fairly new. Maybe we'll book it next time.

Area was very secure. Staff members of the compound and management of the condo were very helpful

I booked this property and tried contacting the owner via phone and that was impossible so I sent messages and still had mo response. When I got there the sordid not have my details so I was allowed to enter the property. I am still awaiting my refund. I have had no communication from the owner thus far. I will be taking this matter further if money is not refunded to my account.

The property manager ms Powell was so nice to work with. Property was clean and had everything needed to enjoy our stay. Property included ac, towels, tv, cookware, washer, WiFi, a quick drive to many beaches and sites of Ocho Rios. Will definitely use this property or other properties under this company.

The villa was great, with 2 washrooms, the beds were super hard and the pool was so far away. The main living area and kitchen was very hot. We weren't aware of purchasing our on toilet paper, garbage bags, limited towels, no dish washing liquid. It didn't state anywhere in the contract we were to purchase our own. It was very costly as it is for rental.

The villa was better in person than I was expecting. The place was clean and nicely put together. Ms. Flynn the manager was very pleasant and informative. The neighborhood was quiet and nicely put together nicely. I enjoy staying at the villa and definitely will stay there the next time i am in Jamaica.

I enjoyed my stay at Casa Princess.

Ms Powell was so pleasant and definitely made me and my guest feel welcomed. I will definitely stay here again. Quiet community. The villa itself was so beautiful and clean.

The home itself is beautiful however living room was very uncomfortable to stay in because it was always very humid so most time we stayed in our individual rooms. The water for our 4 day stay was only hot the first and last days of our stay and although we could of been informed earlier we were only informed when we inquired about it. One night it was even hard to contact Ms. Powell to get our driver on to the premises. The pillows were extremely hard so it was difficult to sleep on. Besides these things there were bathrooms for every room and Air Conditioning as well.

This property is a gated property with 24 hour security, quiet neighborhood, pool and playground access, close to Ocho Rios town. Manager and owner are awesome. Great communication from both parties and property makes you feel like you are home. You will not be disappointed !

The space was amazing! Clean! Spacious! Everything you need to be comfortable! I loved my time there. Could have stayed a lot longer. Felt like home! Already looking to book again. My family is looking to book as well.

Ms Powell, did a fantastic job. After waiting a long time at the airport for us because of flight delays (she picked us up) she smiled and greeted us. She drove us to a restaurant and then stopped at the grocery store so we could pick up some basic essentials. She told us she is not the one who does the airport transfers but since she is filling in she will make the stops. I can tell she is just a genuine nice lady. She share some knowledge of the area and attractions and checked on us the morning after we arrived. The villa was super clean, modern and had all the amenities we are accustomed to at home. We recommend this villa.

I really liked the courtesy and friendliness of the staff. They communicated everything about the trip in a disclosure they sent on contacting us. It made my stay very relaxing and comfortable knowing what to expect. The area is quiet and peaceful, safe and is a gated community. Thanks guys for a warm peaceful weekend. I'll definitely stay again!

The service and facilities is excellente! Simone is soooo friendly, she made it feel like home! I row on a team and I was missing training to go on family vacation. Simone setup the gym access and personally took me to the community gym and ensure I was satisfied with the equipment. This is just hands down good service. Very impressive and highly recommended.

This villa has an amazing from yard, just looking at it made me want to go outside and roll in the lawn. I drought out the inner kid. Isnt that what a vacation is suppose to be about? My kids enjoyed the outdoor on the property, the pool and the kids play area and we visited a small public beach close to the property off the beating path.

World Class Customer Service

Very nice villa with plenty yard space and a nice front lawn. My little one put a toy in the toilet and cause hell on earth. Ms Powell came within 20 minutes of use calling and she called the plumber. They have to take the toilet off and it took the plumber 45 minutes with the camera for get the toy out. I felt so back I offered to pay and I was sure they would take the money but they did not. They would not even allow me to help cleanup. I use to thing my country does not offer customer service and Ms Powell surely changed that. I highly recommend booking with Ms Powell.

Comfortable and enjoyable weekend stay

We enjoyed our second experience here. This was the second home we've stayed in. We all love having our own rooms and bathrooms (very practical when you are 5 people). The house is comfortable and neighbourhood is quiet and close to town.

Not far from Ocho Rios Town & all the attractions

Great location right up the road from Margaritaville and Ochi Town Center. Host is responsive at a moments notice. Great stay!

It was a beautifully decorated place with everything one would need to feel at home. We were a family of 6 and felt like the amount of space was perfect. We will definetely be back! Note: only thing missing was a deck of playing cards or dominoes

We got upgraded for free and we were right off the pool and I am not a pool person but it was hard to resist the blue water. The staff was so friendly and helpful, they arranged grocery drop off and taxi for us. Recommended.

Great location very close to all the attractions, good internet, friendly staff, AC and hot water.

The villa is on the quiet side of Ocho Rios and closely located to the places that I planned on visiting. It was good value for money I have no regrets.

Very nice property but do not loose the keys because they will charge you to replace the keys and gate remote.

Beautiful villa and property

The property was absolutely beautiful, the neighborhood quiet and safe, the villa spotless. Centrally located, easy to catch a taxi or arrange for transportation and also close to restaurants and attractions. Based on my experience, I have a few recommendations. If you are going to check in after hours (9-5) make arrangements and let them know what time you will be there. Be sure to get the number to the front gate. If you call for a taxi, they won't let the taxi through the gate unless you call and speak to security yourself. They won't just let the taxi driver call you and hand them the phone. Also, they don't take cards. Be sure to bring enough cash to cover all fees and the cleaning deposit even though the site says cash or card. Overall, an exceptional stay

It was a very comfortable estate style villa

The setup is amazing. The property is estate style and they have pineapples and bananas in the back and the owners are cool with us taking as much as we like, in fact they encouraged it. The yard space is huge and the kids played soccer in the side yard. My kids also spend a considerable amount of time at the swimming pool. We fine Ocho Rios to be a nice vacation destination. We love the overall experience and just want to say thank you to Casa Princess.

VERY NICE PROPERTY & GOOD SERVICE

The manager is very patient. Our flight delayed for 4 hours and when we got there we were so hungry we stopped just before getting to the villa to eat. This was outside normal business hours and the manager was there waiting on us specifically and we really thought she would have been upset. Simone was very warm and welcoming. She is right for the travel business, because she has the required patience and she is very helpful. We had a group of 6 and each couple had their own bathroom which was again another reason we picked this villa. This property is A+ and highly recommended to groups.

I like that the property was big and clean. I didn’t like that there was no washer and dryer, I thought there was pool so that was a little misleading. Overall we had a good time.

Everything was wonderful and as pictured. Clean, secure, and convenient location. Simone the property manager was absolutely amazing. She was so accommodating, polite, and courteous. We will most definitely be booking again with this property.

The villa is very nice but what was most impressive it how organized the managers and coordinator were. The contacted us be phone and whatsapp with the details. We ignored it and the reached out again as pointed out that the property have no front desk. We answered 4 simple questions and the coordinator ensured all arrangements were made. We got there and they were very polite and easy going. The coordinator did message up again that evening to share info about things to do. The coordinator recommended we visit Puerto Seco Beach Club and Mainland China Landmark restaurant. We visited both and Puerto Seco was awesome, it is a must see. If you have kids the beach club will prove to be a great option we went twice during the trip. The villa is to nice you may also find yourself deciding to just stay in for a few days as well. The price was right and the experience was priceless.

The problem I had with this property is that I paid my money way in advance. And when we arrived in Jamaica we did not have any where to stay. I had to contact the property 72 hours since that there is no front desk. I first contact them on July 1st, (Since we were traveling on July 4th). The voice message said for faster response send message via what's app, which I did. from July 1st up to the night before travel, I was reaching out to these people with out any response. The funny thing they were reading all of my messages and not responding. So I contacted Expedia and let them know the property was not responding to me. I was told they try to contact the property also, and was experiencing the same problem. However, Expedia still assure me that everything would be okay. Never to say we arrived and had no where to stay because our names was not at the gate, and we had no lot number. I had to call Expedia who got us a next property to stay at. This was a horrible experience to know that you are in a strange place with no where to stay. To my surprise on July 5th I was contacted via what's app from the property saying it was miscommunication and I was listed as a no show, these comments make me so upset to know that we were siting out side the property and the security was trying they best to help us, but could not really do nothing. They also, did not forget to text me this was nonrefundable. This property is a scam, takes your money. Would never book this again.

It was very spacious and safe. I enjoyed my stay there. I did get an email stating I would get a free breakfast for one of the days I stayed but that didn't happen. Also the places to shop are about 15 minutes away. It would be nice if the pool area had drinks and snacks to sell. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Nice property, unpleasant stay

Positives: New property, well furnished, clean, comfortable. Inside a secure gated community. Negatives: AC only in the bedrooms, so the rest of the property can get unbearably hot. Please note that they expect you to pay the extra fees mentioned in the small print IN CASH upfront - the property manager was very unpleasant when I asked her if I could pay by cheque or bank transfer. So I got the cash from a local ATM and paid her the next day - till that point, I was treated like a delinquent by the property manager - Her message was 'I will be there to collect tomorrow at 5pm'. This was despite of full online payment of the room charges for the full 3 night stay on the hotels.com website beforehand! The property is not staffed, so the property manager physically needs to be present for the check in and the check out. We checked out at night at 8pm because we had to drive to Kingston for a late night flight - the property manager made a big deal about how she was accommodating us for a check out at night! We had actually paid for the room, online + extra fees in CASH for the house till the next day morning! It was an early checkout and apparently, that was a huge inconvenience! Overall, what could have been a very pleasant and excellent holiday, was soured by the unpleasant behavior of the property manager.

Stayed here last weekend. It was so clean. The host was very friendly. They have 24 hour security and everything in the villa is basically new. They got a 10 from me! Really enjoyed my stay!

This property is outside of Ocho Rios. The home is nice but it is like in the middle of no where. If you are trying to vacation walk to restaurants and beach this is not a good location but if you don't mind taking a cab all the time you might be okay.

Great Stay @ Casa Princess

Beautiful villa in a gated community, just outside Ocho Rios' city center (<10min drive). The photos are an accurate display of the property. All the amenities of home is here: hot water, air conditioning, cable TV, WiFi, washing machine...you won't be disappointed. **Keep in mind, the property charges a daily facility fee**

Nice villa, live that interior decor. It took a little while for the green on the exterior to grow on me but it did. The villas in general are new and it was just a nice clean environment. We got a decent value.

Great stay in Ocho Rios!!

We enjoyed our weekend in Ocho Rios. The kids loved the location, pool as well as having their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The villa is equipped with everything you'll need to make your stay comfortable. The property was great for our family. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and just a quick drive to many tourist attractions, grocery stores, and shopping. The pool and play ground were great; open early in the morning and close later in the evening. We appreciated our family evening swim. I highly recommend this property to anyone going to Ocho Rios.

Quick overnight stay which we extended 3 more nights. Decent place and not far from the attractions.

Good place to take your entire family. Nice big villa and hugh outdoor space.

If not for the security guard detaining us at the gate when we first arrived, I could easily say the stay is perfect. The arrival system needs to be improved upon. That said it's really a peaceful and enjoyable experience. The interaction with the manager lady was pretty limited but she was never more than a phone call away. We wanted a staffless experience where it is just about family and no one to watch over us. The villa served the purpose and I have no qualms about saying it is a bargain based on what I paid for the three bedroom villa for 6 of us. Recommended.

Very lovely, furnished and decorated, one story, three bedroom villa. All the comforts of home. Five - 10 mins drive from Ocho Rios shopping area and attractions such as Dunns waterfall. Villa located in secured, gated compound.

The villa was as expected. We have a very good experience overall and a good impression of the country and the warmth of Jamaicans. Too bad the news don't show these kinds of positives.
