We went there for our honeymoon and we had the absolute best time there! Loved the mountain views, the pool right out our balcony, the design and beauty of the entire place, the service was amazing. Definitely recommend it!

Amazing week in casa cook rhodes. Staff were excellent throughout my stay. We booked the executive suite however there was an issue on the first night when arriving so they put us in a twin room and as an apology gave us complimentary half board which was very kind. The food was excellent and very accommodating to dietary / religion requirements. Overall fantastic.

Our few days away at Casa Cook to relax and celebrate a special birthday were just perfect....the most luxurious and peaceful stay made even more incredible by the hotel staff who will do absolutely anything for you. Thank you - we will be back!

Very relaxing stay. Would definitely stay again.

Good but not great

Hotel was based in a lovely setting and the Mountain View was quite unique. The pool areas were fantastic and the spa treatments were some of the best we’ve had. It’s a good location for accessing Rhodes town and Lindos if you have a car. Breakfast was good but the rest of the food was very average. The overall finish of the hotel was just slightly off with a bit of a touch up on paint, lay out of the room like including a kettle or coffee machine or a mirror with good lighting for women

Amazing place!

The Team at Casa Cook are fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble, they are there when you need them but otherwise they are discreet. Brilliant team and make the hotel. Room was wonderful. Never did I tire of looking at our view, nor direct access to the pool. Again, it had everything and was comfortable. Bed was super comfortable! The food is delicious and lots of choice on an evening. We didn't do half board but wish we had. Breakfast was the best breakfast we've ever had at a hotel. So so much choice!! I had something different every single day. Overall the hotel is stunning, amazing and perfect.

Incredible hotel, food and service.

Very clean. Well appointed. Staff are friendly and happy to assist with all needs, without being oppressive or OTT. Food is excellent, wide ranging. Drinks equally so. The included breakfast is amazing. Prices seem reasonable and certainly competitive with what we paid whilst in Lindos for food and drink. Some reviews mentioned that the music near the pool was too loud, but I disagree. The volume is kept respectable and never intrusive. We had a room very close to the main bar and this music was never enough to keep us awake. There is some Sun lounger reserving behaviour at the main pool, but the fact that all rooms have their own swim up veranda mitigates this. Check in and check out were smooth. I’d recommend private transfers from the airport - around €100 return for us, around 30 minutes trip. The only thing I would mention is not the fault of the hotel at all, but trips into Lindos and Rodos are not as convenient as we had hoped. Whilst taxis can be booked by reception; they cost around €45-50 each way. We didn’t look into the busses but heard they were very busy. Overall would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Would love to come back again soon.

Incredibly beautiful property with great amenities and excellent service

Great room with pool and very clean . Awesome comfy bed with lovely crisp cotton sheets. Great design boutique style hotel .. only thing that lets it down is the quality of the food offering . Like everything is okay. Not great. Breakfast not great .. and frustrating wait for that first coffee of the day every morning .. but the staff are lovely and do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable .. just don’t eat here

Really lovely hotel - would happily return.

Perfect break

Casa cook is just the most incredible place to stay. It has everything you would need for the perfect stay. Super chilled vibes. The friendliest of staff. We stayed in room 107 with a shared pool, which suited us perfectly. It felt like no one else was there. Enough to do hiking up the hill with incredible views, water park, and the beach. We stayed for 2 nights as needed to chill out after a stressful time and it really ticked that box. Can’t recommend enough and we hope to visit again.

Amazing hotel and staff

We had the most amazing stay at Casa Cook Rhodes. The hotel is amazing as are the staff. Such a relaxing place. Perfect in every way.

Fabulous hotel

Gorgeous interiors, a laid-back vibe, beautiful view of the mountains from our room, super- friendly staff (if forgetful sometimes!), great food & drink selection. We recommend the hotel activities too - yoga, 7 Springs cycle ride, amazing spa treatments. Only thing that could improve it is coffee/tea facilities in the room.

Sunny and dreamy!

Stunning hotel, great pools, evening meals are delicious and very generous, breakfast buffet was really varied, great mix of hot and cold. Stayed in room with private pool which was great as nice to have privacy to sunbathe and swim. Would highly recommend. But- if anyone from the hotel sees this review can you please reply to my email about my lost jacket. I lost my favorite jacket during my stay, would love to know if anyone found it?

A seriously stunning hotel, in an even more stunning location set within the mountains. Every single element considered. From incredible rooms, to the pool, to the bar and food. The location is incredible, a little remote but that was what we were looking for anyway and only a short walk to a beautiful beach. Some of the staff (only a handful) were a little rude at times and slow at breakfast service. Literally the only down side i could pick but i wouldnt hesitate to book again ;)

This is the second time I’ve been to this hotel it has everything I want beautiful location adults only very peaceful great weather and flights from my home town

Hotel with great facilities

Lovely hotel - love the design and the hotel facilities are great. The spa treatment I had (face and indian head massage) was excellent - highly recommend it!! If there is something the hotel can approve would be the temperature of the pool water which is very cold. The reception area can also improve as it took has 30min to check out.

Beautiful and serene…the perfect place to relax

Casa Cook is near perfection in almost every way. This was my first time away since 2019 and it was the perfect setting to really relax and stop a tired mind after the last 18 months. So grateful to Casa Cook and the staff for making me feel safe and comfortable the entire stay. I would highly recommend booking a sunset boat trip with Rhodes Sailing Tours through the hotel, it was beautiful! I was originally booked into a Loft Room but on arrival saw one of their suites with a private pool was available, so upgraded. Worth every penny. Both rooms were stunning but the suite was like nowhere I’ve ever stayed before!

Good hotel

Excellent hotel, great service and well-decorated rooms. We had an ant problem in the room and sent someone at 11:30 pm to spray. The reception takes a lot of time to answer, which is very disturbing. We were greeted with a bottle of wine and fruit and overall was nice

Exceptional in every way. The staff went repeatedly above-and-beyond, the food was great (excellent breakfast), and the place itself is beautiful. The photos on Hotels.com do not do it justice - mine do better, but I'm no photographer! The atmosphere is perfect - tranquil yet buzzy. Gorgeous setting, great amenities, and even a great massage at the spa. We cannot recommend this place enough!

Best hotel ever

The hotel is clean and quite, the staff are really nice polite and helpful. There’s a lot of parking in the area right on the hotel.

It was amazing. We asked for one large bed and we got 2 twin beds + twin sheets. The last day they did not bring us a thin blanket so at night they brought us bed linen. Other than that it was amazing. Perfect room and amazing staff

Fab stay

What can I say the most amazing experience considering we are in a pandemic . All the staff was amazing , breakfast fab swim up room was the best . Wished I stayed longer can’t wait to come back . The hotel was quiet but I assume as out of season and Covid to be expected.

Amazing property tucked away close to the beach and mountains. Easily one of, if not the best hotel on the island for a proper getaway. Amazing large rooms with direct pool access and plenty of amenities. Amazing staff who are always super friendly and helpful. Will definitely be staying here when we return.

Absolutely amazing stay

Our stay was exceptional.. We stayed in 2019 and it was so good we had to visit again in 2020. The hotel is beautiful, staff all so friendly and helpful, the food is incredible and whether you choose to sunbathe on your own personal lounges with swim up access or by the main pool - you can’t go wrong. I’d recommend to anybody and cannot wait to visit again. The hotel really has everything.

Fantastic holiday at a beautiful hotel. Everything from the room, service and food was excellent. We really enjoyed our stay and will be visiting again

We had a wonderful holiday at Casa Cook Rhodes. The hotel and setting is really extraordinary. Beautiful mountain views and very peaceful. The main pool and restaurant bar area is fun and relaxing and the swim up pools are really special and feel very private! We had several treatments at the spa which were exceptional! The spa team are lovely! As are all the waiters and restaurant team who work tirelessly to make sure you have a perfect experience. In light of the COVID situation the staff really handled everything diligently and we felt very safe. The only thing that could be improved was our check-in and the reception desk team who seemed a little inexperienced compared to the rest of the staff team who really go above and beyond. One other note would be that there is no water in the bedrooms and so you have to make a trip to the local supermarket to stock up. Top tips on exploring Rhodes: Visit the Tsambika monastery, St Paul's Bay (book a bed at Tambakio), explore Rhodes Old Town and do a day trip to Symi (we hired a boat without a licence from Symi Coral boat hire). We can't wait to comeback and explore more!

The setup, design and overall feel of this hotel was unique. There are not many hotels where every room has direct access to the pool and the setting was as stunning as the pictures suggest. The beautifully designed interiors, imposing location at the foot of the mountains and wonderful layout of the resort were special. We had a very relaxing four days, and were looked after constantly by the very friendly and attentive staff at the breakfast room, pool area and restaurant. Everyone is there to help and make the stay as enjoyable as possible. It’s hard to find any fault with this hotel and we will definitely be returning for another stay.

Beautiful hotel in every way

We had an amazing time at Casa Cook. We arrived an hour before the official check in time and were shown straight to our (upgraded!) room. The room itself was gorgeous and the pool access very welcome, as it was very hot. We had dinner in the restaurant and it was superb. Breakfast was also lovely. Overall, this is definitely a treat hotel but well worth every penny. We loved it.

This is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Beautiful design, sympathetic to its environment and truly wonderful staff - attentive but never interfering, genuinely warm & friendly.

Amazing weekend getaway

This was our third consecutive summer at Casa Cook Rhodes, we enjoyed the quiet area, the private pool (for each 10 rooms) and most of all the hospitality of the amazing staff. We will definitely visit there again!

We had a great time in Casa Cook, everything was great, the room was clean, great amenities and friendly young staff. The only “half” note is that the water temperature (both in the main pool and the shared) was quite cold, even when outside was 30°C. But once again we had a great time and will definitely like to return.

The place is literally heaven on earth. The staff level of service is excellent, kind and very very welcoming. The resort is just beautiful and beyond any expectation. The web pics don't do justice with this oasis. We spent 5 days and didn't want to leave. Very very highly recommended for couple get away!!! Only two comments for improvement : 1. Pool water is to cold. Even on 35C days. 2. Room wifi is slow.

Absolutely amazing, so beautiful and well designed. Super friendly staff, great food, lovely rooms. All round pretty perfect.

All rooms have a direct access to the pool, which is really amazing. The rooms are equipped with a lot of charm and big enough for two people. The whole hotel area and the surroundings are so pretty, that it is hard to leave and not take pictures every time you leave the room. The staff was beyond friendly and also all food and cocktails we had at the hotel were super delicious. There was nothing we found as not being perfect and we had an amazing stay and would definitely come back again! Very recommendable hotel - thanks for the amazing time :)

Super hotel

Very well styled hotel, just as their pictures suggest, you don't need to leave the hotel (which is lucky because there's not much to do outside the hotel)...the buffet breakfast has everything (including good espresso coffee), great cocktails in the afternoon, and each meal we had at the restaurant was delicious.

The perfect stay

My husband and I are just back from the perfect stay at Casa Cook. If you're looking for a peaceful break, good food and excellent service - this is the place. This was my second visit to Casa Cook and I'm already thinking about a third.

Amazing hotel

Really beautiful place (like in the pictures), quiet location, kind staff. The room was comfortable and clean. The pools (in the rooms and the central) are nice. The breakfast is good and rich. Although we ate for one evening dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was really good. Amazing hotel, really recommend! Great for couples and for people who want to have a relaxing vacation.

Breathtaking place, calm, peaceful, relaxing, not at all pretentious. Location in the hills was lovely but the area outside the hotel is not great. Resort next to resort, could be anywhere. No local restaurants

Casa Cook Rhodes is a Must

Casa Cook Rhodes is an amazing property in an equally fantastic area on Rhodes. We loved our experience - the service, design, style, and friendliness of the staff. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who loves high design and architecture. The hotel is located in the middle of the island, a perfect jump-off point for exploring.

perfect getaway

architecturally and aesthetically perfect for a relaxing holiday in the sun. staff were not only hospitable and attentive, but truly excellent and lovely people - they made our stay! only criticism is that the cleaning staff weren't amazing, the beds were a bit below par for the price point, and the shower design led to massive flooding every time it was used. aside from that, the restaurant and bar staff, as well as the shared spaces, were perfect.

Wunderschönes Resort

Im Großen und Ganzen war es ein schönes Hotel und ein toller Urlaub! Den Empfang waren wir persönlich aus anderen Hotels, gleicher Kategorie, anders gewöhnt. Es gab keine wirkliche Einführung in das Hotelsystem, lediglich ein Hinweis auf einen QR-Code. Das größte Problem war eine fehlende Kommunikation zwischen dem Hotel und den Gästen. Sei es bei den Abläufen des Restaurants, als auch allgemeine Aktivitäten. Tag für Tag hat man selber als Gast neue Dinge herausfinden müssen, da diese zuvor nicht erläutert wurden. Der Großteil des Personals in den Restaurants war sehr beschult und zuvorkommend, jedoch z.T. einige auch unfreundlich sowie gestresst, wodurch das Allgemeinbild wieder getrübt wurde. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön mit dem Zugang zum Swim-Up, bieten jedoch durch den minimalistischen Stil mit wenig Stauraum. Außerdem fehlt es im Badezimmer an einer Ablage für die Kulturtaschen. Unserer Meinung nach, sollte ein 5-Sterne-Hotel über Hygieneartikel (z.b. Wattepads, Q-Tips) auf dem Hotelzimmer verfügen. Zudem wäre eine Kaffeemaschine und/oder ein Wasserkocher zu erwarten. Die Handtücher wurden täglich gewechselt, überzeugten aber nicht mit einem frischen Geruch. Die Reinigung der Zimmer war gut. Gläser wurden teilweise gar nicht ausgetauscht. Die Kissen des Bettes waren nicht angeordnet und die Dekorativen Accessoires wurden nicht angerichtet. In der Mini-Bar befand sich ein Obstteller, eine Flasche Weißwein und eine Flasche Wasser für den gesamten Urlaub.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit im Casa Cook! Das Essen, das Personal, das Ambiente, der Pool, das Zimmer und überhaupt die ganze Anlage sind einfach ein Traum. Wir können es wirklich nur empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder hin.

Absolut empfehlenswert! Tolle Lage in der Natur, super freundliches, aufmerksames Personal! Das Essen war jeden Tag hervorragend und die Auswahl groß! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!!

Ein Traum! Selten so eine schöne Unterkunft gesehen. Sehr freundliches Personal, hervorragendes Essen. Haben Upgrade auf Villa mit Privat Pool bekommen. Nur zum Weiterempfehlen.

Das Hotel ist ein Traum! Alle sind sehr nett und bei Halbpension ist das Essen wirklich hervorragend. Abends gibt es eine Suppe, anschließend drei Vorspeisen und bei der Hauptspeise kann man aus verschiedenen Varianten wählen (auch viele vegetarische). Die Zimmer wurden frisch renoviert, leider hat es noch ziemlich nach Farbe gerochen. Das Zimmer wirkte noch nicht ganz fertig, es fehlten Handtuchhalter und ein Stuhl im Zimmer. Nach ein paar Tagen wurde noch eine Bank ins Zimmer gestellt. Wir hätten uns gewünscht, dass die Zimmer komplett fertig sind wenn wir ankommen. Wir waren letzten Jahr auf Samos im Casa Cook und dort gab es jeden Tag eine Flasche Wasser. Auf Rhodos gab es diese nicht. Ansonsten war alles perfekt! Wir werden wieder kommen :-)

Der Service war stets sehr freundlich und hat jeden Wunsch erfüllt. Die Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und Pool ist top, hat es im Zimmer nicht viele Verstaumöglichkeiten. Es ist aber schlicht und modern. Die Zimmerreinigung war schlecht und nicht sauber. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt und man hat die Möglichkeit mit dem Velo oder zu Fuss in das Dorf „Kolymbia“ zu gehen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden nochmals gehen. Das Restaurant legt grossen Wert auf Nachhaltigkeit. Das merkt man auch beim Frühstück.

Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal im Casa Cook und es war wieder großartig. Die Zimmer, die Pools, die Anlage, das Essen und das Personal: alles war perfekt. Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Leuke accommodatie, modern en leuk. Ontbijt zeer uitgebreid, diner keuze uit 2 menu’s met Griekse touch. Grote zwembaden niet verwarmd, in het voorjaar toch ijskoud. Er is geen meerwaarde van een duurdere kamer met premium veranda, wel groter maar bijna geen zon met de diepere ligging. Hangt af van de ligging van de kamers, wij hadden een streepje zon. Spijtig. Maar we hadden een leuke, relax vakantie.

Die Bilder werden dem Hotel und der Anlage nicht gerecht. Es ist wirklich traumhaft gut. Man kann sich gar nicht entscheiden, ob man einen der zwei großen Pools oder den "eigenen" am Zimmer nutzen soll. Der tolle und sehr freundliche Service des Personal sind ganz besonders hervorzuheben. Auch das Frühstück bzw. das Essen waren sehr gut und das zu einem vernünftigen Preis.

Für das Casa Cook gibt es eigentlich nur ein Wort: Paradies! Alles war wirklich ausgezeichnet, überhaupt nichts zu bemängeln. Wenn mal was aufgetaucht ist, dann wurde dieser Umstand umgehend behoben. Sehr professionell, angenehm, unaufdringlich. Einfach toll!

Wir wurden super nett mit einem Früchteteller und einer Flasche Sekt im Zimmer willkommen geheissen. Zimmer aber eher eng für den Preis der gezahlt wird. Keine Minibar oder Kaffeemaschine…nur ein kleiner Kühlschrank der am Abend sehr viel Lärm macht. Auch gibt es kein Trinkwasser im Zimmer. Dieses kann an der Bar gekauft werden oder im nahegelegenen Supermarket. Das Hotel ist eher weiter weg von Rhodos Stadt. Das Taxi kostet für einen Weg mind 40 EUR. Im Hotel kann jedoch direkt ein Auto gemietet werden was sehr praktisch und unkompliziert ist. Auch können super lustige Touren mit dem Trainer George gebucht werden. Personal sehr nett. Uns hat aber trotzdem die Sicht auf das Meer und die Sonnenuntergänge am Abend gefehlt. Das Hotel ist nämlich gegen einen Berg gebaut.. und somit schaut man den ganzen Tag den Berg an. Ist echt Geschmacksache.

Absolutely amazing property with wonderful athmosphere. At least we as a young couple felt like home. Cool pool areas, very nice breakfast and dinner. Also lunch by the pool was great. Hotel is app. 7 years old and only bad thing to say is that rooms (at least ours) need a little bit more attention to take care of.

Le séjour était incroyable ! Accueil, service et propreté étaient au rendez-vous! Le petit-déjeuner était parfait, ainsi que la cuisine du restaurant. Le personnel est à l’écoute et très aimable, le service client est super! Si vous cherchez du calme, du repos et de la tranquillité allez-y les yeux fermés! Wunderschöne Hotelanlage

Es Ist wirklich eine sehr schöne Hotelanlage. Grossflächig angelegte Bungalows mit viel Privatsphäre. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und gibt sich Mühe. Das Frühstück ist richtig lecker, aber alle Teetrinker sind im Vorteil, da man ziemlich lange wartet auf den Kaffee, aber man hat ja Ferien. Negativ zu bemerken ist das Restaurant. Wir haben mit HP gebucht, es war sehr lecker, schade war einfach, dass man zwischen den einzelnen Gängen über eine Stunde warten mussten und das Essen zum Teil schon kalt war. Die Küchenorganisation hat noch Verbesserungs Potential!

Meine Frau und ich hatten eine tolle Zeit. Die Anlage ist ebenerdig und gepflegt. Kein Vergleich zu den üblichen Hotels, die an der Küste verteilt sind. Es herrscht eine angenehm entspannte Stimmung. Die Zimmer sind liebevoll eingerichtet. Einziger Wermutstropfen war, dass wir ein Zimmer mit Badewanne und Schaukelsitz gebucht haben und eine vergleichbare Zimmerkategorie ohne bekommen hatten. Das Restaurant ist wirklich empfehlenswert, man kann sich mehrere Tage hintereinander durch die Speisekarte futtern, ohne dass es langweilig wird. Jedoch sollte man auch Geduld mitbringen, da der Service zwar bemüht ist, aber manchmal länger braucht. Es kommt auch ab und an vor, dass einem etwas gebracht wird, dass nicht bestellt wurde. Aber das ist dann wohl meckern auf hohem Niveau. Sonderwünsche wurden anstandslos berücksichtigt, wie zum Beispiel weichere Kissen oder ein Sonnenschirm für die Terrasse. Der Strand ist schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen und es gibt auch in der Nähe Restaurants und kleine Geschäfte. Falls man beabsichtigt die Insel zu erkunden, ist ein Mietfahrzeug Pflicht, da der Transfer mit dem Nahverkehr etwas umständlich ist. Wenn man am Abend im Restaurant oder der Bar verweilen möchte, unbedingt einen Pullover einpacken, da es manchmal recht windig sein kann. Alles in allem, bin ich begeistert und bin auf die anderen Casa Cook Hotels gespannt.

Cadre exceptionnel

Bel hôtel dans un très beau cadre, très calme, reposant, pas de bruit, chambre spacieuse cosy, personnel sympathique et aux petits soins, extérieurs soignés, petit déjeuner et dîner parfait voir trop copieux, prix des boissons raisonnable, Mais il y a des détails qui agacent et qui ne sont pas digne d’un 5 étoiles; pas de verres dans la chambre, pas de verres à dents(sauf un pot épais en marbre) pas de machine à café, pas de mini bar, frigo très bruyant la nuit obligeant à l’éteindre, pas de fer à repasser, pieds de chaises extérieures rouillés, une prise électrique cassée hs, une autre sortie de son logement, un des 2 boutons de la chasse d’eau ne fonctionnant pas, rideau de voilage sortie de leur tringle et non réparé pendant le séjour de 7 jours, entourage des robinets salle de douche abîmé, marque de rouille sur l’échelle piscine, porte d’entrée de la chambre frottant au sol limitant son ouverture…). Il y a visiblement un manque d’entretien, mais peut être est ce la fin de la saison…

Exceptionnel tout est au rendez vous pour passer un agréable moment . Des employés au chambre en passant par la restauration. Cadre idyllique où le moindre détail deco est bien pensée ! Encore merci pour ce séjour .
