Well for the price I paid ..the owner should buy small fridge and coffee pot.na Small microwave. There's nothing at all. So if u buy food n can't eat it all u hv to throw it away because no where to put it. It only cost few pennies..to buy a bundle of the things u need. Restaurant downstairs is still closed.

Average location

Spend a little money and time cleaning the shower head. Some water bottles and coffee maker would be nice too.

Excellent location for price. Just be aware that the tradeoff is minimal amenities. Its more like staying an Airbnb than a hotel. Just be aware of this before you book.

This is a nice hotel that absorbs the cultural taste of Puerto Rico! Highly recommend

This property was very dirty with roaches.. it made my vacation stressful.. every day was like survival mode .. if I could give it a zero star I would … HORRIBLE!!!

Nice quiet hideaway 2 minutes to the beach, Tons of restaurant options, easily walkable. Ideal location. Loved It! Great Host.

Flight was delayed when I arrived I couldn’t check in nobody was at the front counter to get inside. I had walk up the street and book another hotel. They don’t respond to emails until 2-3 days later. DO NOT BOOK!

Nice and safe

generally, it was right beside a great beach. specifically, although they didn't have onsite staff 247, I had a response via WhatsApp within a few minutes of sending it. their responses were clear, friendly, without any sidestepping. their room access protocols when arriving were simple, clear and easy to follow

Location was great also was Elizabeth the host. We will be back.

Deceiving look with no basic necessities

This hotel has no basic necessities such as no iron, ironing board, fridge, microwave, hot water, closet. Literally 1 room, bed in one area and bathroom. The bed is so uncomfortable I woke up with neck and back pain. You don’t even feel comfortable sleeping in the room because it looks so crappy. No staff contact, everything was through email or text. I didn’t expect luxury but I expected bare minimum and comfort. This hotel does not offer that. The night we came no hot water, in the morning when u find a comfortable spot for warm water, in less than a min it get burning hot where you have to move from under the water otherwise you can get burn, damp towels to wipe. So HORRIBLE AND TERRIBLE WE SPENT ONE NIGHT SINCE WE LANDED AND CHECKED IN LATE, we rather lose the 3 night stay altogether and checked in at Holiday Inn. I wish no one has to go through what we went through

Decent stay

Decent hotel in a high scale area, no frills but ok. Small parking 4or 5 slots . At the end for me was ok and had plenty off restaurants nearby

Perfect for solo travelers. Only thing I’d suggest is them putting a microwave on the property for use. I had to go to another hotel to warm up my food. Other than that is was perfect for me.

The property was descent and our room was very private. Only complaint we had that was the air wasn’t working it said it was 62 but it never got cold in the room. There’s a gap underneath the door that a small lizard crawled underneath we had to case out for hrs. Not fun having to get out in the early morning.

BEWARE: BED BUGS Staff denied claims of bed bugs but woke up with bites every day. Accused us of lying instead of helping. They said they would dispute reviews if we warn others of bed bugs. AVOID this place. Place was filled with centipedes as well. Servant quarter turned into a “suite”. Housekeeping did not come. WiFi does not work.

The property was east to get to, easy parking, the hotel is currently under renovation. The room that was booked for me, unfortunately the AC didn’t work. But Elizabeth was attentive, and fixed the issue immediately and put me in a different room and the room was wonderful, spacious and clean. I wish my stay was longer. Would come back!

We had the first floor, and it was too loud

This is very convenient in the Condado district to many things and a 2 block walk to the beach and a 5 minute Uber to many other places. There is no view really-just of other building-but I spent a lot of time out so it was fine. Brand new and very clean and spacious.

Lovely time in San Juan

Nice clean room and great location. Easy to get in to the room. Could have had 1 more pillow but perfect comfy room.

Disappointed hotels.com allows misrepresentation

This is a shared apartment. We had no idea. This is not a hotel. This should not be in the website or it should be readily Advertised as such.. going back to look it’s in very very fine print .. very very disappointing.. we had a random person sleeping out in common area.

Pros- great location, property management very responsive, clean, spacious shared living area with kitchen and refrigerator. Easy check in. Cons- very small bed even though we are small people, light shinning through in the middle of the night and no black out curtains, uncomfortable pillows and mattress. Only two towels with no hand or face towels, one bar of soap and no body wash. Very basic small room, for a “deluxe.” No elevator so we had to carry our suitcases two flights of stairs.

Everything was good! However there wasn’t anyone that was available at the front desk. Other then that it was good.

The hotel was very nice and have a home feel to it. I also love how clean it was. I highly recommend it!

I have stayed many times in this hotel. I hadn't done it for a long time, and to my surprise the toilet was used with excrement. I had to go out and buy things to wash and disinfect it. They have to be more careful at this matter

the garage

clean, large and relatively nice bedroom but it's a garage converted to a room. it is ok, but for the cost I paid (220 usd/night) and the lack of housekeeping, I think a garage is not balanced....
