Great service and facilities. Avoid staying on floor 15, the early morning activity of people in the gym (floor 16) while running in the treadmills and dropping weights will wake you up.

All is nice except rooms don't have drawers to keep clothes.that is very uncomfortable as you have to keep your clothes on the bags..just shelves not enough for a two people room..

Hotel is clean, new and in excellent conditions. I did not receive any benefit with my VIP status, neither the discount in the restaurant. They forgot to clean the room one day even with the sign to clean it and I had to call once I arrived which made me to go out and losing 1 hour. Breakfast is good, it could be better. Room and bed are excellent. Pool is warm = Excellent Gym = basic however can do the exercises I need Overall , really liked the hotel = excellent

Solid Hotel

This is a nice hotel to stay in for business in San Isidro. Good restaurant in and around the property. Staff is very friendly and welcoming to travelers.

Casa de Andes is very clean, comfortable, attractive. The staff is efficient and attentive. They are competent in English. I will stay here again in the future.

This is the second time that I am staying at this hotel and like the first, I had a nice stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. Nadia did a nice job with the check in and Carlos and Carolyn in the restaurant are a pleasure to interact with. The area that the hotel is located in is great to walk around with a shopping center close by. I liked and used the gym at the hotel. I highly recommend Casa Andina Premium Isidro and would stay at this hotel on future visits to Lima.

I have stayed in this hotel many times before and it had been great. However, during this visit the breakfast was below par and while jn the room I would hear the water pipes running.

Front Desk Ross Mery was so friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. front desk is a face of hotel, she put all positive things on and let me felt I'm stay home not hotel. The room is very clean with beautiful park side view, I like16th floor top roof, my 16 years old dog was died the night after I checked in before I back home, my husband and I stayed the top roof long time, that's perfect place at that moment for us. highly recommended this hotel, you will feel you stay at home with your family.

There is a nothing special VIP service. And tax issue is still unsolved that I am not admitted to pay due to VISA letting me stay for max 6 months. Besides that kind of experience, room is a neat and clean!

Very convenient hotel for business/pleasure in Lim

An excellent hotel for a business or pleasure trip. The staff were amazing, calling me by my name each time and every day. I have never experienced this, so hats off to them. The only downsides, and I am being picky here, for me were 1. the layout of the bathrooms and 2. the music in the bar/restaurant/breakfast room. I found it a bit too much, especially at breakfast where I would prefer to have a quiet environment, and when you hear the same music for 10 days in the evenings, it gets a bit off-putting. Also, I found, but that was because of the relatively cold weather, the dining area was sometimes a bit draughty. The location of the hotel is excellent, with plenty of dining possibilities within walking distance. There is a very good meat grill restaurant within a 100m walk, Los Ganaderos, for example which makes the location perfect! Finally, the swimming pool is heated but due to the cold, I didn't use that area at all during our stay.
