The guy with the locs provided A1 service. Love him. I stay at Carib house often when I just don’t want to spend a lot the ocean view is nice and it’s a convenient location. The security guy was also A1 24 hour security made me feel safe:

Good and comfortable stay

The hotel was in a good location the beach was across the street our room had a balcony with an ocean view it’s no resort and it needs some updates but it did its job! The staff were amazing and there’s always security in the front which was good and there’s a lot of shops and restaurants right down stairs the area was walkable and safe we stayed for 3 days and everyday we walked around we felt safe There’s a beach club across the street for 8$ but if you walk a little further it’s a free beach with the locals and it was great

The place looks so different from the photos online. It’s so dirty and rundown. I’m really sadden that this kind of premises allow to have guess. And I pay $232 for 2 nights. The staff are friend tho but the conditions of the building is not okay. You don’t even get room service to change the sheets or anything.

Horrible place. They can’t even give you extra towel!!! No shampoo no conditioner no lotion! NOTHING AT ALL. Tv doesn’t work. You have to bring your own tv box or firestick if you want to watch

Its a cozy lil spot got to really look for it. I recently broke my leg and have limited mobility so the hotel has great veiew you have to stay on 3rd floor and there's no elevator and stairs are steep.

I had a delay flight and needed somewhere to stay for the night with with my family. The staff members were able to accommodate me for my late check after 10pm. I was very greatful. Was able to get a good night sleep in a well cooled room.

We booked this hotel last minute when we missed out fought. They were very warm & welcoming. We had a lot of luggage which they helped carry to our rooms. Rooms had kettle & a fridge which was great to make some tea after a stressful day. Aircon definitely did its job. There were extra blankets for comfort. Hotel smelt & was very clean. You felt safe as there was security present. Close to everything you need & around lots of tourist. Would definitely stay here again if I wanted to do touristy things.

Let me start by saying I never leave reviews,my fiancé an I stayed there after a long trip from Panama ,an was looking for something in our price range for the 3 nites,over all it was close on hip strip an walking distance to doctors cove ,an shops casino an food,for the room,no one came to clean or bring fresh towels toliet paper,nothing we took our own garbage out,we had a some aunts in bathroom the AC was leaking on the inside of room coffee pot didn’t work,but we had a beautiful view,An to get up to that room was a lot Of stairs and a swivel staircase to go up to the top top level so if you have any medical conditions leg problems, this room may not be for you.so overall I’ll give it a 3 nothing top notch about it

Been there many times and just like the place

I really enjoyed myself, thank you to the front desk and security, we felt very welcomed. You are close to all the attractions, right across the street from Doctor Cave's Beach, most beautiful beach! You are on the hip strip so there's a lot of action, you feel the love. The room was fair, better than I expected based on the reviews.

It wos ok just need a fresh fragrance but ok

Roaches. Also I left a few things; and while I was finally able to get some of the items returned, a couple went missing. They tried to tell me housekeeping hadn’t notified them of anything left. When I went back to the property 2days later- the items were indeed still in the shower so the room hadn’t been cleaned.

My room was beautiful , great view but just wish that the cleaning staff was a bit nicer .

This is a basic hotel, which is totally fine, but it was hard to get little things like extra towels or shampoo. It’s just very basic so for the price it was fine but there’s zero frills. In a good walking distance to lots of restaurants.

Terrible Experience

We paid for a king bed and ended up with a full bed. Mold in the ceiling and overall not a kept place.

Caribic was ok,didn't like my check in experience i choose a room for 3 person i got one that said 5 people which was good,on my arrival the receptionist said i have to pay $30 extra because the room was book for 2 person yet it was 3 beds in the room....i think that was a big rip off..on top of that the room smell like mold need to be air out properly..

I pay for ocean view and and I did not get it and that were 4 flight of stairs and I also saw a roach crawling across my pillow. I didnt feel safe when i stepped out the lobby area. Too many guys iut front that trying to sell you something at the same time.

My only complaints are the music playing in the resort next to us and the noise from the main road.

Even though it was just a short one night stop over I enjoyed staying here. Very conveniently situated on the hip strip close to all the local amenities.

The ocean view from my balcony was amazing.

Dont get me wrong, outside of the property is a different story than inside. Nigel, the tall security guard made the place feel completely safe. I had no worries when he was at the front door.

The staff at this place are absolutely amazing! Expedia of course will take your money as a full payment and then tell you that you have to pay again on site which is terrible absolutely terrible to do to customers. Book this hotel outside of Expedia or you’ll get ripped off at the most inconvenient time waiting for your money to be returned to your card after you have to argue with them about it through Customer service! This hotel is small and it sits right on Hip Strip a busy strip with a lot of eateries souvenirs shops and mini markets. The staff are kind accommodating helpful they’ll try what ever is needed to make your stay amazing! The rooms are very basic but you get air conditioning system a Flat Screen TV Hot Water great water pressure if you need it and a warm bed. Our room was very clean and they clean for a fee daily or else every 3rd say! The WiFi was okay it’s not really strong unless you’re sitting in the lobby or on the balconies facing the city and beach. This hotel is also near the beach and you just cross the street and patronize the Beach club which is $7USD for entrance and $7 for a Chair or an umbrella. The beach club does sell food. The beach is pristine and there’s a Starbucks on the beach across the street. The hotel sits over a bar with music and food for sell most nights. This hotel sits several blocks from Harmony beach which also has a water park a lot of free events great food shops and many diverse vendors.

The view in the oceanview property was amazing!! If you book the ocean view, there are many steep stairs, which you WILL have to carry your bags up. If you are on a large trip with a big bag, reconsider. Walls are super thin, so you can hear your neighbour. Small shower

Loved everything about Caribic house Felt extremely safe and we had so much fun Everything that’s needed is on the strip from food to the beach. Can’t complain at all
