Everyone was very accommodating and went out of their way to be helpful

Classy property in a beautiful location. Our room was overlooking the ocean on the lobby level which is about the 5th floor. The bedroom and bathroom was very spacious, modern and clean and had everything we needed. The whole property is luxurious and has it's own private beach and large deck areas with sun beds and chairs. Being November the resort was very quiet, not many people at all so it was very peaceful and relaxin The resort is about 15 to 20min drive from bodrum center so it's worth renting a car as we did of you want to explore the area. We had free parking and valet service. Overall an excellent stay and highly recommended.

The hotel grounds are beautiful, but they require some maintenance. For instance, the pool stucco wall needs repair, and there were weeds in the small garden in front of our premium room balcony. The restaurant and concierge staff were friendly, but the front desk staff were not as welcoming. According to my booking on Expedia, I was supposed to pay at the property. However, the hotel reservation manager contacted me before our arrival and asked for payment upfront. I explained that my reservation indicated payment at the hotel, but they insisted that the information was incorrect. Despite showing them my reservation details, they charged my credit card without my acknowledgment. When I raised this issue with the hotel manager during my stay, they didn’t apologize and merely tried to explain why it happened. I plan to file a complaint with Marriott Bonvoy regarding the payment process. I have been to many luxury hotels in Europe and far east Asia and this hotel is extremely overpriced.

Three hundred and fifty pounds a night and twenty five pounds for a Gordon’s gin and tonic but no rooms have a bath - really !!!!!!! Vastly overpriced

ultra-modern fittings. space-age . I could not operate even the telephone , staff could not lift the curtain that descended on the sea-facing glass wall. Every body very nice but ultra-modern fittings too modern

This property is stunning. Everything is so beautiful and luxurious. The service is amazing. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone. It’s not cheap, but well worth the price.

Staff are extremely pleasant. Service is of very high standard, staff very helpful. My housekeeper was very trustworthy and gave me great services throughout my stay. Shall return before the end of summer beautiful holiday destination/hotel

Good property for sunrise

our stay was nice. a little dated with fake plants dotting the property. But staff was friendly and efficient. Beach was clean and good location best for sunrise as it doesn’t see the sunset . Rooms have semi blocked ocean views.

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful hotel! The property is beautiful, clean and the rooms are very nicely appointed. The only “complaints “are that the only restaurant is expensive and serves only Asian/Japanese sushi on the menu. There should be more options available. Also, there is no concierge desk and the front desk staff seems to be frequently overwhelmed with guests arriving, departing or needing assistance. We visited the other Marriott property in the area called Bodrum Edition, which was very lovely and I had fantastic restaurants. If we were to return, we would probably stay there instead.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay. The amenities are good. We loved the beach area and Buddha Bar - great setting, food & service. However, for a 5 star hotel, some things could be improved. Check in was a little lacklustre - no welcome drink/cold towel etc. on arrival - and housekeeping & guest services were not as efficient as they could have been. Our room wasn’t turned down at night, they were slow to bring things we asked or, didn’t collect our luggage etc. The Goss restaurant was also closed with no explanation as to why in high season. Still enjoyed and would return though for the setting.

Satified, but...

My wife and I celebrated our 25th Anniversary at Caresse during the first week of October. The resort's amenities and location were the primary reasons for us choosing to stay there. The spa and staff were amazing as we were able to enjoy a day of blissful relaxation. Unfortunately, we noticed that much of the resort was not in use and basically not offered to the guests due to the late season accomodations (ie. seating areas without cushions, some stores closed, lack of staff to accommodate guests). Overall it was a peaceful stay but lacked the 5⭐ service and attention to detail that we are accustomed to based on the resort rates.

It was a total pleasure the entire trip. Food, spa, boat ride, in town transportation

Beautiful vacation at Caresse

We stayed there for 3 nights. Everything was perfect, we really cannot complain.

The rooms are great with a great view of the water. Restaurant food is ok but not very good. Food service and quality could be improved.

I liked the staff services in all means I found the most unique thing was the accomodation in terms of the view from room and the romantic lighting & internal design in room & bathroom I disliked the website from booking the hotel through trivago / expedia as they were extremly not clear, not fullfilling my requierments properly packedge price was expensive somehow. Luxury in Turkey

From the moment we stepped out of the taxi and into the first guest greeting area we New we had chose the Right hotel and it just got better and better , the view from your room balcony is breathtaking , to see the sun rising every morning and sipping on expresso from your personal machine in the room well what a start to the day. The staff the food the resort the beach the pool the location was perfect , we stayed for 10 days and I could of easily stayed for 10 more , 100 percent we will be back , thanks to all the staff at Caresse for making my holiday a wonderful experience and thanks to SPG .

Just wonderful

What a wonderful hotel. It is just beautiful and redefines luxury. The staff was excellent and went out of their way to make our trip wonderful and a big shout out to Mermut who was just great. The spa is also fantastic. We look forward to returning.

Amazing Resort

It’s exactly how it looks in the photo. An amazing relaxing experience with nothing too much of an ask for the staff with beautiful surroundings. Best resort in Bodrum. 5* treatment from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. Will deff be doing this trip again.

One of the best Hotels I've stayed at yet!

Modern elegant hotel with all the seaside comforts

From the checkin moment I started to feel relaxed and noticed that staff take guests requests with upmost importance and attend to them in a timely manner. I think staff are well trained and offer good service with substance and leave out the unnecessary lip service. Hotel is well appointed and constructed which offers panaramic views out to Aegean/Med sea. We had a problem with our first nights dinner but I was impressed how responsive the staff was to our feedback. They genuinely tried to address the issue rather than sweep it under the carpet.

Caresse hotel bodrum

Good service, comfortable rooms, overall a great stay in bodrum. Since the hotel is far away from any action, you need some sort of transportation if you want to see the town.

Four nights vacation and found this to be a very beautiful location, about 15mins from Bodrum marina / town

Personnel incompétent. Niveau d'anglais médiocre et surtout aucun respect du port du masques durant le service et en cuisine... les cuistos ne portent jamais de masque pour cuisiner. Ce n'est pas faute d'avoir parlé avec plusieurs manager dont leur directeur général rien m'a changé pendant les 4 jours de ce sejour...
