Just what we needed for one night only.

Spacious

Quiet, clean and tidy motel room. Very spacious, bed was huge and I like that it had all the amenities we needed. We will definitely be back.

Great location near parks uni and downtown

Very convenient for access to the Town. The room was spacious and the king size bed was very comfortable. The hosts were friendly and there was fresh milk in refillable bottles. A quiet location helped.

Warm, spacious, well equipped and well located mot

Have stayed here a few times before as the units are spacious and well equipped, it has the full sky tv range and the location is excellent for both the expressway and the town's restaurants and shops. This time I was upgraded, with extra space and a walk in shower and the warm welcome included bottled water and the heater turned on for a warm entrance on a cold day. It was a quick overnight stay but we'll be back again.

Nice and close to central Cambridge.

Easy walk into town. Quiet.

Property somewhat dated but was clean. The unit’s door only had a blind over it and that let too much light in for a good sleep. We had to cover it with a blanket off the spare bed.

This is a beautiful motel and I'd highly recommend it to travelers in Cambridge and Hamilton area. Staff was very kind and helpful. The beds were very comfortable and the place was extraordinarily clean. Thank you!

Clean and tidy, older style motel, close to town, park and shopping close. Swimming pool had no privacy as it was right in front of all units.

Very helpful and welcoming management. Of note for those staying a few days, while the unit is well appointed with pots, pans, and knives, self cooking facilities are somewhat restricted with small microwave, small fridge, and plug in two solid plate elements

Well located and comfortable motel

Located not too far from the expressway exit but within an easy walk of cafes and restaurants, the unit had everything we'd want and was spacious and warm

A spacious unit with everything you needed. The location is also good, an easy drive from the freeway exit and still close to9 the town and restaurants.

Right from the warm welcome to checking out, the place was great. The room was very clean and spacious, had a very well equipped kitchen and a nice eating area. We didn’t use the pool because of the weather but it was clean and easy to access. We’d go back in a minute! Close to town for walking to parks and restaurants, too.

We made a last minute reservation here after Tropical Cyclone Gabrielle came through trying to get out our Auckland. They were so kind, upgraded our room, provided fresh milk for breakfast and just overall made it super easy for us after a really tough day of travelling and flight cancellations!

Great night sleep, clean, comfortable, quality bed and sheets. Good location for Cambridge and racecourse. Friendly staff. Lovely little pool, everything we needed.

Rachel and her family took great care of us, We could easily have spent more time here as it provides a great base from which to explore Piston and surrounds.

We were arriving late and they organised a key and location to pick it up and milk for coffee. The room was immaculately clean and lovely. Thank you.

Set back off the street so no street noise but could hear everything from other people in the complex. Two men stayed up talking right outside our door until 2:00 in the morning. Would not stay here again because of this. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Spacious rooms. Everything was clean

This is a nice clean and quiet motel which is close to shops, restaurants etc. The manager Ms Zhang is very friendly and helpful. She is also the gardener, cleaner etc. Basically doing it all ! Indeed a rare find in the hospitality industry nowadays. Highly recommended !

Room was very light and spacious, very clean. Bed was very comfy with crisp white sheets.

Home away from home.

Welcoming greeting at reception, unit door open and inviting. Decor fresh and uncluttered. More spacious than I expected. Bed linen and covers good quality and clean. Kitchenette provided had everything that would be needed. Toiletries and towels provided excellent. Shower had good pressure and very clean. Excellent television, channels and wifi. Local temperatures very high so we're thankful for the air conditioning in the unit which definitely worked extremely well. Initially I thought the pool needed cleaning but found was normal wind blown foliage. Pool towels were supplied close to the well secured pool entry. Pool was definitely a highlight, non slippery and cool. This motel complex felt very private and secluded due to being nestled up a driveway leading away from the main road sounds. Owners/staff very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely like to return and would recommend.

Great high ceilings and spacious for our family of four. Not much natural light though, had to have all the lights on. We will be back as the service was great :)

My Stay in Cambridge NZ

I stayed for business and must say this place was a lot older than i usually stay in but having said that it had all the things you need in accommodation: plenty of hot water , a good sized A/C unit that heated the room . Electric blanket which I used and a comfy new bed . Down a driveway with NO traffic noise and off street parking . Friendly owners . So all in all not the prettiest but I would stay here again .

Quiet yet conveniently close to the CBD.

Nice modern, clean units, great size, looked out on the pool. Beds comfortable. Location is handy to everything. We’ll be back next time we are in Cambridge.

Great little motel. Friendly and helpful staff. The room was much larger than we imagined and kept very clean with all we needed for a perfect stay. The family really enjoyed the pool too. Would certainly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.

Very nice place great staff and when there was a noise problem they dealt with it very well The only thing that we had a problem with was the hard bed

This property was the first night we spent in New Zealand. The suite was perfect with its 2 bedrooms and lots of living space. Staff were very helpful.

We liked the way the motel was well presented and it was a please to stay there

We didn't spend a lot of time there but owners were friendly and the room offered a lot of space and with the heat pump kept warm.

Staff are very friendly and because property is off the road it makes for a nice, quiet stay. However the beds are quite hard and shower pressure is barely there.

Cambridge wedding

The owners were really accommodating. We had an unexpected delay and arrived at the motel very late. They had taken care of everything for us and checked in nicely. Wished we had more time to enjoy the pool ! We were in a studio room and it was huge. With the high ceiling making it feel even bigger. The air con unit work very well and the kitchenette well stocked and tidy. The bathroom was a little tired and probably needed some improvements. But the comfort and style of everything else made up for it. Yes we would stay here again.
