Happy with my stay

2nd time staying here within 3 months. This time round, I was able to bring my elderly mom along. Shoutout to the Conceirge team - awesome performance throughout my trip - always so friendly and welcoming. Same goes for the security team always willing to lend a helping hand toward my mom. I’d like to also compliment an Indian lady from the reception team who was so warm and friendly, as well as the team from the Den - despite the breakfast hours being so busy, they are always efficient. I opted for the larger executive studio this time round. I wouldn’t as much say I was unhappy - just some minor details that can be improved - the hairdryer was missing from the room (it got sorted out after I called the service desk - so efficient and fast). Not sure if the socket in the bathroom worked though ; it was ok one minute and stopped working the next, so I kinda got a shock when the hairdryer stopped working half way. Overall I’m happy with my stay here as it was so walkable to major malls. Traffic outside the hotel was busy as always but still not as bad as the one outside Pavilion mall, so getting a Grab ride was a breeze. Highly recommended.

Amazing hotel and service! Exec rooms are very spacious and the location is excellent. It’s walking distance to all the main shopping and eating areas in Bukit Bintang

Exceed our expectation before checked in to Capri by Fraser. A nice hotel with friendly and attentive services. Music at lift lobby can be better.

Overall a great experience staying here. Staff were very helpful and friendly particularly those at front desk, Conceirge and breakfast restaurant “The Den”. Room had a modern decor with microwave, sink and mini fridge. Water is filtered from a small tap at the sink, no bottled water is provided so bring your own flask/ empty water bottle and refill it here. Walking distances to popular malls - super short walk to TRX (recommend by a front desk staff) and a stone’s throw away from Pavillion. The road in front of the hotel is busy but not as busy as the one outside Pavilion, constantly full of people and traffic jam. If you chose to come by coach, you may alight at Tribeca Suites opposite Capri. Super happy with my stay here and couldn’t recommend enough. Also I appreciate very much the staff decorated the bed with balloons and towel “cake” for my birthday. Also on Deepavali, staff wore Indian costumes to celebrate one of the country’s celebrations- how awesome!

A good stay.

A good stay there but some details need to be improved.

Really nice accommodation Facilities with the gym and the pool were great. 5 min walk to 2 huge shopping centers. Local eateries and other restaurants all walking distance. Bukit Bintang is a very busy area especially with traffic. Be mindful when you need to get out via car.

Staff in particular were all excellent, I was very impressed by their courteous and professional approach.

Fantastic location, walkable to the main malls with some good food nearby. Recommended stay.

Great location

5 star stay

Hotel was very good. Its only improvement should be the downstairs waiting area. It should be bigger, preparing for the rise of e-hailing Grab/Uber cars.

There is a drinkable water tap in the kitchen. Our room is clean and spacious. It provides kitchen utensils even a knife, scissors and tea towels.

Internet speed issue, Rest are all OK

Internet quality was very very poor rest of them are top class

had stayed here about 5 time in last 12 month. this time round thing done seem to run as smooth. the mug was takena nd not return the tea spoon was not in place

The hotel is very modern, comfortable and well located in central KL. I recommend it for either a short or long stay.

Great find. We had a lovely few days here en route to Australia. Staff were amazing and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was lovely, bed was comfortable and everything was spotlessly clean. Also it was reasonable for a city hotel.

Great location within a 7 minute walk of Metro station. Clean, well appointed rooms.

Room is clean and spacious. Good quality toiletries. Nice pool view. Swimming pool is a saltwater one, which I like a lot (though not preferable for everyone).

Definitely would recommend to stay at Capri barest location and staff. Super clean and care about your comfort. Many amenities are available. We stayed also at Sleeping Lions which was a block away but NOTHING compared to Capri. Will be revisiting again and staying at Capri in the future.

I had the Premier Studio, which was well designed and felt a lot more like a studio than a hotel room. Slightly unusual reception location on the 40th floor but otherwise a very nice hotel with an infinity pool.

My recent experience at Capri by Fraser Bukit Bintang was nothing short of a nightmare. The premium room I booked was infested with mosquitoes, originating from the shower drain, forcing me to cover it with disinfectant wipes. The toilet had a repulsive issue of its contents resurfacing post-flush, creating an unsanitary and unbearable environment. The air conditioning was dysfunctional throughout my week-long stay, making the heat nearly intolerable. Despite reporting these problems, the maintenance staff insisted they were "normal" issues, displaying a dismissive attitude. Upon informing the manager, an Asian lady with glasses and short hair, about the myriad of issues, she responded with a nonchalant "ugh, okay," showing a complete lack of concern. To make matters worse, when I needed an urgent extension, they refused any discount, displaying a shocking lack of empathy. This experience has left me questioning the authenticity of positive reviews. I strongly caution potential guests to reconsider staying at Capri by Fraser Bukit Bintang, as the conditions and customer service are far below acceptable standards.

A Place to Stay

Great location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Thought we had free breakfast, but had to pay one morning and not the next. Weird that check in was on the fortieth floor, but a lovely place.

The hotel needs to update the pictures they show online because we booked a room on exedia and the pictures of the room showed it had a Queen bed. But upon checkin, we were given two double beds. We told the attendent upon checkin but we were told that we can simply "join the two beds' ourselves.

This is our second stay. We love the polite and friendly staff. Walkable to shopping and great foods.

My husband and I just returned from a 4 night stay. The location is very convenient, we could go out to several different kinds of eateries nearby or to the Pavilion Food Republic where there is everything imaginable. I did not get a chance to use the gym or pool because I was tired every evening after a day of sightseeing, but they looked clean and inviting. The hotel description on Expedia had touted a free area shuttle but when I asked, it was not the case. They should have taken that information out, otherwise was misleading. Our room was cleaned meticulously everyday. There were dishes and microwave which was very convenient. The decor was tasteful and modern, the bed very comfortable and there was a nice seating area. Home away from home! The only thing I had a hard time with were the soap and shampoo dispenser pumps which were clamped inside a holder that made it very difficult to pump anything out. I had to pump about 50 times to get only a small amount with difficulty. It was very frustrating. The light in our shower was out and it was too dark to see which pump was for what until I finally got out a flashlight to determine what they were. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I found the staff to be very very accommodating on a daily basis, friendly and very caring everything was clean, accessible beautiful pool. We could have done with some Netflix or other movies on the TV but other than that it was perfect for family all couples great view

Good location, love the cleanliness of the room.

I only spent one night here so too bad I didn’t get to experience most of the amenities. However the room felt so comfortable, clean and welcoming the moment I stepped in. The only issue to raise is that the cleaner came into my room unannounced due to bad communications on the hotel’s end (she thought the room needed cleaning) so in future the cleaners should knock or ring for privacy reasons just incase, but she was very apologetic. The breakfast was good but relatively expensive so not sure if worth it. Overall still an enjoyable stay.

Highly recommend staying here

My stay at Capri was first class. The room and bed was incredibly comfortable, the staff were all super helpful and very nice.. the pool was great as well. Couldn’t fault anything.

Clean and friendly

Very convenient to pavilion & 7-11.It takes few minutes to reach.Excellent room with clean toilet & bread.For sure to come back again if were to go kl again.Receptionist during arrival was very polite gentleman.He explain patiently where to go & all. Great experience!

The hotel is very well upkeep and the room is large and very comfortable. It is also not too far to walk to the shopping and food area

Generally great!

Everything was fantastic, from its location to the cleanliness, the design and comfort etc. The only downside is the longthy time to wait for check-in. We had to wait for almost 30min for our turn to check-in despite a non-peak period at 7pm.

Great location, good facilities

A short walk to the Pavilion and other shopping malls. All the facilities are new and are in working order. Enjoyed the sauna, gym, and the gaming facilities. Room was clean and comfortable.

I had an early check in and complementary late check-out. That was lovely. Everything was excellent. Staff are lovely & friendly. I just wish they have an egg station for breakfast but it alright. Breakfast spread is more than enough. Outside and around the property there is no nearby convenience stores. But walk to pavilion & bukit bintang is abt 5mins. Overall, a rested stay & wonderful experience! Keep up the excellent work capri.

This is a very new hotel and the room size is very reasonable for the price. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent property Reception staff were fantastic. Pool area was great. Only complaint is housekeeping The room and bathroom was not cleaned properly.The shower area was already showing mold.Hand towels were only provided on the first day.Coffee and tea were not replaced and very small quantities.Bed linen was not changed throughout our 5 day stay. Everything else was great.

Location of Capri suited our purpose to a T, our bus dropped us at Tribeca across the road. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great central bukit bintang location! Walking distance to pavilion, great for solo female traveling! Jalan alor hawker stalls close by as well! Room service was prompt too

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. The service I received from the moment I arrived until I left was exceptional. Reception, the concierge services, everyone was so thoughtful and helpful. The rooms are really modern, clean and have everything you need. The den had a bar, a jukebox, instruments and plenty of space to hang out. The infinity pool was lovely and they also had very clean washer/dryers. Location is good, walkable to all the nice malls, the park and Petronas towers (if you can handle walking in the heat!). This hotel exceeded all my expectations.

The hotel is 10 mins walk from the new Pavilion KL shopping centre so very central. There’s parking available at the hotel and at a very reasonable price. The hotel is very clean and very spacious. Staffs were all very friendly. Overall we had a very pleasant stay and will definitely stay here again if we are visiting KL.

Clean and spacious rooms. Quiet and cozy establishment. 5mins walk to Pavilion Mall and 10mins to the rest Bukit Bintang. Check in and check out was a breeze.

Stay was ok. Location very good. This is our 2nd time staying here. Abit disappointed with housekeeping as they broke a glass and there were glass shards on the floor when we went back to the room after shopping on the first night. But they came to clean up the room very fast. Housekeeping this round is abit slow. On our 2nd night, they didn’t clean up the room. Thankfully we returned in the afternoon and wanted a break, so we called for housekeeping to clean up the room. No umbrellas and room slippers provided. No Nespresso machine and capsule in room also although we booked the same room as last round.

Most modern type garage parking - fully automated and hotel staff was present to guide first time users. Worth paying the parking fees. Location is one of the better ones that is near Pavillion shopping mall and eateries (local and mall) readily accessible within a short walk. Very very good hotel.

Hotel room quality is good

The restaurant for breakfast was so small that I couldn't sit down. The coffee maker stopped working, so I couldn't drink coffee. The room was clean, but the bathtub was not cleaned

Water leaking

There is water leaking from the floor and I suspect the pipe inside broken as wherever I step there is water coming out. I requested to change room and it was done promptly. Anyway this is first time I’d seen this kind of issue happening.

The location is great!! Just a 5 minute walk.to the main Bukit Bintang Shopping District.

Will be back to the same hotel if visiting KL again. Perfect for me..

Staff needs better Training for overseas Travelers

Staff needs to be more compassionate - I traveled for almost 20 hours and a night flight arriving at the Hotel at 6:00 am and they would not let me check in till 3:00pm that afternoon. I even offered to pay for Half a Day but they wanted me to Pay for Upgrade for full 4 nights. They were not accommodating. I was tiered Hungry & desperate need of a shower but No Chance of that. I had to leave my luggage and go out for Breakfast. They wouldn't even allow me to have Breakfast there since I couldn't check-in.
