Very well located fancy modern hotel, super comfortable room with very convenient amenities and huge bathroom / shower area. The hotel gym was efficiently equipped with new quality stuff and enough space. Breakfast choice was basic for the price but very good quality. Slightly overpriced, Overall excellent except the elevator is impractically slow

Beautiful rooms.

This was the most terrible experience ever. The night we arrived TV has no picture only the sound. After notifying the reception I was promised they will come to fix it, which they never did. Next day I complained again. No action whatsoever. During checkout they said they had received no report on the complaint. The way how they handled the whole issue is unbelievable. In addition there is a construction ongoing and was never mentioned in the communication with the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay at the Canopy Hilton. It is away from the hustle and bustle but just a short drive to the touristy attractions. Rooms are very clean but AC wasn’t working too well initially, after addressing it to front desk, the issue got resolved.

The pool was a little bit small, but clean. Breakfast was delicious and the staff very kindly.

Beautiful hotel. Would appreciate assistance with luggage as you have to drag bags outside over concrete quite far from where taxis can drop you. Good service and beautiful clean rooms

The hotel was in close proximity to the stadium. The staff were extremely helpful. We loved the decor of the accommodations. Great roof top pool area as well. We ate lunch in the restaurant and that was excellent as well. Thank you Canapy for a wonderful stay.

Great location, hard to beat, hotel is very nice.

Cute little hotel very close to the stadium with good options between. It is a night life area so it can get loud but it didn’t bother us too much as we were pretty jet lagged. Air in room is not like US air, it’s going to be warm in the summer. Be prepared. Otherwise a great spot with a free breakfast that was amazing and a lovely rooftop pool with a bar service. Recommend for any stay involving a concert or football game.

Lovely hotel but the customer service at the restaurant is terrible.

We stayed at this hotel to attend the Taylor Swift concert at the Santiago Bernabéu stadium. The location was perfect for this event because it’s such an easy walk to get there. The room was spacious and clean. The water machines located by the elevator was really convenient for filling our water bottles. The outdoor sitting area and rooftop pool were also lovely and great options for downtime. The bar off the lobby had really nice small meals and was open late (at least for the post- concert rush). My only disappointment with this location was the homeless camped out and sleeping right in front of the hotel. We chose to walk around the other side and not take that side of the hotel for entry because it didn’t feel clean or safe. It appears everyone is just fine with that situation but for the price per night, it’s definitely disappointing.

It was a very nice hotel staff was great but at first they could not find our 2 room reservation. They frequently mentioned that we booked through expedia i don't know why

There was a large disturbance in the early morning hours and the local police were called in. It was extremely noisy and echoed to our rooms on this side of the building from the street.

Great location close to the soccer stadium! Keys lock out at noon which was annoying to have to go down and get them reactivated to check out, rooftop pool and bar were great hangout locations and rooms/bed super comfy

Great location for us since we were there to see the soccer game, everything with close proximity. The hotel was very clean and smelled good all the time. Spacious rooms!

Beds were great, bathroom area was unique and very guest friendly. Views from the 6th floor were ok. The stairwell seemed small in case of emergency. The Buffet was nice, everything was fresh with a wide selection of breakfast foods.

The evening bar staff were slow to notice you were looking to place an order. The hotel was lovely. But maybe next time I would stay at a more central location as it was about a hours walk to most things

Hotel is very freindly and super supportive , from reception to bar staff room was very comfortable

Hotel was conveniently situated short walk from Metro station and Bernabeu but the area around it was scruffy with homeless sleeping just down from the hotel entrance and broken paving slabs outside the hotel. Beggar came into hotel bar whilst we were eating and drinking one night asking for money.

Can smoke Cigars and cigarettes on the terrace restaurant. The top pool place you may be able to smoke but you need to bring your own ashtray. Overall it is cigar friendly.

The only issue is they ask for charge 20€/hour when we ask for late check out and it is only until 2 pm so we have to pay 40€ and check out at 2 insted of 12 noon

Excellent and best in madrid

Good but not if you are travelling with a car.

This hotel is really nice and modern, breakfast was decent, not the best I have had but good, I would just advise you to stay well clear of this hotel if you are travelling with a car, parking is one of the most complicated things I have ever done in my entire life, the staff tried to be helpful but only gave half the instructions needed in order to make it more seamless, and finding the machine to validate your parking after paying reception was another task in itself, and please note the hotel charge 3x more than what you would pay if you download the parking company app.

The hotel was fantastic and great amenities. The only fault would be the slow service on the resturant on level E as each night when we went for a few evening drinks.

I have to say the staff where absolutely amazing. The front desk was super friendly. I'd like to also say that Sergio by the pool was super helpful. Jeronimo and Mishel on the mezzanine and Danny and Carlos on the main bar made me feel right at home while in Madrid all the way from Canada. It was so good to feel at "home" during my stay. Our rooms and the hotel where also top notch!! Thanks again, Chris from Canada 🇨🇦

Cool style and friendly staff

This was a great hotel all around. The hotel was very clean and the workout room, rooftop pool, and rooftop lounge area were all well-maintained and top of the line. The location was very close to Real Madrids stadium for a match and short taxi/long walk away from all the major sites. Would highly recommend this hotel for your next stay

My personal bag containing my laptop was stolen from from within the hotel lobby, despite being in a group of 4 and with our belongings close to us. I had to raise mt voice to the staff ar the check in counter for them to do anything. Two CCTV cameras were above us, so i asked if they could check the footage but they said by law they couldn’t, i had to make a police report, and then the police would view the footage. The address of the police the staff had given me was not correct, so i had to walk to the main police station to lodge a report. From the apathy of the staff, it makes one think robberies in this hotel lobby, or hotel lobbies in general, is common. Some areas around the hotel are questionable, so i would recommend guarding your valuables carefully, also because this hotel doesnt have any guard/personnel at the entrance unlike another i stayed in.

Had a fantastic stay. The exterior of the building has ‘character’ but the interior has been beautifully designed and is very slick and stylish. Rooms were fantastic. Bar and restaurant excellent and the Planta Z terrace is amazing on sunny days and warm evenings. Rooftop pool and area was closed for the season when we visited but looked fantastic. Staff wonderful. Perfect for Santiago Bernabéu and surrounding neighbourhood good, lots of good restaurants south of the stadium and nice residential neighbourhoods north of the stadium. Metro super close and quick into Centro, so while we wished we were a little closer it’s still a great base to explore the whole city. Loved it!

Overall an excellent hotel, with good service and excellent facilities. Unfortunately we had issues with the electrics in our room - phone charging points not working and light switches wired incorrectly. We reported the issue but it was not fixed and no gesture of goodwill offered. Would stay again but a tad disappointed.

Great hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are modern and very clean. Unlimited filtered drinking water on each floor was fantastic. Excellent gym. Can´t fault it. Will definitely stay again.

Poor location, you need to carry your bags to entrance as its not accessible by car. access to lobby is poor. Food option for late night arrival is limit to 3 or 4. Overall disapointing experience.

Impressive stay

I stayed there as the first night in Madrid and it was an impressive welcome. The location is not far from the famous Bernabeu stadium and the metro station. The room is cozy, the heater worked very well. The breakfast was superb with generous choices I really loved it.

Были недопонимания с оплатами, все время зависала система бронирования, пришлось потратить время на выяснение проблемы, надеюсь, ничего лишнего не спишется со счета. Красивый номер, хотя окно хотелось бы побольше.

Hotel excelente, extremamente bem localizado. Vários pontos de apoio no entorno e de fácil acesso ao metrô (também próximo das principiais atrações de madrid, caso tenha disponibilidade para uma caminhada). Staff cordial e eficiente. Café da manhã excelente e com boa variedade de produtos. Não é barato (mas nada é barato em madrid). Recomendo.
