TravellerTravellerHotel is new and clean and nice. But we were there in a mild winter and it was central heating which they could not turn off - so the rooms are really stuffy. They had to bring us a fan and we had to leave the windows open - so much for eco-friendliness. But hotel is really nice. And staff are friendly. Would stay again.

The entrance of hotel is located in an alley. Didi drivers do not know how to enter. It is in center of the city, by chengdu park. It is a walkable distance to good restaurant and shopping mall. However, most of staffs do not speak english. The one that do, not many speak well. This is true for all china. I do recommend it.
TravellerMy stay at the Canopy has been exceptionally pleasant. The hotel has a modern, smart and simple design fused with Chengdu elements. The staff (especially Xiaohong) are very accommodating and even let us check out way later for free. The rooms are spacious with modern amenities and the breakfast is delicious. I highly recommend this place for business and leisure travels.

Bad experience! The first room was smelly, the courtain and toilet seat didn't work properly. The windows faces directly to a office building and the staff from the reception told me this was a Tianfu square viewed room?! No sorry during whole complaining. Cannot believe it's a five stars hotel belongs to Hilton. Location is good, BTW Ritz Carlton is just on the corner

TravellerHotel molto bello in posizione centrale vicino a negozi, mezzi pubblici e ristoranti. Camere spaziose e pulite, bagno enorme. Personale eccellente, sempre gentili e disponibili pronti a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta. Unico problema è l'odore di fogna ogni volta che si scarica il WC.
