It was fairly quiet as there were few other guests.

A nice and quiet place for a solo traveler. Laundry was easy and available. Staff was responsive and checked in regularly. It was clean and close enough to the CBD (downtown) to walk to (about 20 minutes).

Great room

The studio room was very nice and clean. It just got a bit too hot in the room because the temperature thermostat could not be adjusted since the settings were locked. Other than that an excellent place and very convenient for visiting.

Upgraded to studio with kitchen, really nice Enjoyed quiet and peaceful

Back to Uni

It’s about memories getting into Uni boarding. Gave it 5 of 5 for good will. The room was noisy right towards the rest room. It made noises while the doors opened and closed.

Great place to stay would recommend great value

This place deserves a praise. It’s a lot better than most backpackers I’ve seen in NZ, and costs like the cheapest ones around Dunedin. Thanks

Excellent staff very responsive. Lovely modern building and rooms. Great location. There were two of us, but there was only one seat and no dining table...orherwise we survived :0)

Comfortable bed and clean and fresh room and lounge games and outside bbq area and soft furnishings. Nice kitchen and ensuite fabulous! Great price including free parking too👌🌅🙂. Thank you Dunedin - so close to Otago university too. A.Over

Quick and easy check in. Rooms very clean. Parking restricted, but there was plenty of on-street parking at night. Like being a student again.

Great stay, although a tad warm!

A great stay with some really helpful staff on reception. Room brand new and well kept. Great location with a short walk into town. The room as advertised didn’t have air con, yet there was a disabled unit in the room, which was confusing. Would’ve hoped on a hot day when checking in the window might’ve been left open with blind closed, but unfortunately not so walked into 26degree heat! Common rooms good as had air con, but tv didn’t work. Extra touch of provided tea, coffee and milk much appreciated!

Must stay there again.

Variable stay

Good room and shower facilities- very clean and comfortable. Kitchen area small and poorly resourced. Lounge area could not be used from 9-5.30 as there were courses being run each weekday.

I chose it because it is close to the University Oval. The room was too hot and I couldn't work out how to lower the temperature

For staying in a campus dormitory, service was responsive, well organized, and perfectly helpful. Facilities were modern and clean. It was a great stop for me.

Perfectly adequate

Lovely facilities (although couldn't find a cup). Clean, friendly, parking and accessible to the area of Dunedin I needed to be in. Only thing was that I could hear people and doors. Not so many people staying when I was so not so bad, but could hear footsteps and doors closing. Overall I would go back.

Spotlessly clean modern rooms, great location, close to Uni, and Forsyth Barr stadium.Good security. Free parking on site. Room has everything you need for a comfy stay, loads of power points and charging point.modern appliances, large fridge. Only thing I could critique was a bedside table would be good, I just used a chair, and also need a cabinet/shelf in the bathroom, I also used a chair, as no where to put toiletries. Laundry facilities available at a cost of $2 per load.

The property is advertised as twin beds but in fact only single beds in rooms. Could have had more cutlery and plates for when visitors drop in for a meal. A shame there were no wine glasses too. The telephone contact number for the property was not current and even the Expedia help desk couldn't give me an up to date telephone number so I could contact the property with a query prior to arriving.

Campus studio room.

Brand new studio room with full kitchen. Had an end unit with plenty of windows but blinds weren't that light-proof. Good shower but no soap holder (in shower box) but great shower head. Overall a good stay and would stay again.

Nice Hotel，simple but clean, nice price for a short tern stay.

The campus was aswesome , I would love to go next year again.

Great place to stay. Amazing facilities, clean and tidy. Nothing fancy, just cheap and cheerful!

No heating or cooling

They lie about having air conditioned rooms. I arrived on a very hot Saturday after a 7 hour drive. No aircon and could not cancel and get a refund becsuse their office was in another city and only open on the Monday. It took my conctet walled studio a full 24 hours to cool from 27C to 23C. Then it got cold. No heating in the studio either. There are better places to stay in Dunedin.

Very nice place to stay, staff is friendly and place is very tidy and comfortable with all the facilities close by.

Great place to stay close to the gardens and easy to find

All the facilities ok, and room size are reasonable, however comparing with others the bathroom and kitchen facilities can be improved. Can't really cook much . but overall new design and modern place.

Big and comfy rooms, excellent customer service and clean and tidy accommodation. The only down side was check in was closed for an hour when I arrived which wasn’t aware of until arriving at the accomodation.

Great value and secure

Great value for an unbelievable price. Would happily stay here again. Kitchenette had everything we needed. A safe place to stay. Even played a game of ping pong. Easy walk into the city centre.

Die Zimmer sind groß und das Bett ist sehr gemütlich! Dusche und WC sind in Ordnung. Leider gab es auf meiner Etage nur einen kleinen Kühlschrank und kein Besteck.

シャワーの水量が少なく、水圧が弱かった。シングルルーム、シャワー、トイレ共用のプラン5日間の宿泊だったがタオルの交換だけでもして欲しいかった。

Good accommodation

Price and accommodation match well. The accommodation is from 2018, meaning it is very noice proved and felt safe. Easy parking and sweet staff. $2 for laundry, which was very easy (and staff were very sweet!). Easy parking right outside. Would stay again.
