Few issues but would stay again

Its was a lovely stay, was welcomed by some lovely staff who were very helpful always had a smile on there face. The cabin was lovely just lacked a few things such as dustpan and brush, however on first inspection we walked in and there was a empty yogurt pot on the table. The beds were made but had a used tooth flosser under the sheets of the master room, so that was disappointing. No ash tray provided outside and unfortunately had some mould, looked to be untreated wood for the shelves. And some on one of the bed sheets that had been tucked in. It was a lovely cabin and at first glance it was wonderful but with the added issues i wouldnt have stay more than the night unless i was moved. However we only booked a night to get some sleep to continue our travels. Over all i would stay here again. But would double check everything. And get them to rectify any issues if we were to have a longer stay.

Great stay, wasnt there much as used as base for Disneyland. Accommodation was relatively new so in good condition. Cleanliness was good, couple of cobwebs here and there and a little dust but likely it had not been used as it was December. Reception were pleasant and welcoming. Would recommend!

1st night was amazing,so clean and warm,however 2bd night the heater in lounge area started to blow freezing cold air meaning every time you opened bedroom doors the bedroom areas got cold too

Stayed in a 5 bedroom 3 bath property for our trip to Disneyland which was 20 minutes drive away. Ideal for 2 families as it was 2 separate units together, each having separate kitchen and dinning but sharing the decked outside space,although it doesn't state this when booking it was ideal for us. It was spotlessly clean with all new furniture and bedding. Kitchen was well equipped with all essentials. All towels, cleaning pack and a basket with tea and coffee provided, which wasn't expected. All in all a lovely place to stay, although pool and restaurant were closed due to going out of season I would happily return.

Very enjoyable stay

Fabulous absolutely loved staying in our cabin with veranda.. Parking space right next to the cabin.. Booked in and confirmed our booking with reception staff at the entrance to the park.. Explained everything we needed to know about for the duration of our stay.. Fyi.. there was a deposit of €80.. Followed the instructions given for our cabin location.. Easily found and parked right outside.. Upon entering the cabin you are in the kitchen area.. Great for short or long stay.. everything supplied.. Bedroom was a reasonable size with two single beds.. very comfortable and clean sheets provided.. Bathroom again reasonable size..sink.. mirror and shower.. Had a wonder around the campsite and bearing in mind our stay was off season.. December.. all closed but it looks like a great place for a summer visit.. Water park with slides..on going construction of an indoor pool in progress for next summer looks amazing.. Kiddies play park and whole host of other facilities.. Would seriously consider coming for a summer break here next year along with a Disney visit which was the purpose of our trip this year.. About a thirty minute drive.. roughly 25-30klm.. away.. Easy for us to navigate in the car.. Yes enjoyed our stay.. everything we needed and more.. Comfortable bed.. shower and cooking facilities.. Ideal.. Unit was comfortable and warm. Staff were somewhat helpful. We were not made aware before or upon arrival that the restaurant was closed for off season so expected dinner and breakfast and were not prepared with groceries. Easy 25 minute Uber ride to Disneyland and 10 minutes for local supermarket and dining. Would be great to visit in Summer

It was very nice and clean area.

Fun place for kids due to the waterpark. Everything else was OK. Little far from Paris attractions. Convenient distance from Disneyland. You need to bring your own pool towels. Toddler armbands and extra pillows if you need as they provide only 1 pillow per person.

Excellent location for people visiting Disneyland and/or Paris. Has recreational areas with playgrounds, pool and mini golf. Restaurant was a plus, Pizza was very good.

The experience was great but the steps in front of the accommodation needs replacing before someone has an accident and break a bone then the consequences will be more expensive. As a family we enjoyed the pool and all the facilities,the shop had all the essentials so bravo. Negative-: please try and involve the environmental agency to deal with the mosquitoes they’re just a put off.I’m not sure if that the problem in France as a whole or just the campsite but it needs to be taken seriously.

Swimming pool is to small i think they should make another one in the camp area for the young ones

Great for Disney

It was a fab base to visit Disney. We took a rest day in between and had lots of fun in the pool and slide, and playing mini golf. The ground is rough around the pool, so flip flops pool side are helpful.

Friendly staff, amazing activities and facilities for kids, clean and organised, good location.

We loved staying here! Good value for money! Superior bungalow was absolutely spotless, modern - comfortable beds, great hot shower! Pool is heated and slides are FANTASTIC! Playground is brilliant, my kids loved it! The area around the campsite is a bit overgrown and random but you get over that really! Staff were so lovely and helpful. Restaurant is open in the evenings, basic but nice. There’s a shopping centre 10 minutes away (you can get an Uber for €12) where there’s a huge supermarket, clothes shops, cafes, food court etc Charles de Gaulle airport is half an hour away, Beavais is an hour and 15 away. Overall, would definitely go back there but the grounds could do with a general clean up and grass cutting!

Nice pool and playground. Restaurant food was better than expected. Staff friendly and helpful. Good for families, the kids were happy.

Great location for a trip to Disney. Only a short Bolt/Uber ride away. We arrived late our first night and the owner still made us pizzas despite the kitchen closing just before. Really kind staff. Kids loved the park and the slide and pool area looked great. Didn’t use all the facilities as we just used as a base for Disney really. The reception shop was pretty basic but there was a Boxy convenience shop just 2 mins walk away. Looked like the site was undergoing quite a lot of improvements but they didn’t upset our stay. Food was really reasonable priced and the pizzas were delicious. All in all I’d say it was great value money, good location and the staff were very helpful. No frills, but had everything we needed.

Exceeded expectations really cute cabin both bedrooms had an ensuite . Not fully open for the season yet so was lovely and quiet would definitely go again easy drive to cd gaulle airport (25 mins in morning traffic). Definitely recommend

1 night short stay before going to Disney.

The actual accommodation was great, a compact but useful living space and kitchen, separate bedroom areas and a nice large covered decking area. There was a lot of building work going on at the site for extra cabins etc and our cabin was very close to this. The parking was across the way and would have been better if there was parking for each cabin. Check in process was slower than expected as they had to check if our cabin was ready despite us arriving 3 or 4 hours after check in starts. Overall its a nice site but I think it will be better when less work is going on - I'd imagine they are getting it ready for the summer - the site has great potential. Its also a great place to stay just before or just after a Disney holiday as its not too far to travel to and from.

Good Family stay

Beautiful place to stay. Very friendly staff. Location is perfect, 20 minutes from Disneyland and 50 minutes from paris. Nice food options on Ubereats. Loads of Halal options.

Ideal location for activities such as Disneyland and Paris. Lovely/clean new lodge. Brilliant children’s parks.

Very quiet nothing for children except playground

Overall it was a great experience. For us it was the perfect location since is 20 minutes away from Disneyland and 12 from the Tran Station. The only thing we didn't like was the poor illumination outside.

An overall dream stay!

The staff were all so friendly and welcoming. They made sure we had lots of information about the area we were In and how to get to all the big tourist hot spots. The property itself was immaculate. Nice and warm for when we arrived and some complementary goodies left out. The towels and bedding were also nice and clean. It was just an absolutely lovely place to stay for myself and family and we will 100% go back again and recommend to our family and friends.

Great stay.

Amazing mobile home site close to Disneyland. only issue was rather small selection of essentials in shop, and 10am check out time was a little too early for us. Very clean and comfortable although there was a cigarette burn on my sheets, and the boiler or fuse box kept beeping very loudly when the heating was on. And the power went out once.

Perfect for Disney and Paris

Perfect place to stay for Disney and Paris . Staff very pleasant and booking in was easy . Mobile home was clean and efficient . Equipment fine for making quick meals but as no oven and limited kitchen equipment and no bbq wouldn’t be great for making big family meals . We took disposable bbq s which worked well . The site is very quiet which we liked after the hustle and bustle of Disney . Be aware there is no bar or restaurant and the shop in reception is tiny ! There is a huge shopping complex about 10 minutes away by car and one or 2 restaurants but nowhere local to eat .

Very poor support from guest services, hot water was a joke, you can't use two bathrooms or toilet or sink at the same time. You need to leave the bungalow impecable and shinning before leave, otherwise they will charge you 80 euros for doing something they have to do anyways, ie. Clean it for the next guest. The place is quiet, but that's it. Any other 3 star accommodation nearby is much better.

Great place to stay for Disney and Paris

Good service, neat campsite

Great service and a neat campsite. Our cabin was located in front of the playground, which was a delight for our toddler. However, that also meant it could get a bit noisy later in the night due to other kids. We would definitely come back for a family vacation.

I had a lovely relaxing time the chalets are very clean and the staff are so nice.

The property was very nice, good location, new buildings, nice people, everything clean, good price. I definitely recommend staying there.

Lovely little site

Lovey little campsite and a great base for Disney/Astérix etc. We stayed for 4 nights as a family of 2 adults and 3 children )including a toddler! We were shown places of interest other than Disney by the receptionist who was really friendly. The children all loved the little park and basketball court. The mobile home was clean and had everything in it you need.

We arrived late and had advised them beforehand so our key was left in an envelope taped to the reception door with a map in. We tried to get through the barrier with no luck, after sometime we worked out you have to register your vehicle license number with reception, which was obviously now closed. As I'd messaged them and spoken to them on the phone in the week leading up to arrival it was very disappointing they hadn't mentioned this. It meant we had to carry all of our belongings from the car park by reception to our caravan, which after 11 hours travelling was not a pleasant experience. The caravan itself was well equipped with a welcome box with a few essentials you may need and a plate with teas, coffees, sweets and biscuits on. The caravan was clean. The decking area was nice to sit out on in the evenings. The shower was powerful. The sink in the bathroom did not drain very quickly and had an open hole so you had to be careful not to drop anything small. One of the beds broke during the night and the slats came out. This meant this person had to sleep on the sofa in the lounge as it needed two people to put it back together the next day and we had to swap beds. We didn't have time to use any facilities as we were only there for two nights to visit Disney. It's an easy drive to Disney. We would stay here again but would be mindful of the above issues in our planning.

Very nice indeed. Fully equipped caravans with multiple heaters. Children's park and a nice restaurant.

Great Location, Shame About The Cleanliness

Emeline was fantastic, so helpful and informative and was extremely welcoming. The location is fabulous for Paris. Highly recommend parking at Parc Relais and catch the RER from Val De Europe as its so much cheaper than parking at Disney Land and was only 10 minutes extra journey time. The biggest issue we had whilst staying at the park was the cleanliness of the chalets. They were filthy, the floor was black, the smell was horrendous and they need a good deep clean. We were out at Disneyland everyday however if we had spent more time in the chalet i would have had to complain. 412 was especially bad smell wise. Overall we had a great trip but we wouldn't return here unfortunately due to the cleanliness of the rooms.

Pros: Hardware is very good. Living/dining room with kitchen, sofa and dining table is in the center. 2 bedrooms are at sides, each with a private bathroom. Deck and chairs are in front patio. Cabins are surrounded by green. Free private on site parking. Cons: We got there at midnight. Didn’t see any towels, bed sheets and pillow cases. Next morning, I went to the front desk, asking if they forgot prep bedding in my room. The answer is: €10 for bedding, €2 for towels. I never had such experience. The location is far from central Paris. Transportation is not convenient if you don’t have a car.

Great location for family stay in Paris with car. Staff very helpful - easy 30min drive to catch metro to Paris and also 30 min drive to Disney Paris. Supermarket short drive. Lots of play space for kids. Great family accomodation.

Visiting France we were a bit nervous about the language barrier. The ladies in the office were so nice and helpful. Wonderful customer service and spoke perfect english. This place is perfect to stay if your looking to visit Paris and/or Disneyland.

I like everything except I have to ask for towels and sheets. They should be included or at list to be advertised for us to us to include them. The restaurant should include more variety of meals on its menu. The service was excellent overall. I recommend this place.

Great little property, Ideal for our stay. Very close to Paris and Disney.

Staff are so helpful. They let us bring our own food and eat in the cafe on the evening and store our sandwiches for tomorrrow in their fridge. Very kind nd friendly. The hotel is rustic but modern very well done and central to the town so overall a perfect all rounder. Well done to the staff and because they are British originally it made things easy for u to communicate as we have zero french! Thank you

Lovely quiet spot .

We had a fantastic stay. It was 20mins away from Disneyland and a 30 min train ride to Paris. Perfect for what we had planned !!

Check in

En route to accommdation, realised we were going to be around an hour late for check, tried to ring the site to get an auromated message that they were closed. On arrival, staff were still on duty but told us we didn't have a booking, that it had been cancelled and then rearranged for a date in August! They then changed their story and said it had been cancelled because we were late. After providing my confirmation and proving I had tried to ring and let them know of our late arruva, they eventually provided us with our confirmation. All in all, not a very good experience after a day of travelling. The facilities were satisfactory as we only slept there whilst visiting Disneyland.

Great location and great accomodation. Really close to be like at home. Staff is always ready to answer and to find any solution to increase the pleasure of your staying. Including the arrangements to stay longer when needed.

When we checked out, we need to go back the MH and wait for the confirmation of check out that took 20minutes.

Two of the beds broke on the first night (slabs fell off) but the excellent and friendly staff fixed them the following day.

Good for Disney

2nd time staying at this park. Good location for Disney or Paris if you don’t mind driving. Wish it had an oven to make meals easier as this is self catering. We stayed in the 3 bed 2 bathroom caravan.

Dirty place

They don't clean the rooms but instead they rely on costumers to clean bebore they leave. Only we all have different standards when it comes to cleaning. I didn't not feel comfortable using the kitchen or even walking bare foot. I would not recommend this place especially because it's cost same or even more then traditional hotel. The only advantage is you get parking space.

There was no activities.resterant and shop was shut. Rooms were dirty under the beds. No sheets on the mattresses. Very bad wifi. Gas light kept going out so showers weren't always warm.

Rude, Stay Away

If you want to do cleaning on your holiday then go ahead. They ask to mop the floor, wipe off water from shower etc. You have to clean the caravan properly so that they can save money on cleaning. Also the mobile homes are too small. The receptionist is rude, probably only towards the foreigners. Far away from public transport.

Not Comfortable

Service and the environment in the park was alright. Just have to note that they charge 8 euros per person for bedsheets and pillow covers. Also, beds and pillows are not in the best of condition. The cabin was also crammed, and our luggage took up half the space in the living room. Worst part was that the shower water heater works only about 10% of the time, and it is never predictable. Most of the time, be prepared to stand in the shower stall and wait 20 minutes for the water to turn warm again, with soap all over yourself.

Basic but pleasant caravan park near to Disney

The staff were very accommodating on arrival allowing us into the caravan much earlier than advertised. The caravan was very clean with basic amenities. Access to the site was easy with directions for train stations, Paris and Disney all to hand.

Nice hotel and a very nice atmosphere

We had an amazing experience at the hotel. Everything was very well organised. The staff was very friendly and approachable. The cleanliness was very nice and was safe to stay at the camp site. Overall I think my time at the hotel was amazing and will be looking forward to any place found as comfortable and great as this one.

Die Ausstattung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Ansonsten war es sauber und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Man könnte sich auch gut mit ihnen verständigen. Leider ist diese Camping Anlage sehr weit entfernt von der Innenstadt so dass man gezwungen wird sich einen Uber zu nehmen oder sich ein Auto zu mieten. Da am Wochenende dort nicht einmal mehr die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel fahren. Einfach mal eben schnell etwas einkaufen oder irgendwo essen gehen ist da etwas aufwendiger.

Très bien, je le recommande mobilehome, très propre moderne, spacieux pour un week-end ou des vacances en famille

Bungalow spacieux et très propre. Personnel très sympathique. Près de Disney. Vraiment je recommande pour les familles. Le seul reproche est la signalétique pour trouver le bon bungalow.

Surely a good place, I think. But we were very unlucky. The key did not fit the house. It was replaced by a call for help. But unfortunately it was the wrong house we received - not the VIP that we had paid for. That's why there was also a mess at breakfast. A good place maybe, but a very sad experience for us. Problem; bad information and not in control of things.

Wir hatten diese Unterkunft gebucht für einen Besuch im Disneyland Paris. Der Check in war unkompliziert aber dann fing der Horror an. Als erstes sind wir in die Hütte gegangen und uns drehte sich schon der Magen um nur beim betreten. Es roch dort drinnen als wenn man gerade in der Friteuse badet einfach nur eklig des weiteren waren die Möbel und alles andere in einem wirklich miesen Zustand von der Hygiene her. Darauf hin sind wir zur Rezeption gegangen und haben um eine andere Hütte gebeten diesem Wunsch wurde auch entsprochen. Nach dem wir diese Hütte betraten haben wir erst einmal eine Kontrolle durchgeführt und es war nicht so viel besser als vorher. Das Sofa hatte riesige Flecken da hätte man wirklich nicht sitzen können und das Kissen im Schlafraum löste sich im Wahrsten Sinne des Wortes auf. So etwas habe ich noch nicht gesehen ( gelernte Hotelfachfrau) und das darf auch nicht sein. Somit wieder zur Rezeption und beschweren. Wir haben dann gesagt wir möchten Check out machen und unser Geld zurück bekommen sofort, da es einfach nicht zumutbar ist. Damit war die Mitarbeiterin leider völlig überfordert und erklärte uns das es zwar ginge wir jedoch am nächsten Tag wieder zurück kommen müssten um das Geld zurück zu bekommen. Sie hätte jetzt Feierabend und möchte zu ihrer Familie. Nach dem wir dann gefordert haben uns es zumindest einmal schriftlich zu geben das wir unser Geld zurück bekommen. Nach vielen Diskussionen haben wir dann eine Kategorie Höher, Daumen hoch für die

Reception rapide et consignes simples et claires. L'équipement du bungalow était minimaliste, pas d'etendoire à linges, en cuisine,pas de passoire ,ni de tir bouchon , pas de saladier, même pas assez de couverts pour une famille de 4. Sinon le bungalow était neuf et propre. Pas de surveillance à la piscine et aucune animation en plein mois d'août! Salle de restaurant qui fait plutot penser à une cantine. C'était heureusement un séjour très court mais je pense aux gens qui restent plus longtemps!

Sewage bursted out smell under us.

Lovely staff in reception, unfortunately for us we had ur pipes bursted under us with shit and piss (sewage), when we tried to tell the staff about the issue they said they would send maintance guy down to us. He arrived, and said he couldnt fix it untill tomorrow, which is understandable as it was a decent job and it was late. He said he would be back 9-10 oclock the next day to fix it. Next day came and we did not see him all day, i then went up again to the reception and said he made an agreement to come back the next day which he didnt. He then told me he would send another message to their maintance to remind him. Which he then didnt show all day either, untill late at the night which he waved and said hey ill come back soon. Which he never did once again. So unfortunately for us we do not recommend this place, the help you get when something happens is horrible and they only made false promises to fix it with a guy who never comes no matter how many time you requests him. We had to sit in our place and smell at shit and pee all week during our vacation which bursted out of the pipes right under us and up on our deck from all the time. A lot of fake promises and no action on the problem at all. Ruined a lot of our vacation for this year, which is incredible bitter and sad. Never got any suggestion from the reception to make it up somehow either with money back or another Bungalow Superior. Very disappointed, expected better treatment with such a huge problem.

Es war vollkommen ausreichend. Am Komfort könnte man noch etwas arbeiten.

Mon séjour c’est très bien passer le camping était très propre , pas trop d’activité à par une piscine et un parc enfant le seul problème était la wifi pendant tout mon séjour j’ai utiliser ma conso personnelle après l’avoir signaler aucun retour. Je conseil cette endroit mais je ne partirai pas une deuxième fois.

Deludente, terribilmente insicuro

Mi sono sempre fidato di hotel.com, soprattutto delle foto e delle stelle, tuttavia questo hotel non potrebbe essere nella categoria 3 stelle e vado oltre, non dovrebbe essere su Hotel.com. La sicurezza è molto precaria, abbiamo bisogno di più asciugamani, ci hanno detto che non ce n'erano. La colazione continentale è una vera barzelletta. Al mattino veniva messo davanti alla porta dell'appartamento in un sacchetto di carta insieme ad alcuni prodotti industrializzati e basta. Ad ogni modo ringrazio Dio che a me e alla mia famiglia non sia successo nulla di grave, tuttavia mi sono sentito danneggiato da Hotel.com durante questo soggiorno perché i soldi spesi non valevano un solo centesimo.

En plads i stille udvikling

Ganske ok plads, godt for børn. Dejligt tæt på Disney. Boede i en nyere bungalow, den var super fin. Det er en plads i udvikling og de er på vej, men mangler en del små ting. Så som toilet ved pool, plan for rengøring/ service ved længere ophold.
