Arrivée vers 21h30. Accueil et personnel souriants, sympathiques et professionnels. La chambre est décorée élégamment et parfaite pour la nuit avec une grande et belle salle de douche. Hormis quelques clients laissant claqué la porte de leur chambre , l'insonorisation est quasi parfaite !

Regresando a mis estudios después de una corta temporada en casa realize una escala en Lyon.Me gustó su desayuno mucho y poder descansar cerca de la gare donde me dejó el vuelo.

Very convenient for the station and surpassed my expectations by some way. Excellent breakfast too.

Really nice hotel right outside Lyon Part Dieu station. Friendly and helpful staff. Very quiet and comfortable bedroom with good ensuite bathroom. Kettle in the room.

clean and quiet room but a long walk to old town

Clean , quiet room , near the train station but a fair walk to the city and more to old town. Breakfast was excellent; bacon,eggs, fruit , and even fresh made hotcakes ! The room however was cold( mid-winter stay) . No matter how long I ran the heater the floor remained very cold , especially the bathroom.Also lighting in the room could be improved. All staff were very accommodating and friendly.

The receptionists were very friendly & had great suggestions as to what we might like to do and see.

The breakfast was good except we had to fry our own eggs.i hate frying my eggs while I am travelling.This is the first international hotel that l have been where one has to fry its own eggs.

One night stay

It was ok for the night. Budget ammenities but at least they had some. Tricky to find...use GPS to walk to door but a great location for train.

Comfortable room with parking free at the property. Need to drive to get to old city. Girl at tha desk very helpful with directions and wher to park.

Extremely convenient location. I came from Rome, Italy to Lyon, and went to Paris, France with no hassle since it's so close to the train station. Clean room and helpful staffs. I enjoyed my stay and do highly recommend this property.

The hotel was an easy walk across the street from the train station. The staff was friendly and spoke several languages, including English. The room was clean, but very small. I'm glad we were only there one night. We walked a few blocks away for dinner, I was a bit nervous walking back on those streets in the dark. Breakfast at the hotel was closed before 9, which was disappointing.

Staff not helpful

Good location, especially for the Rhone Express, which was opposite. Clean and tidy, however on my first morning there was no hot water so I had to have a cold shower, however, when I returned to my room in the evening there was a complementary flavoured tea pack with an explanation card that the boiler had broken down that morning. I didn't think the breakfast buffet was of a very high standard with a limited selection. Certainly not value for money, which was a pity

The location was perfect - very close to the Lyon Part Dieu train station. But the amenities list specified room service which we were looking forward too after a long, difficult travel day with Covid, and nope. No room service. Had we not been expecting it we wouldn’t have been disappointed. The room was small but very clean.

Recently renovated and great price. Great for a quick overnight with my daughter to do some city shopping. Lyon-Part Dieu is a major hub so all types of transport right across the street.

We stayed here for a week and have no complaints whatsoever. Staff was professional. Room was cozy. Location was convenient and walking distance to train station, trams, busses and even airport train. Many places to get a quick bite around the area. Mall was 10 mins walking distance. There is a lot of activity around the area given it is right next to the train station but overall we never felt threaten or at risk as long as you stay vigilant of your surrounding. Overall, great stay.

Modern without being ‘plastic tacky’. The room was tight, but the fixtures, fittings and style is well thought out. Overall very comfortable.

The hotel is comfortable, the rooms are clean and plenty large enough. The courtyard and attached bar is a nice touch. The neighbourhood holds little attraction, but there was a laundromat in the neighbourhood, which was handy. The great feature is, the hotel is across the street from the train station and a half hour walk to the old city

Location for coming from airport late at night is excellent Also metro and tram just metres away. Staff are very helpful and breakfast buffet is worth having. Rooms small but adequate and everything is very clean

Is a ideal option if you need to stay near the train station

At arrival, there were 5 people waiting with no reservations. Nobody at the counter for 10 minutes. By then there were 10 people waiting. Counter agent took NON reservation people first. One at a time. 30 minutes after arrival, 2 other counter agents appeared offering no apologies. Had similar lackadaisical service previous stay the previous month. Nice property, poorly trained personnel.

Very close to Gare de Lyon Part-Dieu

Hotel very quiet despite so near to train station. Breakfast was good and bountiful. Entrance to facility a bit confusing, but staff was willing to greet us outside and assist, which was appreciated after long day of travel.

Compact but very clean modern comfortable room. In spite of being very close to the Part Dieu Lyon station, it’s quiet and relaxed . The breakfast was also good. Definitely worth using.

Has everything needed for a 3 star hotel . The staff at the bar and the restaurant are super friendly as well as the front desk team . I strongly recommend .

The beds were really uncomfortable and the staff kept bothering us before the check out in one hour asking us to leave the room which was little rude… otherwise everything else was good

Friendly staff. TV was not working in one of our rooms though. Good stay and very clean. Loves our washroom

The hotel is right across the street from Gare Lyon Part Dieu. The staff were efficient and competent. The room was small but the bed was firm and very comfortable. My only complaint was that the shower was open and thus a very cood shower.

A pleasant FOH team but not the mgmt and housekeep

Mgmt team please At least provide proper tissue box - I have to go all the way to the supermarket to get one . I dont know what fragrance was sprayed in the room. Have they consider people with allergic to scent ? I was blowing my nose through the night as am super allergy to small The best part were the receptionist team! They are super helpful and readily to help! Good job for the FOH team !!! Housekeeping must buckle up as the room is pretty dusty!

Very nice hotel

Had a lovely stay at the hotel was over for Coldplay concert when we arrived we where a bit early but they gave us our room and after an early morning flight we were delighted to be able to chill for a few hours before we went out. Hotel itself is very quiet clean rooms are perfect bathrooms decor very cool and there was one receptionist that was very helpful to me every time I needed something and it’s in a very central area for the Airport tram and also the metro into town . Only thing I had an issue with was the vending machine way over priced could not get my head around how hi items were such a price but overall a good stay defo worth staying here for a short stay again staff were really helpful .

Hotel is clean and new, with private underground parking and close to train station. The only issue we had was that the water only got warm but never hot for our showers, but it was fully booked so it might have just been poor timing on our part.

The closest hotel to the gare. A few nearby restaurants, and plenty of. rentable transportation options nearby.

The only problem I had with this place was the loud air conditioning. Very very loud.

Dorine was fantastic, she went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. Would highly recommend! Close to transport (buses, trams) and not as noisy as you’d expect.

Very well located close to the railway station. Room was small but ok, no fridge which was disappointing, otherwise very good. Staff friendly. Need to walk through the station in other direction to go to old town, alternatively catch the metro or local tram. Old town is quite a walk. Overall nice stay

Bel hotel mais dormi à la chambre 628, un bruit de clim. infernal non-stop impossible à éteindre (34 db)...rien dormi. Ca gache tout, dommage...et je ne vous parle de l'humeur de ma femme au réveil vu qu'elle n'a pas fermé l'oeil de la nuit...

Well connected by public transport, recently renovated. Breakfast lacking of healthy options, couldn’t find any vegetables at all. Why you don’t add some tomato, cucumber etc?
