It took over one hour for the hotel shuttle to pick us up that after two calls to the hotel the first call was 2210 second call was at 2241 driver didn’t show up until 2330 and he not very helpful at All I had stand out side to wait and the temperature was 40 degrees me not happy at all.

Fantastic hotel in Orlando! We were so impressed with how clean it was and how modern it was on the inside! Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone else staying near the airport for the night!

supposed to provide transportation from airport to hotel and up taking and uber after 50 minutes of waiting it sucks

Conveniently located next to the airport. Nice and clean, seems to be recently built. Downside was that you couldn't switch off the fan fully at night so there was always some kind of humming sound in the room.

Médiocre hôtel, sheets are not perfectly clean. No sound insulation, we could hear people talking, opening/ closing their doors at night. Checking in staff was inefficient and not welcoming

I had the worse experience ever at any hotel!!! I was woken up by housekeeping manager at 8a.m. With a dnd sign on the door. I made it in around 3a.m. Only to get a bang on the door not one but twice. Nobody could tell me why this man was banging on my door and came back again. When I answered he said never mind. Me and my daughter packed up and left . The manger on duty he didn’t care and it felt very unsafe . Women traveling alone please be careful! The manger and the housekeeping manger but gave me bad vibes.

It was clean but the elevator weren’t working

Clean facility. Very close to the airport. Not walkable so you’ll need a car to get around, go shopping, etc. Negative: I didn’t like that I had to place a sheet of paper on my dash to park. When I’m up and about and forget to take it down, anyone can see my hotel name and location. Safety risk! Make that parking slip anonymous so only Cambria employees know.

Loved this property very close to airport and the shuttle was nice to have. stayed at this hotel and loved it! the rooms were nice and comfortable, and the food was great as well. will stay here again when staying over for a cruise.

Great location for overnight if you have a morning flight out of MCO. The bar food was actually very good. Friendly, efficient bartender.

Morning staff were very rude... The shuffle driver drove like a mission on gta 5... No joke we were literally ready to jump out of the van... Rooms were ok...

I love staying here. Its always clean and its very close to the airport. Ive never had a bad stay yet. I will continue to come back as long as the property stays as it is.

Flying away

The hotel is new and the rooms have that fresh feel. I asked for a wake-up call at 8:30 and got one at 7 am. The restaurant that is in the lobby charged me $15 for a cheap label glass of wine. The food available was over-priced. Since I just needed a spot to stay for an early flight out of Orlando, it was more than adequate.

Great place to stay

I stayed here last year for our pre cruise hotel and had no issues. Unfortunately we had 5 rooms and they all had cockroaches in the room, shower and bathroom. The hotel itself is in excellent condition. I don’t know what’s going on but the young lady at the desk acknowledged they were aware of the infestation and we were offered a refund. If you are cruising it’s honestly convenient. But we were not able to sleep at all and surrounding hotels were sold out. We were a group of 10 so we just waited for our cruise shuttle and slept on the cruise. I am also still waiting for the refund.

Hotel was nice enough. Didn’t look like it was cleaned regularly in the public areas. The waitress at the restaurant was very friendly.

Bug infested rooms

Checking into the front desk was a breeze. After receiving the keys and getting settled into our room we left for the day and upon our return we found bugs in our room. When I went to speak with the front desk about it we were advised that the hotel was sold out and we were unable to change rooms. They did nothing to try and accommodate us for this inconvenience. We are with a group and the other rooms that were booked also had bugs in them. The manager was not on duty and the front desk staff was unsure of how to handle this situation. To say the least I also contacted hotels.com and they were also unable to assist. This was a very disappointing start to my vacation. I would not recommend the Cambria Orlando Airport and I would never stay here again.

Friendly neat place

I just took couple days off to relax on my business trip. I just recently got my detailing certification in Florida Martínez JR detailing. I left the room clean, but it was spotless when I got it. Excellent customer service. I recommended to anyone you enjoy your time at this hotel.

Not a place I would recommend!

We have stayed at Cambria Hotels before and have always had a pleasant experience. However this hotel needs some serious attention to a thorough cleaning. Fingerprints everywhere and I mean everywhere! Shower floor dirty, counter dirty...very disappointing.

I had a great stay I just didn’t like how the key card would work and than not work but other than that everything was good

Hurricane shelter

Excellent front staff. The restaurant manager Nathalie was awesome! They all did a great job considering there was a hurricane while we were there. The food was very good. Our only disappointment was that there was no microwave in the room. Also we asked if they had a generator in case the electricity went out. We were told yes but when the electricity went out there was only emergency lighting. Luckily we were on the 2nd floor so the stairs weren't too bad for a couple of seventy plus year olds. Staff also helped us get our luggage down the stairs.

Poor housekeeping poor maintenance elevator always down. Nothing around hotel horrible shuttle service. Staff just care free not helpful at all.

The stay was great, staff were slightly unpleasant always looked as if we were bothering them at work, hotel was clean but smelled like mildew every where, floors in room would be moist cause the air turned off on it own even when we tried to change that option. But overall not a bad stay

Stayed here September 2024.. I was skeptical because I never heard of this hotel and then it was recommended to me by a friend. I was soo impressed on how clean and modern the hotel was. The rooms were spacious and new! I will absolutely return and plan to make that my hotel of choice in Orlando.

Great hotel to connect with MCO travel plans. Modest price for a very nice stayover stop!

Other hotels of choice include free breakfast this one did not also the door key keep deactivate and bathroom had mold in the corner. Other wise front desk staff was amazing and very helpful.

It was very close to the airport which is very good if you are renting a Car. The outlets and the Malls are not to far either

Most of the staff were incredibly friendly, and they checked in via text which was a nice add however the property is due for some tlc. The carpet in the hallway (third floor) is a major tripping hazard as it’s lifted and bulging in multiple areas. The elevator certificate expired in 2023. And our room just didn’t feel truly clean; there were multiple stains on the couch and the sheets didn’t feel “fresh”, the shelf attached to the mirror was hanging off of the wall and the mechanism in the shower holding shampoo etc wasn’t fully latched and was quite dirty.

Overall I was satisfied with my stay. I was told my room would be cleaned on the 3rd day of my 5 day stay unless I asked. It was never cleaned. I did receive several texts asking if I needed anything which I thought was nice but when I did respond to one of them asking if I could have my room cleaned, no one responded and my room wasn't attended to. The hotel is very close to another hotel which made parking odd and unclear. Issues won't prevent me from staying in the future.

Nasty moldy hotel and housekeeping starts cleaning at 7am and they don’t care about being loud and waking you up. Also, sheets had a funny smell.
