Kids loved it

The hotel was in a great spot. It was in close walking distance to restaurants, a convenience store, pharmacies, as well as the shuttle to Disneyland. The hotel itself was quite quiet even when busy. The breakfast was a great selection and even included multiple gluten free options (bagels, cereal, muffins, etc.). Check-in and out was quick and simple and the staff were very pleasant to deal with. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

It was good except for me asking before our stay to be next to mydaughter And they put us so far apart it ruined the trip cause I was helping her with the kids I had called and front said they could do it but when we got I. They said could be do eval won’t stay there again I felt like they didn’t try ignore our request.

Had issues checking into hotel ,we didn’t get the room requested and had to move the second night. We still haven’t received our checkout receipt to see our charges. Over all the rooms were okay.

Everything from checking in, very easy. Outdoor attractions to food court an absolute bonus. Parking garage with access to hotel. Poolside bar was amazing. King Suite awesome.

This property was so amazing. The beds were comfy. The view was amazing. So many restaurants right outside hotel front entrance. Loved the pool n slides and basketball. Amazing, amazing…Me and my kids will be back. Love u Cali!!!! ❤️

Th hotel was full of energy and great for kids. The pool and waterslides were clean and fun. The breakfast was well run, well staffed and good food. Upon checkin I asked about VIP status and possibly upgrading our room. The staff member helping us appeared to be inconvenienced with my question. We didn’t end up getting the room upgrade—she calculated the cost for us to upgrade and I felt like a burden for asking based on her communication with me. Other than that initial check in, we had great service and a great stay. The upgrade would have been nice but not for the cost she estimated.

From check-in to check-out we had a smooth process. Cleanliness and security observed. Room is very clean, paint well maintained, relaxing ambiance. The breakfast food options excellent, highly recommended hotel and we’ll definitely come back.

Beautiful hotel, well located for Disney. Probably about 20 minutes to get tot he entrance. Hotel staff were all pleasant and accommodating. Breakfast was great but a free-for-all. Very crowded! Beds were comfy and the room was very clean. Water slides were fun as well as a night movie for the kiddos. Our kids also played ping pong and we used the large hot tub. Would definitely come back!

Room was clean. Loved the bathroom - we had two showers and one toilet, which was great for a family getting ready at the same time!

Pleasant hotel.

This property is really targeted for kids it was great the breakfast was well put together When I was there it was so busy as there was a cheerleader event it’s was packed The thing that really got to me was they charge for parking but did not specify that at cheque is I asked where to park and they handed me a parking pass and said anywhere but no verbal mention of payment not the best way to conduct business then when I questioned them at check out they simply said it’s on our website

Cambria is a great, clean place to stay as a Basecamp for a Disney visit. 25 minutes walk or a quick uber, it's safe convenient and a really good vibe. Local restaurants looked sharp and 7-11 across the street for general needs. Waterpark looked cool for kids but closed for the season before I could really check it out. Full occupancy meant I couldn't arrange a late check-out but understandable. Good visit, may return.

Disney Vacation

Very nice Hotel, with easy access to freeway and Disneyland, along with plenty of places to shop and eat in walking distance 😀

The smoking section is horrible and the shuttle to Disneyland isnt free from the hotel its a city bus and you have to pay after it said free shuttle to Disneyland the room was nice service was good but the main problem for me and my family is the smoking section since my family has smokers pool was great bar was nice

I was kind of surprised. Much nicer than I expected! Very clean, comfortable and easy Ubers to the park. We will come back.

Second time staying here, family friendly hotel. My kids love the pool area, playing the outdoor games (golf and ping pong) and watching the evening Disney movies. Breakfast is hot, always changing from day to day, and has the basics that everyone would need. Rooms are big, comfortable beds, lots of pillows and extra blankets. Also like that they have a safe too.

The hotel beds were comfortable, towels were a bit rough and not regularly restocked in our room. The toilet paper was super thin and rough. The room was kind of clean but could’ve been cleaner as there was lots of dust in some areas. Not much for storage space as there wasn’t really anywhere to store our clothing. The pool area was nice and clean. Staff at the pool operating/supervising the slides seemed to be bored and were either distracted on their phones, reading or even sleeping. I expected a bit more with this hotel but overall, it was okay, not the worst hotel but also not outstanding.

Awful

Nicerooms and very comfortable beds. Very fair price for the hotel during off season (February). Breakfast buffet was good overall, just didn’t like how they offered corn syrup for the waffles instead of maple syrup. Nice pool area. Didn’t like how there was no bath plug in the room, so I spent a while searching for one and eventually gave up and called reception. They told me this was normal and they’d have someone bring it up right away. I was anxious to get it so I could give my son a bath and give my husband a break as he had a flu and needed to rest. I was too tired to take my son out after having been at Disneyland for many hours. Unfortunately, about 30 mins came by but no one dropped off the bath plug. I decided to call reception again, and they apologized and told me they’d remind them to bring it to me again. After at least an hour someone delivered the bath plug. It was stressful because if anyone knows little kids they can lose interest in something quickly so by the time I got the bath plug it could have all been for nothing. It would make more sense to just leave the bath plug in the room.

Great location. Easy walk to free Disney Shuttle. Not a far drive to Angles stadium or Honda Centre. Staff were great.

Great breakfast. Clean and updated hotel. Walkable distance to Toy Story parking lot for Disney park. Rooms were nice and large. The bracelets for the pool is a bit annoying. But we’d stay here again.

The breakfast was good with a variety of foods and choices. The food places across the parking lot were good and well priced. The hotel and grounds around it were clean, safe and had good security. Will definitely stay at the Cambria again.

Just visited, we stayed 3 nights 4 days and we had a terrific time! The staff was nice and pleasant from check in, any questions we had, until check out. Everything was great! Highly recommend!

Great place to stay!

The staff was amazing. Very friendly and quick to help out with anything we asked for. The food in the hotel was less expensive than most restaurants in the area and delicious. Will definitely go back on our next Disneyland trip! Only a 20 minute walk to and from the park as well. The pool, waterside and water park was great for our kids. The nightly movies at the pool were a lot of fun.

My family and I absolutely loved it! Easy bus transportation to Disneyland while we left our car parked at the hotel parking The pool was so fun!

We loved there were several food options right next door. The pool and hot tub were also heated in the winter month of February. The room had great space for a family with children.

What was there not to like at this hotel… this place was absolutely wonderful and exceeded all our expectations. My older kids kept saying how they want to stay here on all future stays in Anaheim. The rooms were so clean and the layout was generous in space and laid out very well. The dining options were so close and within the AMR parking lot, huge plus! And the extracurricular activities on-site were just another reason to say yes to staying here again. And the staff were all so kind, it was like dealing with Disney cast members. Loved it!

The family suite had lots of space. Loved the big fridge and freezer! 2 showers was great for a family of 5. My kids loved the pool area, we went every night.

Great place to stay. Conveniently located next to a Disney bus stop. Coffee was great! Cleaning staff was wonderful!

Better than Expected

Great location, great amenities, great rooms, and great staff! We’re already planning our next visit!

Second time staying at this resort with our grandchildren. We love having a larger room with sitting/kitchen area. The pool is fabulous for the kids. We use ART for transport to the park which is cheap and reliable and two spots right outside the door to choose from. Would stay again for sure.

The property is clean the beds are pretty comfy. When I booked my vacation I prepaid for it, when I was checking in I was told about the deposit. Not a big deal but a heads up would have been nice. My gripe with the hotel is that they charged me 37.00 for parking. I checked in late because we flew in & went straight to Universal Studios. Then the next day we left around 8 am and were back at almost midnight. Then repeated that the next day. So I paid for parking when I wasn’t really using the parking and it should have been in my prepaid amount. Like if it’s a solid known charge and I’m prepaying then put it in that charge not a new charge when I’m at the resort and can’t cancel or change my booking.

Loved staying here. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with special Mickey waffles. Heated pools , slides and movies in the pool were a hit! About 20 mins walk to Disneyland but 10 mins walk to Toy Story parking shuttle that drops you outside Disneyland . Would recommend using the shuttle.

quiet and convenient

Checked in for 6 nights. Paid 415 CAD a night. Had to move rooms because the carpet was filthy. 2nd room not much better and the carpet was patched up. NO WHERE in the suite to put clothes, no dressers or cabinets and with 4 girls ment we were living out of our suitcases. Had suite with 2 showers, one shower did not even work, Outlets not working, phone to call front desk not working, housekeeping would forget to leave clean towels and face cloths, had to ask for the room to be vacuumed after day 5.. breakfast was the same choices all 6 days although it was decent, pool area is nice. Overall was not happy with our stay after reading all the good reviews. Would not stay again

It was a great stay

We came as a family for a Disney trip. I thought it would be walkable, but we ended up getting an uber to Disney and back everyday. The room was great-perfect for a family of 7. We had two showers, which was weird, but came in handy. The pool was heated and the kids went on the slides, though they said they hurt and they just stayed in the hot tub to watch the movie instead. But having the movie night was fun. The breakfast was probably one of the worst we’ve had. There was some fruit, off brand cereal that tasted weird, the runniest of eggs, and a waffle maker. When we could get to the waffle maker (super crowded) it was a nice tough. Otherwise we got maybe a piece of road and fruit after the first day of runny eggs. In all, it was a good place to stay that was clean and comfortable.

The room was filthy, the bathroom smelled like piss, we asked them to clean the urine from the back of the toilet, but that didn’t remove the smell. A couple of times they didn’t even put bags in the garbage cans. Breakfast almost every day was the same, runny scrambled eggs and mystery pork patties. Would have been nice to have a little more of a change up. The pools and movies were a nice feature, as was the underground parking.

The Cambria was perfect for our weekend at Disney! My mom joined us so we had 3 adults and 2 children. Our room had a king bed, bunk beds with a trundle and a pull out couch. It was perfect. It even had 2 showers to accommodate all of us! Convenient to Disney and free breakfast. Easy convenient restaurants in the same parking area.

I loved the size of the room and view. Appreciated the buffet breakfast but they need to change it up for people who stay for longer amount of days. Staff and facilities were great. Although the shower beside the toilet didn’t have hot water. Parking fee seems ridiculous. I personally would choose a closer hotel next time we’re in Disney but still glad with our choice.

Great place to unwind after a bid day out at Disneyland or downtown La. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and busy. Good location and the pool was epic for the kids.

Fairly good. But after 2 experiences no thanks.

I was checking in at 3 am. The front desk staff both times I have stayed at the Cambria are just irritating and uninviting. I think they need to be trained on communication. They said less than 6 words to me at check in. Same at checkout. I had to ask how much was parking and all the other information I should have been given but wasn’t. The hotel is okay but the cleanliness is not top notch. I liked the breakfast and I know the staff working breakfast were doing a fantastic job keeping up with no dishwashers running. I’m blaming most of my issues on management and whoever the heck hires these people at the front desk. Reevaluate please it’s hurting your business.

Very impressed

Very very impressed. Stayed to be within walking distance to Disney. We have a 15, 14, 11, and 9 year old. Breakfast was so good! The pool was fun (went in Feb) a little too cold for us adults but the kids swam and loved the slides. It is a 25 min walk from the park so if you plan on staying all day you will be tired walking back but it didn’t deter us! Very impressed

2nd time staying here , we love it

Great view, big room. We didn't use the waterslides even though we were VIP. If I had to make a complaint it would be 2 small things. 1 the bathroom had 2 showers but 1 toilet and they were connected. And 1 toilet for 7 people is not fun. The second is I don't like how they where charging the Disney loungefly double then what they were worth. $130 really guys come on.

Globalement nous avons eu un tres bon sejour au Cambria! Nous n'avons pas pu utiliser les installions de piscines , spa et glissade vu notre emploie du temps et du temps plutôt frais quand nous y séjournions. Mais sa semblais bien vu de l'extérieur. Le gros plus de l'hotel c'étais que dans les chambre il y a une douche et un bain-douche dans chaque chambre. Tres pratique pour sauver du temps le soir quand ont reviens de notre journee a Disneyland. Il peut sembler un peu éloigner de Disneyland mais c'étais pas si mal pour le marcher , disons 20 minutes, ce qui est raisonnable. Ce qui ralenti ce sont les quelques intersections à traverser où il faut attendre. Nous avions eu un bon deal pour cette hotel et question prix et qualité c'étais parfait. Le dejeuner etait bien ... disons que j'ai manger des meilleures gauffres mais ils y a plusieurs autres choix.

Fantastic hotel for going to Disneyland and other attractions near by. Very clean, and quiet. Lots of amenities and the staff are friendly. Highly recommended.

Great stay and close to Ammeneties

I didn't like having to pay $30 /day for parking. The free breakfast was not very good. Only ate it 1 time during my 5 day stay. Bar food and drinks were good, but happy hour was too complicated on what qualifies for a drink

Not a bad property but it wasn’t as clean as I’d expect. Shower corners dirty (looked like pop had spilled and ran down the wall), and the base of the trundle bed (under the mattress) clearly hasn’t been cleaned in a while with dirt and food debris under there) Very convenient to DL parks however. Walkable, Toy Story lot only 5min walk away, or very cheap Ubers. Property was very loud for our family as well (light sleepers) but overall was decent.

All good. Very clean and even smelled clean according to my daughter who freaks out if there is any odour in a hotel. Breakfast was good. Lots of kids obviously it is close to Disney. Our room was perfect. Pullout sofa not terribly comfortable to sit on. Bathroom great. Tub and walk-in shower. Beds so comfortable. The bedroom lighting was so so nice. Great bedside lighting for reading before bed which is really important for me for relaxing. Hot tub very nice. We loved the hotel.

Cambria served our family of 2 adults and 4 Kids well. Staff were helpful, room service work hard throughout the day to service rooms. Property has useful amenities like the heated pools, laundry, basketball court. There are good food options just outside and property is walkable to the toy story parking lot which is helpful if going to Disney parks. Only down fall is that the kitchen has no utensils, plates, cups or cleaning equipment. Hotel can feel busy at breakfast and afternoons at the pool can also be busy. Overall a good location and hotel for short stay

I recently stayed at Cambria Hotel, and overall, the experience was decent. The hotel was clean, and there were plenty of dining options nearby, which was convenient. However, I would caution future guests about hidden charges. At check-in, the front desk provides a total but does not clearly explain all the charges until after the transaction has been processed. When I asked for a receipt, I was not given one, which made it difficult to track the charges. Additionally, while the hotel itself was nice, the staff could be more welcoming and attentive. A little more friendliness and transparency would go a long way in improving the guest experience. If you choose to stay here, just be sure to double-check your bill and ask for clarification upfront to avoid any surprises.

The place overall was great, close to the centre of Anaheim and Disney Land. Stuff were great and very friendly. The only thing I can fault was the delays in getting the food orders form the bar or room service and how expensive the food was at the hotel. A bottle of water was selling for $7US and that’s a bit of a rip off!

I loved how the hotel was clean, the pool and slide heated up when it got cold at night, they also had a hot tub. The double showers was a plus, a lot of workable elevators. The complimentary breakfast was good, loved the minna waffle makers, but please add bacon. It was a great variety of breakfast food and fresh fruit. Truly enjoyed my stay.

We loved the pool and free breakfast (lots of great choices). Unfortunately, our room fell flat. Blinds were broken and we were unable to open and close them fully. The pullout sofa was so uncomfortable that it really was unusable. Loved having two showers, but unfortunately one of the shower heads was not working. The people and location were lovely, the room just seemed a bit run down.

We enjoyed our stay here! The pool area was so fun and it was nice being able to order reasonably priced great food very close and convenient. The beds were super comfortable. Breakfast wasn’t as great as most hotels but was still fine and making Mickey Mouse waffles was fun. Well worth what we paid and we had a fun Disneyland experience!

The staff on the front desk are very nice.

Rooms are spacious. Great for kiddos and very close to the parks. We were able to see the fireworks from our room window. Hotel itself along with the rooms were very clear and looked modern and was well maintained.

We stayed here for 5 nights. The area is quiet, lots of food/restaurant options close by. There is a 7/11 across the street if ever we need to buy sodas or chips. There are ART shuttles that go to Disney, although we did not use any of those. We primarily walked to the Toy Story Parking (takes 15-20mins from the hotel to the security gates). Breakfast was almost the same everyday, but there were lots of protein options. Scrambled eggs, different types of sausages, etc. No bacon though. There were cereals, bagels, bread, cheese spreads/jam, oatmeal, fruits, mickey mouse waffles. It was satisfying and lasted us until 1pm in the parks. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was heated, but it was a cold day, so it was chilly everytime we left the pool. We stayed in the pool area for 1 hour and it was enough for us. There was a splash area for little kids, but the water coming out was ice cold. There was also a wading pool that was warmer, and our little ones played there. Overall, it was a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean. Housekeeping cleaned daily and changed the sheets and towels daily. We would come back here.
