Gardens were very nice, as was the property, was extremely close to Mudbrick winery, which is why we stayed here

A top class venue in an amazing location minutes walk from top end wineries and restaurants all within walking distance to the shopping centre in Oneroa.

Great location. Well designed unit, spotlessly clean. Very comfortable bed! Make sure you torn on the mosquito killer before retiring for the evening...

The view and location . Check out time could be a bit later , 10am is quite early . But overall a lovely place

Cable Bay Views

Cable Bay Views studio apartments are truly superb, spacious and well appointed right in the middle of the vineyards and an easy walk to Onerao. A perfect getaway and a comfortable and relaxing stay on Waiheke Island would definitely highly recommend Cable Bay Views.

Location was fantastic! Its located right between Cable Bay and Mudbrick vineyards, these are both stops for the hop on/hop off bus too, which I also recommend. The apartment itself was bright, airy and tidy.

good location with easy walk to Oneroa and local vineyards

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Checking in/out was straight forward, the room was spacious, modern and clean, and the views from our deck were stunning. Such a quiet spot to stay for some rest and relaxation. Close to mudbrick, cable bay and the main town of Oneroa. Beautiful property, full of wildlife and maintained well. Would stay again and would highly recommend. The perfect spot for a getaway.

Relaxing Retreat!

The view overlooking the nearby vineyard is spectacular. Access to the rooms is quite easy, and the atmosphere is extremely relaxing. The center of town is pretty good walk, or short taxi trip away. We stayed in the studios, which are quite large and well stocked. The wifi was great and the accommodations were perfect!

Excellent studio to spend a few days in Waiheke island. It is modern and really has everything you need. Close to Cable Bay and Mudbrick vineyards.

Beautiful studio

Absolutely beautiful views and the studio is much bigger than I expected. It was an amazing weekend and worth every cent.

Equidistant from two of the island's best vineyard

We loved the one room chalet (modern chic) with balcony overlooking Cable Bay (and the Cable Bay Vinyard). The sunsets from the balcony were amazing; get a bottle from the Vinyard below and some bread, olive oil, cheese and watch the sun go down. We ate dinner at Mud Brick Vineyards restaurant 10 mins walk up the road - delicious! There's no-one to look after you / concierge at the venue - you're given a key code and must arrive (and check out) after a certain time, but if you can be flexible (given the many number of things to do on the island) and light with your luggage, then it's perfect!

Fantastic location in well kept apartment

Great view and apartment. Clean and new. You have to check yourself in via pre sent instructions so it does lack personal touch. However it is a lovely studio apartment. One small thing was how hot it was due to the sun. Would recommend that the drapes are left down before check in as it was an inferno when we arrived and there does not seem to be any aircon

Three day weekend

We were staying in a studio apartment for a three day weekend so we could stay close enough to walk to the Cable Bay winery , where we had attended a wedding. . It was a longer distance than we imagined so needed the car to get there and back, or taxi. We could have stayed somewhere else closer....and less expensive. It’s very expensive for what it is, there was no room servicing and only a few tea bags and small amount of coffee and milk for the three days we were there. Again we had to drive to the shops to get supplies. The studio was well set out except we were there on a very hot few days and there was no air conditioning, only a ceiling fan, and lots of mozzies so hopeless leaving a window open. The overall layout was nice and very clean, the out look is superb. TV took quite a bit of working out every time we put it on so unless you are TV savvy you won’t be able to watch TV. Maybe there should be instructions left. Very nice apartments but they come at a price.

Awesome studio and view

Best place that we stayed in New Zealand! Awesome studio. It was clean, modern, stylish and the amenities were great. Book this place now if it’s available and you’ll have zero regrets.

Noisy

Noisy and unwelcoming. People in adjoining units and at 1.30am a fight outside my room and a person shining a torch into my room. The room I was allocated was very close to the the road and access stairway, meaning no privacy and little sleep.

Great Island Getaway!

A great place to stay on Waiheke Island! Within walking distance of at least two fabulous wineries and the nearby town (all with great food!). The room and view was great and we would stay there again!

Mudbrick or Cable Bay - the choice is yours

Very conveniently located between two famous vineyards with excellent restaurants.

Nightmare apartment in Waiheke Island

Primeiramente quero deixar registrado que este não é um hotel e sim um apartamento estilo Airbnb que nem deveria estar listado no hotels.com. Muito caro para o que é e nem tem recepção e nem café da manhã. Cheio de teias de aranha na varanda, nem pudemos usá-la. Os donos são extremamente mal educados, não sabem lidar com hóspedes e não aceitam críticas construtivas. Não nos avisaram que era necessário reservar o ferry para chegar à ilha e grosseiramente ainda nos disseram que nós turistas é que tínhamos obrigação de saber isso. Devido a essa falta de informação, não pudemos embarcar com o carro no ferry e acabamos ficando a pé na ilha, o que é terrível. Além disso, o armário sob a bica da cozinha estava com cheiro horrível de gás e ele disse que era só água, imaginem. Os vinhedos não são perto a pé, os caminhos são de terra, subida e pela estrada junto dos carros. Muito ruim de andar a pé. Desaconselho totalmente a estadia nesse estabelecimento, que não é hotel. Nunca mais retornamos a esse quarto.
