Great location on metro line 1 for easy access to airport and city centre, right next door to shopping centre
Nice hotel to stay in for a couple nights. Quiet area and it's close to the train.
Nice location but small rooms
Budget hotel close to the airport
Very convenient location close to the airport. Rooms are small, but clean and are a great option for a short pre-flight stay. Many restaurants and stores in the area.
Nice and friendly staff
Very near airport, open and staffed 24/7 Very clean, staff polite and helpful, very quiet and relaxing, shopping centre next door for everything you need, excellent resteraunt across the road called PULS.
Staff were outstanding but room never cleaned in the 3 nights i stayed.
Rude
Rude, rude, rude. The "thin, yellow hair" reception worker from the night shift in 14,15 December 2024 is really rude he asked me if the credit card mine is!!! What the hell, he was trying to provoking me. There is no heaters, Fan in the room.
The hotel room was smaller compared to American standards and lacked a microwave, but it offered an electric kettle for coffee and tea, which was a nice touch. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, running from early to late morning with plenty of options. What stood out most was the prime location—just a 5-minute walk to the main mall and about 10 minutes to the train station. The train ride into the heart of Copenhagen for entertainment and Christmas festivities took only 20 minutes, making it perfect for exploring. While compact, the hotel felt quaint by European standards, and its convenience made it an excellent base for a Copenhagen visit.
No rail on top bunk bed
Convenient location, close to metro. Small room but we knew this before travelling. Clean rooms, easy check-in.
The location is good, but the room is very small.
Small but efficient room
Super easy check in process. The train/ metro/ bus station is around the corner. Fields shopping mall is around the corner.Hotel was quiet. The window shade was not really room darkening, traveling I prefer a dark room to sleep in. Not a lot of room in which to open up a suitcase, but there are cubbies for storage; a carry on would fit nicely. Over all a pleasant stay!
It was very convenient and clean.
My only complaint is that you had to pay to store luggage in the basement. Otherwise, very pleasant at a reasonable price.
Good
Excellent location for the Bella centre. Easy access to the metro and trains.
Hotel is a 10 minute walk from the station so is very convenient. A fine budget option, there was also lots of info about local restaurants and some discounts
Lacks amenities
I had stayed here one night a week ago. This time I was provided a room upgrade at no charge. Very much appreciated. This hotel might not appeal to people who seek luxury. But for those of us who are budget conscious, Cabinn Metro is a wonderful find in Copenhagen. Once I figured out the metro, which can be accessed 2 blocks away, I had easy and cheap access to downtown and to the airport. The Copenhagen card provides unlimited Metro travel as well as entrance to most museums. There is also a shopping mall one block away which includes an all-inclusive grocery store where you can purchase ready to go meals. A nice restaurants is also only a block away. There's even a bike/ped path across the street that connects to some paths through the golf course. Lovely place to watch the sun sink. The hotel was much busier on Saturday evening, so a bit noisier. But on Sunday, it was again very quiet.
The place was very small good just for one or two nights
Great and bijoux place to stay close to the Bella Center and the shops. Cost effective and warm.
We loved this hotel! It is a short taxi ride from the airport, and check in was quick and easy. The room had 2 sets of bunk beds, and I - at 6'1", 250 lbs - found sleeping on the top bunk very comfortable! The bathroom was small (think ship's cabin small), but the shower was surprisingly one of the biggest we had in Europe. Definitely make sure you get breakfast: it is an expansive and delicious buffet!
Very very small rooms.
Staff were very polite, pleasant and helpful. It is a budget hotel and does what says on the tin. Value for the money.
Budget hotel but be prepared for a very small room and minute bathroom. Did the job however and was clean which was the main thing. Good hotel breakfast.
Other than the check in, everything was super. Breakfast was phenominal.
Finding an affordable hotel in a famously expensive city seems like a bit of a coup. Cabinn Metro is 15 minutes by car from the train station. About 10 minutes from the airport. Hefty Americans would probably not like it, at least not the little room I have. But it suits me to a T. The bathroom is reminiscent of a cruise bathroom. Shower and bathroom all in one enclosure. But it works very well. The water is hot and abundant. The lighting is fabulous--especially important with aging eyes. Bed is comfortable and the room was quiet. Breakfast was great, except my juice came out more like water and the coffee urn was empty when I went back for a second cup. But those are fixable items. I probably should have alerted the employees who were working behind the scenes. Check in was smooth and seamless.
Very convenient to public transportation, malls, about 10 minutes walk.. easy to go to the airport. Staff are friendly. Our room is small but its ok.. we only stayed one night.. bring your own toiletries they have but not good enough for two people. Breakfast is ok..
Shabby cells instead of rooms. Not clean. Washroom is awkward with faucets that do not work.
Nice and small, fit nicely for a couple of days. Comfy.
Check in system did not work
Let’s just say there was a significant problem with my room. I has to wait for another room and all was extremely inconvenient. The staff were efficient but not apologetic. Nor, was there any suggestion of a “gesture” to me for my major convenience. This means that this hotel is not at all oriented towards customer service.
Keep up keeping up with the good work
Good hotel good breakfast
Great friendly staff, the location was very convenient right near the Metro and Field mall. Also about a 13 minute walk to the Royal Arena, which was really helpful for us
A few long blocks from metro and train, walking distance to royal arena. Food options are limited to the shopping mall nearby. Nice 25 min bike ride through park to downtown center.
Room had unpleasant smell. Asked front desk to clean it but I have beem told cleaning crew went home and they cannot rent me vaccume and airspay.
My room was never cleaned after staying there 7 days, and requesting 3 times. Their solution is to pick up towels at the reception, instead of cleaning the rooms. Elevator was wet and dirty. Loud guests, not so friendly cleaning personnel if you request to have your room cleaned. At the end they kick you out at 11:01 to clean the room because is time to check out. Totally unpleasant stay. Oh, I forgot about the tinny (twin) beds, tinny room, no comfort, noise coming from the freeway and not comfortable mattresses, with a pretending layer on top.
Very small, no amenities. Expensive for what it is
The shower/toilet combo had mold and smelled terrible. It was not clean, the area surrounding at night was extremely loud all hours of the night. We had to sleep with the window open because the AC did not work. It was 85 plus during our stay. We will not being staying at this chain again.
Annonymous in every Way. Huge and efficient, but Cabin and whole area new and sterile.
The service was really bad. Rooms not cleaned in the morning. Just one towell for three days. No soap in the bath room. Really desappointing.
Locatuinngoid
Short walk from Orstad metro station with good links to Copenhagen airport. Nearby there is a shopping centre with cycle paths across the road.
The room was to tiny hard to take shower and it had no air conditioning system
The room was too small. felt like I was in the prison. The shower and the toilet the same area no good. Bed too small also
Very small rooms, no isolation, uncomfortable
Everything was clean and tidy. It is a small room but it is exactly what they say at the website. I think is perfect to stay one or two nights in order to visit the city and be near of the airport.
Breakfast was great (including gluten-free options). Staff were friendly, room was nice and clean, although obviously small. Handy location for both metro and huge shopping mall.
I knew this would be a small room and i was fine with that as i was only staying for the night due to a long layover. It was close to the Metro which was good because that was a lot cheaper than taking a taxi. The bathroom was more like an RV bathroom with a drain in the floor and a flimsy shower curtain that really didn't prevent the rest of the room from getting wet. Make sure you move the toilet paper before showing and don't leave anything on the sink at it will get wet. The only mirror was in the bathroom so the wet floor after a shower made it difficult to get ready. I didn't feel safe plugging my flat iron in and using it in the bathroom. Also, there is no blow dryer which i didn't notice on the description. I didn't have one as the hotel that I stayed in prior had one. There also seemed to be no air conditioning or mine didn't work. The window only opened a crack and it was quite warm. There were only a couple of English speaking channels on the tv. Overall, my stay was decent. The bed was comfortable enough, the area was quiet and seemed safe. It was one of the cheaper hotels in the area. Fine for a night but I don't think I'd stay more than one night.
I understand the concept of cruise cabin styled rooms but this is was as cramped as you could get. There is fee to store luggage after checkout. Reception staff were rude and disrespectful. Location is convenient nt for both regional and local metro trains.
The hotel is a low cost hotel. They charge for everything. If you need them to keep your bags you will be charged. If you want an early check in they charge. The rooms are very very small. No where to seat
N/a
The fasset in the bathroom is a most difficult to figure out, especially for Americans. No instructions how to reroute water from the sink to the shower head. Also a lot of water on the floor, after showering. Have to take from the hook and hold the shower head. Breakfast is good cood find a lot of variety. Have to ask front desk for extra towels.
The bedroom is very good but a little small
Basic but efficient
Basic, functional hotel
A basic, functional hotel. It was fine for a couple of nights. Close to the tram & train stations & a massive shopping centre next door with a large supermarket with a deli counter at the entrance, that we used for breakfast in the morning.
Walls were a bit thin but otherwise good for one night.
No ventilation whatsoever. Place felt like an oven during the morning when the sun was coming to the window. Several noises coming from everywhere since you could hear people talking from rooms across the floor and water noises from plumbing, slamming doors, etc. The only redeeming factor was that the Fields mall was right next to it as well as the metro station. The took the "cheap hotel" concept way too seriously.
Good location
At the time of check in I informed that I will live the car in the parking area, and the personal didn’t mention to me that is necessary to paid the staying in advance. This cost me two days ticket penalty from the traffic members. About 240 €. When I showed the tickets the hotel stuff simply said is not their fault and nothing they can do.
Good, above average hotel
Nice hotel, convenient for the airport. Bed was a bit uncomfortable
Location close to sopping mall and airport
Good 😊
Budget friendly but get the breakfast
Loud neighbors. Few frills in the room. But the breakfast was awesome@
Fabulous if you’re a solo traveller. The rooms are comfortable, clean and have everything you need. There is a shopping centre next to the hotel and are plenty of places to eat. The hotel is a short walk to the metro station which takes you directly into the city centre. Could not recommend this hotel enough!
A very clean n nice room
First room is not clean. Change to another room which one window can not be locked properly. Breakfast is below average. Near a big mall, easy to find food for dinner.
Tiny room. Fire alarm went off at 3am. No instructions given by staff
breakfast menu limited, parking garage expensive
Exactly as advertised. Convenient location for getting to the airport, which was my main reason for selecting! I appreciate the staff letting me know how to get a train to the airport as well. It’s also right next to a mall so easy to get an early coffee, or anything else you might need. Also a metro stop 10 minutes away or less on foot. Room provided what I needed!
Great hotel
It was a great hotel.Great for a stop over and not far from the airport
Comfortable, affordable. Good location for airport.
They claim to have air conditioning but what they have a central air for the entire building, not individual room control units. Staff needed management authority to turn on. I was given a fan. If you don't mind not having AC they are reasonable otherwise avoid at all cost.
T Over-all is beautiful and nice, except that it’s a little bit hot in the rooms.
It’s in a great location very close to the airport. But the property didn’t even have air leave alone AC. It was stuffy and stinky.
Room extremely small, far too hot. Window open all night to tey and let some kind of breeze in. We were on the top floor and the noise was horrendous.
Good customer service
Good location(located in between the airport and city centre) and good enough to stay for 2 nights with my 7 years old son. Supermarket was close by and train or Tube. Very good customer service :)
The room was externally small. My daughter hit her head few times against the bunk bed. The bathroom was the size of the airplane bathroom.
Basic room
Small basic room. Thermostat did not seem to cool the room. Not a lot of room for baggage. Bathroom very small. Large person would not fit. Ok for basic travel. It seemed clean.
Excellent value in such an expensive city, so convenient for both the City and the airport
Cheap and cheerful
The economy room is perfect if you just need a good place to sleep and basics. Reasonable price for hotel!
Perfect room a solo traveler like me. Very accessible to everything. Shopping mall is only 5 min away by foot. I feel safe walking by myself at night.
Fantastic staff. I wish all hotels had staff this friendly :)
The hotel is very good. Rooms are very clean. Beds are a little small. Bathrooms are also not too big. Front desk was very helpful. A good place to stay between the airport and the city. Highly recommend it.
Very convenient location next to the Ørestad station. Great room for the price paid. Very friendly staff!
Although this hotel was a ways out from the city center, there was a very convenient metro stop, which made getting into the city easy. The hotel staff were very helpful with suggestions and recommendations, and the Fields mall next door had everything you could want.
Small room but very convenient location, close to a moll and train station.
From CPH airport, in case you can't find anyone to ask information, what is generally lacking in Europe, take the TRAIN, just 2 stops to Ørestad station, and it is an easy walk from there.
Convenient basic accommodation on forced stay after flight cancellations.
Great people
Tge big thing i didn't like is the room is to small and not cleaned everyday
Bed was far too small, the bunk bed metal surround is dangerous and definitely at the wrong height. No instructions on arrival how to use the shower, and nothing in the room. One tea bag only ! Way overpriced !!
Convenient
Indeed all you need is sleep, I got it!
They are small cabins as advertised. But all you need for sleep.
It was ok
The experience was average. Nothing stands out. They give/change towels by request. We had to dump our own garbage. The room was ok, furnitures were getting old and disfunctioned.
