Property was a little run down. Some tiles came off the pool floor so they moved us to another villa which was a lot better.

The staff were absolutely wonderful and very courteous, they responded promptly to any questions or inquiries. The Villas looked amazing in pictures but had a-lot of issues. The doors jammed frequently and didn’t lock. The TV didn’t have any channels that worked properly, the beds, sofa, kitchen and bathrooms were dirty and perhaps needs better cleaning methods.

Very nice, quiet and comfortable villa. We had a memorable anniversary holiday. Enjoyed the Seminyak are for its food and shopping.

Not normally one to review a place badly but we don't want anyone else to go through a ruined holiday experience as we did. Place was severely run down despite charging a decent amount of money. We were booked for a week but didn't even stay 1 night but we were luckily refunded our money minus 1 night (after several attempts on the phone/email with c151 and expedia) Don't think we are the first by the sounds of it. Couldn't find a reception for check in or call anyone either Couldn't see how anyone could give this place a good review at all The villa photos look great on all of the sites but must have been from a fair while ago Nothing smart about these villas at all , steer clear altogether unless the place gets a full renovation Take this place off your site expedia

Superb service and experience

Overall stay is excellent. All the staffs are very friendly and welcoming. They usually work in a small group of 2 to 3 people and so efficiency is superb. Only thing is the villa really need some good maintenance especially all the sliding doors. It was very strenous for us to open each door every time. And, must must get their breakfast, is really sumptuous and every morning we enjoyed the various variety of breakfast choices. Stayed with a 14mth baby and they accomodated to our request with a high chair and baby cot and even gifted my baby 2 bottles of Aqua water for him. Is really heartwarming and we couldnt bear to leave. Will definitely come back again the next time we visit Bali. THANK YOU

Location of Villas convenient for beach access and less than 5 min walk to heart of seminyak, Overall property is in need off some minor repairs but overall a fair standard ,the 3 bed villa we stayed had plenty of space. The staff were pleasant and helpful when we required assistance or had a query. Certainly reccomend staying value for money

Overall service is good. However room for improvement for the cleanliness. Towel is not clean, can see there are stains. No turn down service. Breakfast can be improved. Location is very good though there is no review. but within 5 mins walk, you will be able to get beach view. right beside kudeta.

Pretty decent stay

Was a great experience staying in the 3room villas. Villa was decently maintained but you will be able to see that things are starting to chip off a little. Service was good but inconsistent eg bedroom slippers were issued but not to all rooms, and slippers were recycled from previous use and missing towels in one of the rooms. Still, I managed to get the call the front desk to get them all fixed within a short period of time. Kuddos to the quick service recovery. Location was pretty near Seminyak Village - walking distance and there’s a great eating place in front of the villa.

Was expecting better.

Villas older than pictured and need small repairs. The villa individual pools are amazing.

The pool was great and the sound system was linked between the rooms and outside which we enjoyed. Despite what we saw in the pictures online, when we got to our room we could the Villa probably looked great 10 years ago but management clearly hasn't been keeping up with the maintenance. Rusty fixtures, leaking whirlpool bathtub didn't hold water, doors brackets not holding up to name a few. We frequently got dirty towels and stained Napkins (for breakfast), room floors were never really cleaned (we had foot stains from day 1 in the washroom that were still there when we left). We let a lot of stuff go when it comes to hotels but for the price we paid here we expected much better and we heard similar feedback from others who stayed here. Not a bad stay by any means, the staff were very friendly and did their best but management needs to invest some money to bring this hotel back up to standard.

Modern, clean, great location.

Beautiful, clean, modern villa in a great central Seminyak location. Close to the beach, Seminyak Square, restaurants and bars, everything you need. Friendly staff who are very responsive to requests.

Living like a queen

Amazing place to stay the villa was quite large and luxurious, only two tiny little things, the bed wasn’t the most comfortable wasn’t terrible tho and it was quite difficult to watch tv in the lounge room as the reception was quite poor

Old place but great service

Place was slightly old and there were cockroaches sported. Service however as very good.

Exactly what you see in the pictures!

We were worried the pictures wouldn't live up to what it looks like in real life particularly being that it was for our honeymoon..... was we in for a treat! The hotel villa was stunning! Privately cornered off and felt so homely. The staff were at our beck and call providing anything we required. Prices are obviously more than outside of the hotel villa but the standard was on point.

stay was good. maintenance came asap when the pool light didnt light up even thou it was later at night. buggy came as soon as we requested. the furniture is just rather old. would be better if replaced.

Great location

Good location.. Few mins walk to the beach, KuDeTa and to Seminyak town centre. Somewhat overpriced as condition of villa is not as new, Staff are accommodating but it was a little irritating that they had to call 3-5 times every morning to confirm our breakfast order. Other than that, had a pleasant stay.

Amazing service from all the staff

After a flight delay we arrived at 3 am, to be greeted and escorted to our villa with a smile and a lovely cool drink ! A brief run through the villa and left to fall straight to sleep! Every morning on time, breakfast of our choice would be served to us in our villa. Nothing too much trouble! We could not adjust the aircon in the bedroom and advised the staff, amazingly a brand new air con was installed within 2 hours! So much space , great kitchen ( only used to make lovely drinks) lovely spa and a huge pool! Really loved having the music set up available for iPod, iPhone, piped right through the villa. Very private, not overlooked at all! Towels and linen were abundant throughout or stay! Location, excellent! A two minute stroll to Ku De Ta and the Oberoi, Seminyak Square and the flea market. Very happy with our choice! The spa staff were really lovely and I can recommend it highly! Thank you to all the staff!

Nice villa but needs maintenance

Nice villa with good ambiance. However some of the interior facilities require maintenance (remote control for the curtain not working and tv reception was poor). Wifi not working well.

Fantastic, huge 2 bed villa, huge pool, great location, right next to Ku De Ta beach club and close to Seminyak Sq shops. Very friendly staff that were able to accommodate a bed configuration change for 3 of us without extra charge. 3 bed villa would be perfect for couples to share or families, Pool is awesome for parties with outside sound system

Great Villa

Villa was completly luxurious and the staff were very helpfull, only complaint was the resturant that was recommended was over priced and did not bring the meals out all at once, as the group were finishing dinner our daughters meal arrived and it wasnt the best meal in the square of restraunts.

The villa is perfect for privacy and a great venue with friends for any occasion like a birthday dinner, foods are also good. Staffs are friendly and helpful but villa service is not impressive and need to improve more.

excelllent place to stay

very impressive and had the wow factor on arrival. truely has all the mod cons and the pool is totally private and not over looked. we ate from room service a couple of nights and was very impressed,

This 'smart' hotel has plenty of gagents - most drive you crazy as being too complicated and at times don't work (how you would imagine) that being said it really has a lot of new toys to keep you amused. The location is superb (next to ku da at) and pool beach bars ate always close by. Recommend highly.

Choice Accomodation

The villa is spacious, well maintained and clean. The hotel staff are courteous and prompt in their response to our requests. Its location though private was just a stone's throw to the beach. Shopping and food & beverage options are just a short walk away. It would have been great if there was a gym. Over and above, it makes for a great choice accommodation! If we were to return to Seminyak, Bali, we will surely put up at C151 again.

Good for a family.

Three bedroom villa was excellent for a family with 4 kids. Technology a bit faulty at times but staff very helpful. $300 for a late check-out a bit rich!

C151 Luxury Smart Villas Resort

The hotel itself is quite good and its location is great. However, their service was very bad actually. They are quite punctual and we are not allowed to delay the check out time even 1 min. When i request for delaying check out for 30 min, they said they will charge USD300 and we were forced to get out from Villa. Plus, worker there are very lazy and they requested for some beer for themselves. We cannot believe this hotel is 5 start.... Education for employee is not enough and you might feel offended. I like this hotel but I cannot recommend to anyone due to their workers.

great bali accomodation

really enjoyed the stay...perfect for 2 adults and 3 older kids. much better than 2 hotel rooms. nice to retreat to after a hard, busy bali day. very private. staff very friendly and try hard (they do miss a few things due to english language misinterpretations). i would definitely go back !!
