I booked a room with king bed and I was given a room with 2 twin bed for one night. I was told I would be switched the follow day.

Great location, close to Gold Market and Souq Waqif/Souq Waqif station. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Hotel is very well kept. Would recommend.

Great service wth very clean and ample rooms. Location is a plus with easy access to Doha Museum. The Zouk and the Museum of Islamic Art are just blocks away. And don't leave without trying the restaurant across the street Zaitoon.

They told me wonderful things about the hotel and the kindness of the staffing especially the front desk and the cleaning staff, the all are wonderful. The food was great and fresh everyday. The staff at d front desk on d night of d 13th/11/2024 was so amazing and helpful and kind.

For the most part everything was perfect, the place is clean, their breakfast buffet had a variety of options and the staff that work over there are very attentive and polite, ask them anything and they will do their best to make it happen. The guy at the front desk Malik from Lebanon was very nice, friendly, and helpful when we first arrived from the airport to check in he made the process very easy and smooth. We had a bunch of questions about Qatar and what are the best ways to navigate transportation, best places to eat at, and where to shop and what a must see attractions we should target as Qatar has a lot to offer and we definitely won’t be able to do it all in one visit so him recommending things to do and places to go was very helpful and appreciated. The only complaint I had was regarding the drinking water. They have a policy to only supply the guest with one 16oz bottle of drinking water a day. Now I do understand that they are trying to stay environment friendly and adhere to the environment sustainability rules and regulations or best practices but when it comes at the expense of the guest/customer then it is a negative I think on their part. I mean at the end of the day if I am thirsty I will go and buy water anyway so the water they are afraid of me/us extra consume and hurt the environment I will consume anyway so I didn’t get the idea of them having this strict limit on how much water they can provide. Our bodies will need plenty of water to say the least.

It’s our first time in Doha and stayed here 2 nights. The staff here are over the top friendly! They cater to your every need and help you with absolutely anything! The only downfall was the shower changes temperatures every 10 seconds and the pool is a little small. Other than that great experience and well worth the price!

Great customer service. Rooms are clean, washroom is spacious, room lighting and temperature is perfect. The only bad part is expedia rates and room specs for this hotel is not correct. I booked a room for 3 person through expedia but hotel management said the room has only two small single beds and cannot accommodate 3. Then they moved me to a bigger room and provided a 3rd bed for additional cost of 100QAR. Expedia needs to fix this error.

Very convenient location close to transport, the Souq, the Corniche, supermarkets and restaurants. The staff were attentive, polite and friendly. Would highly recommend.

Loved my stay! Staff were brilliant and so welcoming and hospitable. Location is perfect, central and close to local shops, restaurants and souq waqif. Rooms were spacious and clean with everything you need for a short stay. Would absolutely stay again.

Loved our stay, staff were friendly and always there to help. The only downside is we wish we could’ve stayed longer! But we only booked 5 nights. Our honourable mention to Malik and the housekeepers on our floor, they were really helpful, and made our stay pleasant.

Nice clean hotel conveniently located within easy walking distance of the Souf Watif and metro station. Breakfast was good, only downside that prevents a 5 star rating is that there was water leaking outside shower room. Also the downstairs lobby is very small & tight. But a good hotel nonetheless

Absolutely amazing in every way. Not only are the staff super kind and accommodating, they are also willing to work with you in any way to make your stay more comfortable. Loved the time we spent here. I would more than recommend this hotel. Food wasn’t our favorite but that’s just a taste preference as we are not used to so much spice for breakfast. Overall, amazing. A million out of ten.

I would like to send my appreciation for the extra ordinary experience we had had in C hotel, the staff were friendly and professional and breakfast was excellent different varieties every day, my children loved the food. I know that C hotel is 4 star hotel but I felt like it's a five star ⭐ definitely when I come to Qatar next time, my stay will be at your excellent hotel. Thank you all for the wonderful time we had, truly you are the best.

Location is very good. A 10 minute walk to the Metro, which is excellent. Pluse convenient 15 minute walk to the Souk. Staff are excellent. Special mention for Adnan and Shwe in the dining room.

We arrived only to be told the hotel was over booked and there was no room for us. They booked us into another hotel, which was in a run down area, on the edge of the city. The taxi that they booked we had to pay for, despite the reception staff saying that they would pay for it. We ended up driving around trying to locate a suitable hotel with a room available late at night. The staff had extremely poor customer relations skills. Not happy!!!!!

Hi, I have some bad experience during my stay . My room attendant cleaned my room very nicely but my luggage lock was trying to break nd i informed that security man. I am really disappointed. Breakfast room stuff name pervez behavior was very rude . Front desk nd room attendant was nice . Overall my experience was ok .

The room was beautiful and clean. Staff was super helpful , helped with our luggages. Breakfast buffet was pretty good too.

Great hotel

I had a wonderful stay at C-Hotel and Suites. The staff were all helpful and courteous. The hotel was within walking distance to some tourist spots and it was super easy to get an Uber to go to places that were far from the location. The hotel did not have a grand reception area but the amenities in the room more than made up for it. I enjoyed the middle eastern breakfast buffet. This hotel will be my choice if I go back to Doha.

I did not like the shower room. There is no shelves. Also the door between the shower room and toilet was inconvenient.

Hotel staff were very nice. Rooms were not well designed with suitable furniture. Bathroom was incredibly small and floor was covered with water after a shower. Air conditioning was always much too cold when it was turned on. No way to switch to a lower setting. I had to alternate between turning it off so the room got too hot and turning on the AC until the room got too cold. The thermostat was useless. The included breakfast was very good.

It was a pleasant stay as the Hotel was very well located with lots of sight seeing places near with Corniche,MIA park, Museum of Islamic Arts etc.Only I would prefer to have more Asian dining options for the Buffet which was more of Arabic food in general.

Fantastic stay

We booked the Tulip Inn for the last three nights of the World Cup and due to the fact that it was so hard to find places during that time we came with very low expectations and just grateful to find accommodations. This place exceeded our expectations 100 times over. The hotel was super busy but not once did we feel like it was too loud or we couldn’t get a good night’s rest. We would see people in the lobby and in the elevator but once in the room, it was quite and private. The staff was so kind and friendly. We are definitely going to stay here in the future. It is a great property in an excellent location.

New hotel in fantastic location w/friendly staff

This is an excellent hotel in a fabulous location within walking distance to the metro, souk wakif and the corniche. It is a new hotel, opened a few days before the World Cup started. It is very comfortable and everything feels new. The pool was great for my kids to relax in. There was a issue with water coming out of the showers and I believe it had to do with how the showers were constructed. Since we stayed past the World Cup, we saw that they were fixing this issue in the rooms that were vacant. The staff is amazing; super friendly and helpful. They made us feel like we were at home and were very attentive to our needs. I highly recommend this hotel. We were very happy during our 10-night stay there!

I had the best experience at Tulip Inn. Absolutely impecable customer experience. Management was Top notch. I had the pleasure of being helped by Jihad at the front desk, who was so courteous, professional, pleasant and amazingly helpful all at once - which made my stay at Doha unique and prolonged. Additionally, the hotel was very clean and well kept and my room was pristine. Very important to note that this was during the world cup, where most places had chaotic management. However, this hotel and its excellent manager kept things running smooth and provided unprecedented hospitality in the midst of a very busy season. Highly recommended! will be returning again soon. Big thanks to Jihad.

Charges &150 for early checkin. Rate was $330, when normally is $80/$90 other than World Cup month. No hot water at the shower. After paying for early checkin asked of could have breakfast but the rate was $35 for a standard buffet. A total rip off.

I came to check in by 2am and they told me that no rooms are available due to expedia overbooking!! We stayed two hours until they transferred us to another hotel. It was very bad experience we couldn’t sleep that day I want my money back.

Pleasant hotel in an amazing location

The hotel was pleasant to stay, in a amazing location in Doha and excellent service. Everybody from the reception to the restaurant and cleaning personal was very nice and attentive. Just two things on the bad side, the AC was very noisy and when taking a shower a lot of water leaks into the bathroom floor. Apart from this, everything else was good!

The staff was amazing and friendly. The location was fantastic and super close to everything that Doha has to offer. Would definitely come back and book with this Hotel.
