The apartment is not as described at all, no separate bedroom, extremely noisy, very very basic and should not be classed as an "Executive apartment". we left after only staying one night.

Good location and accommodation

The accommodation was close to both EZE and AEP airports and also to the city centre. The check in was very easy and the reception desk was always there for any help. Definitely recommend taking this apartment

La description de l’appartement parle d’une construction récente mais l’état de l’appartement était lamentable avec de la moisissure dans la salle de bain. Dans le frigidaire il y avait une tablette manquante et dans la porte il n’y avait pas de tablette pour les bouteilles. Les ustensiles de cuisine était presque inexistante et cuisiner m’apparaît impossible. Durent la nuit, le bruit provenant de la rue était insupportable et on penser dormir avec la fenêtre ouverte tellement il était fort. La seule chose de positif c’est l’emplacement, très pré de tout les restaurants et attraction.

Fingerprint locks on doors were difficult. Had a lot of issues getting in and out. Otherwise, room was clean and location was great.

El apartamento es grande y está ubicando en una excelente zona. La atención de la mujer del checkin fue buenísima, la del hombre del checkout muy mala. No había jabón de baño, lo que es básico. Lo peor de todo es que cada uno puede bajar al subsuelo a levantar las maletas después del checkout, por lo que veo una falta de seguridad tremenda ahí.

Great location. Seemed like a safe area. The apartment is decent, but a bit pricy for what you get.

It isn’t what was advertised. Towels were old and frayed not for human use, specially for what was being paid. No security, doors had been forced previously. Very insecure. Would not recommend to anybody

Absolute rubbish. I highly suggest reading reviews for this place on other sites and then giving this place a miss. The staff were extremely unpleasant and I felt unsafe. I couldn't stay here and booked another room. Hotels.com has refused to help and so I'm out the cost of both rooms, making this an expensive mistake

The property is very well near all the shopping and eating places of Soho Palermo. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, amenities were good. The only downside is the communication with the property because there’s no one at the lobby, the office is in the next floor and we had to wait like half an hour to get in.

Location is good, but too loud street noicy. Cornerbuilding with constantly busses stopping and gearing up. slightly outdated furniture and very poor and old kitchen equipment. Good internet and safety. Good water pressure and good AC. Configuration of the rooms vary a lot with the pictures

For starters they call themselves a HOTEL, they are not a hotel at all. There is no one attending the lobby, no restaurant, no breakfast offered and so on. We spent there 14 nights, they never changed our bedding. They came 3 times in 14 nights to bring us some cheap towels and do a partial clean up with a vacuum cleaner. The day of arrival we had to wait for several hours for someone to come to the office to enable us to register our fingerprint to have access to the front door, we had to use our fingerprint to enter and to LEAVE the building, many times we had to try the finger 4 or 5 times before it worked, very annoying. Lastly the last day they cancelled our fingerprint at 10.30 AM, I went to the office and I asked for couple additional hours to check out, not only they denied it, they made me pay for a full extra day for late check out, I paid for the extra night in cash and I asked for a receipt and they refused to give me my receipt. The alleged manager a guy called JUAN, was very unhelpful and did not cooperate at all. I will never come back to this building even thought the lady at the office was somewhat nice and tried to help, but everything that I asked she had to text the management and management always came back with a negative answer. I guess she communicated with this guy Juan......

Thankfully we were granted early check in without charge, however had to change room because size and configuration of the apartment were different. 1 1/2 bedroom not full 2 bedrooms and ill configured bathroom. Staff answered and reacted fast and helps us change room and extra towles. only problem with the building it is located on a corner right by traffic light and loud buslane during the week.

The apartment itself is great. Cleaning people are rude. They threatened to call the police because we weren’t ready for 11am checkout when we clearly had Expedia VIP Gold status and qualified for extended checkout. They also don’t replace towel frequently and forget about you when you ask. There was blood on the sheets and we had problems getting them changed. Other than that, loved the place.

I was unaware of this property not been a hotel. No lobby or reception. No gym or snacks water or food available. We were told at arrival elevator was broken an unit was at10th floor. I have recent foot surgery so I was unable to go up on stairsI contact Expedia and they told me property hung up phone since no English was spoken. After been there finding options elevator got fixed. My impression was the lady receiving us was unable or didn’t have access to unlock the elevator since was very late at night. Another person then arrived and elevator started working!! The are very positive aspects of the place like been clean updated and well located.

Spacious Apartment

It was a secured building in the Palermo Soho district. The room was spacious with a kitchen, dining area and living room. There was a balcony with a nice street view. The staff was excellent and extremely helpful. There were plenty of eateries in walking distance in a trendy area that didn’t feel touristy at all. Plenty of Ubers in the area with minimal wait.

Please do not stay at this hotel, is terrible. Worst hotel I have ever been. Pictures are fake and the staff is terrible. The hotel is in the worst conditions and u don’t jbiwnhave they have good reviews maybe are fake. The hotel is in the worst condition you can ever imagine they would probably write my an excuse but is not true y the worst ever. I lost my money because I have to move from hotel and they don’t have back anything. I could not imagine sleeping there. PLEASE DO NOY BOOK THIS HOTEL

Por favor NO SE QUEDEN EN ESTE HOTEL, no tiene nada que ver las fotos que exponen como en realidad es, el hotel es asqueroso, tiene paredes con grietas, ni respaldo de cama tienen, todo está sucio y lo peor de todo es el personal. Me tuve que salir del hotel y perder 400$ aprox por que no quisieron devolver nada ni con pruebas de que no era lo que pusieron en las fotos Seguro van a poner alguna excusa los del hotel como en todos su comentarios negativos pero por favor NO RESERVEN EN ESTE HOTEL

Nice Stay at Byblos

It was great staying at Byblos Palermo Soho. Love the location which was a short walking to various coffee shops and restaurants.

Excellent well-equipped room. Super clean great service.

Cash was stolen from a wallet left in the room. When asked to review cameras for access to the room by others they refused.

Check in is real hard as you have to find someone to let you in. The fingerprint setup for the main door needs to be renewwd each day qnd mostly you need to remind them to do it.

Literally, this place is awful. Upon entering the property, the building was plain, had no personality and just felt like a vacant room in an office building. After some time I realized it was not the room that I was paying for through Expedia, so I went to ask for a different room. the owner was a woman who was very rude and aggressive. She showed me another room that was actually the room I paid for on Expedia, and then decided that she wanted to charge me an extra hundred dollars for the room, because Expedia didn’t pay her enough. (she had the audacity to show me the invoice from Expedia which is so unprofessional) and not my problem. After arguing with her for about an hour I decided to skip this place altogether. I’m not staying here. I dropped her key off and got another hotel that was much nicer and cheaper even, hotel Rendez Vous. This woman that runs this apartment is awful. This place is awful. Do not stay here. I have been traveling over 30 years visited over 30 countries and I have never been treated with such a blatant disregard from my patronage. If u are visiting buenos aires for its life and art and magic, this place is not the vibe

Great location

I'd never stayed in Palermo Soho or had a full condo for a sense of what actually living in a City would be like. A unique experience, and a great idea! Fewer speaking English than La Rambla, I took a hand-held ($120) Translator from Amazon, worked perfectly everywhere without a wi-fi connection, both oral translation and on screen! Absolutely required unless you speak fluent Spanish. Staff is wonderful, solved any issues immediately (early/late checkin/out), help me with currency exchange, security includes a massive front door opened with your thumbprint. It's a residence, not a hotel, except for a cleaning crew and fresh sheets daily. Now: it's on a major street. Bring the little foam earplugs airlines hand out, you may need them for early naps/sleeping. Tile floors=bedroom slippers. Like most places outside the US, no washcloths, stick one in your luggage. Rooms vary, I had a Deluxe. I've traveled extensively for 50 years, this is at the top of feeling at home. Staff unobtrusive, but they're there 24 hours!

Nice place for a short visit (with some caveats)

The staff was very kind and helpful. My chief complaint is with the room itself. There was a terrible leak in the bathroom when I first checked in. They cleaned it up pretty quickly but for the rest of my stay I was unable to get the hot water to work, specifically in the bathroom. I have stayed at many hotels in many countries but I have never not been able to take a hot shower until now. Finally, if you are going to stay here you should know the staff speaks spanish, if you are expecting them to speak to you in english you are gonna have some issues communicating

Finger print entry and exit. The property was advertised as 2 bedrooms however was in fact 1 bedroom and the lounge turned into a bedroom to make second room. In our apartment the windows on the doors had big cracks on them. The water pressure was hot and powerful although limited as have own boilers in the room. Room Door is key entry to lock door (in and outside the room you must lock yourself it doesn’t auto lock). Bed was comfortable, good powerful air conditioning. Great location for cafes etc

The apartment was in a great location for all the bars and restaurants of Palermo and was modern, spacious and well appointed. If you’re planning to stay in the Palermo area, I would highly recommend

Not worth it

It was not a hotel, it was an apartment, when they tell you upgrade available is a lie, towels were dirty, checkout too early, too expensive for the kind of place it was. There was no front desk. They give you a whatsapp number to contact staff but no one answered. Very uncomfortable the bed that wasn´t against the wall after pillows, there was a hole. Not a chance to get some international plug converter.

The Byblos Palermo Soho apartment is a completely different experience from what is on the Orbitz site to reality. The rating of 4.2 for what is is not accurate, the place is masked under pictures that don't correspond to how the place is the room and the amenities. A total ripppp off,

Loved the security system to access the building. The dept was good, some stain on a sheet bed, one AC Heater was not working but the other was. Needs a better maintenance but for the price is excellent

Great Experience w/ Few Negative Aspects

The condo was nice and probably exceeded my expectations. The bed and pillows certainly did as they were very comfortable. I’m American and used to Central A/C and the only A/C units were in the bedrooms, leaving the rest of the house pretty hot my taste. This may be common in Buenos Aires, though. The front desk was very helpful and attentive. The only negative thing was that I did see a spider in the bedroom. I was going to catch him and release him outside but he got away. The refrigerator is a small hotel-sized unit with a small freezer area on top. The front entrance has a thumb print reader for access which I found nice. All in all, a great experience. Would stay again.

Loved the stay. Well located, and quite a big room. Only positive feedback, except one thing: the traffic outside is extremely noisy. The doors do not block out any of the noise and you hear trucks and busses passing by all day.. I would still stay there, but I'd bring earplugs next time.

I found an insect with many legs on my pillow on the first night. In addition, the bidet was leaking water out. The property did not even offer a compensation...

The place is in a great location, close to everything palermo. It's an apartment complex. It's well equipped and functional. I recommend it very highly.

WE booked this place on super short notice, as our flight to another city in Argentina had been cancelled. The gentleman who met us at the reception was fantastic - very polite and very helpful. It was nice to have a smooth experience after such a chaotic one at the airport. The surrounding neighborhood had excellent restaurants and we enjoyed getting to know the place.

The property was clean, secure and in an excellent location. Staff was attentive and friendly.

The property was well located in an upcoming area of Buenos Aires, Old Palermo.

Nice Apartments in a nice neighborhood

The apartments are nice and clean. One of the TV´s didn´t work well. There is a storage room for your baggage in case you need to leave luggage there but there is no personel who will take care of it.

Amazing room, cleanliness needs attention!

Overall,it was a great place to stay, and you can't beat the price. It had a great kitchen area, balcony, two separate bedrooms, and large shower. My only complaint is the cleanliness. We found hairs all over, particularly in the bathroom. They were excessive, not just one or two. It really makes you question the sanitation of the room.ots of street noise (sounded like a group if drunk kids hollering and banging around 3 in the morning, but I'm sure that is just depending on the day. Overall recommended, just watch for cleanliness.Very friendly staff

This is a series of flats within a building. Not really a hotel. But it’s good, contemporary, clean and reasonable value. And the location is fantastic. Bit noisey, but characterless but it worked well for me and my kids.

Great place to stay with helpful staff and close to nice bars and places to eat. We had it for just one night which was not enough.

The hotel was OK, what worried us most was the entrance door, it was locked from inside and need to use a key pad to open the door. In case of fire and in a panic, it will be stressful to key in as number/wording is small on the keypad and will the electricity be cut off. This is a worrying thought of guest being trapped inside the hotel.

Spacious apartment with kitchen, lounge, dining table and balcony. On a main road so very noisy all times of day and night which was the only downfall.

The service and location was great! My only complaint would be that the WiFi does not work in the hotel.

Safe and comfortable stay in BA

Great safe location with restaurants nearby. Parking is on the street first come first served or for a fee at a remote location. Staff is friendly and helpful but very limited English spoken. The key to the unit is very hard to maneuver but apparently a normal lock mechanism in Argentina as we found out. I would book this place again when we come back to BA.
