Great central hotel

Lovely hotel in very good area for public transport and town centre. My single room was small but adequate and the bathroom was superb. Continental breakfast sets you up for the day and all staff are friendly

Weiland hotel was a great stay! The room was elegant, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The location is also very good and within walking distance of many sites of interest.

Lovely little hotel in a really convenient location for the whole of Dusseldorf. Really easy to get to/from the airport. Wonderfully clean and lovely staff. Extensive (and delicious) breakfast buffet.

Stayed for a business trip, hotel well located and a very nice Brauhaus is next door. Great hotel, 1 minute walk to the U Bahn station.

Very clean hotel

The hotel is very clean There is no sauna as mentioned or coffee facilities in public area. I was given an attic room so not good if have luggage. Also the lift machine room was up there so was woken all the time by lift Air con was good. Only bbc news channel but did not work Breakfast continental style Great bus 721 across the road to airport 25 mins for 2.80 euros I would stay again if had lower floor room and had coffee machine in room Reception was professional

Great stay

From the moment we arrived we felt welcome. The receptionist was lovely and extremely helpful. The room was as expected, which was a good size and very clean. The breakfast was included in the room cost and they provided a vast array of different foods and drinks. Lovely stay.

Oda ya ilk girdiğimde İnternetten gördüğüm oda tipi verilmediğini fark ettim ve hemen bavulumla birlikte reception a indim çözüm üretmelerini aksi durumda bu tip bir oda da kalamayacağımı belirttikten sonra bekleyin bir saat kadar diyerek oda sorununu çözdüler, arkadaşıma da gösterilen oda verilmedi 2 yataklı olması gerekirken tek yataklı oda verildi arkadaşım çok fazla dert etmedi oda tipini. Bana verilen oda çatı arası hem küçük hem de basıktı

Sehr sauber und ruhig, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Good stay, excellent value for money

Good check-in, excellent check-out, apartment was approx 100m away from the Hotel without earlier communication about it, this MIGHT be a problem for some. Apartment as such was nice, good WiFi, a glass for drinking and/or toothbrush would've been nice tho.

Friendly customers service, clean and new rooms, decent breakfast.

Convenient hotel near the centre of Düsseldorf. Very friendly reception and serving staff. Quiet room. Very good breakfast.

Tout etait super surtout pour le prix. Hotel tres clean et bon petit dejeuner surtout les gateaux aux pommes :) Personnel serviable. Salle de bain clean et bonne douche. Juste dommage de pas avoir eu un lit double à la place de 2 lits simples cote à cote. Nous y reviendrons lors de notre prochain sejour sans aucun doute

Schönes, kleines Hotel in guter Lage mit sehr nett Personal. Netterweise konnte ich auch schon um 11:30 Uhr einchecken und das Zimmer beziehen. Mein Zimmer hatte sogar eine kleine Terrasse. Auch das Frühstück war sehr lecker, ua mit Lachs und Rührei. Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen.

The breakfast is great and the room is clear. However, the elevator and the room are both small. It takes about 15 min. walking from the central station to the hotel.

Friendly staff, great breakfast. Cosy room with big Smart TV. The only thing which I would complain is, there is small damage at the edge of shower tub. This damage is really sharp and I am slashed with this damage. I showed the picture to the staff at reception in the morning on 12th Aug and hope they can fix this damage in the future to avoid any other guest to get hurt again. But he just said that no one get hurt because of it and this damage stay there for a long time already. So... just can say.. good luck for next guest.

Sehr saubere Zimmer und sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück ist sehr ausgiebig und das Hotel hat eine gute Lage zur U-Bahn.

Das Hotel hat einen guten Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen am Rhein und ist gut zu erreichen per Bus und Bahn. Der Herr am Empfang beim Check-in war naja.... Der Herr am nächsten Morgen am Empfang war super nett und freundlich. Der Zugang zu unserem Zimmer im 5. Stock war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, denn man muss erst in den 1.Stock fahren mit dem Fahrstuhl (bzw. eigentlich nur das Gepäck, denn der Aufzug ist winzig klein...) und dann ein paar Türen weiter mit dem nächsten Aufzug weiter nach oben (dieser ist aber fast genau so klein...) Das Zimmer war schön, das Frühstück gut. Alles in Allem: prima.

In Ordnung

Aufenthalt war nur eine Nacht von Sonntag auf Montag. Zimmer sauber, doch alles relativ klein. Keine Sauna oder ähnliches nutzbar. Nachportier war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit!! Für den Preis (65 Euro pro Nacht) würde ich eher in einer Hotelkette mit einem etwas höheren Standard buchen. Frühstück war inklusive, aber leider nur Aufbackbrötchen, ansonsten jedoch relativ umfangreiche Auswahl.

Sehr moderne Unterkunft, mit freundlichem Personal in toller Lage und einem leckeren Frühstücksbüffet. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Resepsiyonda çalışanlar inanılmaz yardımsever ve güler yüzlüydü. Tatili güzelleştirmeye yardımcı oldular. Otelin yeri ve ulaşım imkanları çok iyiydi. Kahvaltı da beklentilerin üzerindeydi.

評価通りの素晴らしいホテルでした。 駅からは少し歩きますが、部屋は綺麗だし、 朝食も種類が豊富で美味しかったです。 今回の旅行で4つ星程度のホテル4箇所に泊まりましたが、 このホテルが一番良かったです。 この料金で、このサービスはコスパ最高ですネ。

One of my worst hotel experiences ever

After working till 6 in the morning I arrived at my room, there was no 'Do not Disturb' sign so the housekeeping literally just kept knocking on the door at 9am in the morning till I opened up. As not all hotel staff speaks English they kept coming back without letting me sleep, not very kind I would say . Eventually the room was not cleaned in two days and I wasn't provided fresh towels although requested. The breakfast is nothing fancy. Smallest elevator ever. Room was in the front on a busy street so lot's of noise. Airco didn't work. Overal, a very bad experience. Wouldn't recommend staying here.

There was only a wifi problem. It was too weak and I couldnt use the wifi connection. Room was beautifull, clean, quiet and newly decorated.
