We had a wonderful stay at the Suites Mine over the Holidays. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable bed. We’d definitely stay again on another trip to CDMX :)

The hotel was nice. The beds were a bit too hard, though.

I love the amenities in my room. Plus the water pressure was impressive.

It was very clean, nice room and great service! Hot tub on the roof wasn’t hot enough was little disappointed but We enjoyed the stay.

Rooms are very big and spacious, the rooftop is lovely and the food and drinks are pretty good and reasonably priced

Misunderstanding

The stay was great. Misunderstanding with dates, ended up checking out early than expected. I can deal with the misunderstanding, but the guy who informed me of it wasn’t very nice. Edgar on the other hand was super friendly and kind

Super bonito, el servicio fue excelente. La locacion es perfecta, hay muchos rstaurantes, bares y cafes super cerca. Sin duda me gustaria regresar y 100% lo recomendaria. Lo unico malo es qué no tienen aire acondicionado asi que si es verano tal vez no sea la mejor opción.

The staff was rude and attempted to charge us a second time even though we had pre-paid. Wasted 20 minutes at check-in while we attempted to show that we already pre-paid. Just a very bad way to begin our stay at a hotel. The cleaning staff was decent as was the staff at the rooftop bar. Nice location and new building, just not a very friendly experience.

The property was beautiful, centrally located and service was amazing! Only thing is there is no central AC but staff provided a fan that kept us comfortable.

Great stay

All the staff working here are friendly and knowledgeable. The only possible downside is the fact that there’s no AC, but right now that I travelled, it was not an issue at all. Definitely recommend this place and will definitely be returning!

Location is good. Unfortunately the suite where we stayed lacked of A/C, and noise level from the other suites was not the best. Other than that, the staff is amazing.

Space is huge. Very convenient, you can find tens of restaurants within 5 minutes walk.

Very nice place, great location and very affordable. Only one major problem….. this place is not equipped with A/C and can only supply you with a small portable roller fan that is very loud to keep on all night. You have to leave the slider door open and then the mosquitos get you!

Overall the best stay I’ve had in Mexico for a first time. Everything was convenient, quiet, lots of food and popular places to see were very close. Very safe area and you don’t run out of options for food and convenience stores. The room was amazing! The staff was attentive. The only downside, no AC. That is a must since it gets hot in the room. They should have wall ac systems that connect to the outside. Other than that the room was luxurious, clean, comfortable and I wish I was there longer in the room. They designed the room very elegant and my fav was the bathroom.

I am giving 4.5, rounding it up to 5 as it is a new property and they deserve some gentleness. There is a lot to like about this beautiful, new hotel. The room we got was genuinely large on the 5th floor with a huge balcony and nice view of jacaranda tree. The rooms were so well laid oit and fully equipped with incredible appliances and cutlery and ceramic plates. Premium stuff here for someone living out of the suites. Staff on the rooftop is awesome. I appreciated both gents. Wifi was strong too. Room for improvement: -hotels needs to have sign to put on door for no cleaning -did not preemptively offer us a day for free laundry per their welcome note (which we were entitled to for a week long stay) or did they pick up our laundry when I requested it at front desk in advance -front desk on check in charged us a higher rate (resolved next morning with cash refund with no issue, to their credit)

Place was amazing. The room was very spacious, had a dinning table, a small couch and lots of space. Place was really clean, wi-fi worked well and security was really good (couldn't get into the place without a key).

We stayed for two nights in the deluxe, king size bed with pull out couch bed and kitchenett. The room was clean and the price was great for this area. Good safe area, we were out walking at 9pm and the streets had a good vibe. I would return.

This is a wonderful hotel with an outstanding staff.

I loved my stay here. Hotel and rooms are modern and well kept. Staff was very nice. I had no issues. The location is perfect, a few min walk to a lot of dining/bars and attractions like the angel of independence. The street it’s on is quiet and safe. I will be staying here again.

Great place to stay

Very nice hotel, clean, modern. I liked the fact that they have a fridge, a small stove, and the lighting is very good. I loved the shower: perfect pressure, very comfortable. The only thing missing is AC but they provide a fan upon request.

Bonito , pero con malos olores

La habitación es bonita y elegante , solo que tienen mal olor , me he quedado dos veces y al parecer es algo frecuente , ya que en ambas ocasiones noté el mal olor en la habitación.

Terrible, no deberían indicar en amendidades “estacionamiento incluido” por qué no es verdad, reservamos 3 habitaciones y al llegar nos dijeron que no había cupo en su estacionamiento (llevabamos 1 coche y para 3 habitaciones no pudieron guardarnos un espacio) perdimos mucho tiempo resolviendo esto, tuvimos que dejar el coche en una pensión cercana y no pudimos hacer uso del auto porque cerraban después de nuestra hora de llegada, el recepcionista es lo unico que sin duda vale mucho la pena, fue muy amable y atento pero no había nada que podía hacer para ayudarnos en un problema de la propiedad.

De verdad es un lugar en el que nos sentimos como en casa, la amabilidad del personal, las instalaciones bonitas y modernas, alrededor está muy tranquilo, hay agua para tomar disponible todo el tiempo (sin costo), el café súper rico. La cama y las almohadas también muy cómodas

Excelente habitación, amplia, limpia e iluminada, buena zona y el trato del personal de lo mejor.

Me llevo una grata experiencia con el personal y las instalaciones. Todos son muy amables, el skybar es bonito y te puedes tomar un trago para terminar la noche. No nos metimos al jacuzzi pero se miraba agradable. Queda cerca el Ángel a pie como 5 minutos caminando y la zona es segura y muy tranquila en ruido. Sin duda alguna volvería a hospedarme allí.

La habitación es cómoda una estancia satisfactoria, lo único es que teniamos que salir muy temprano y a las 6 am no habia agua caliente para bañarnos.

Céntrico, tiene de todo, y las instalaciones están muy bien, muy cómodo.

Uno de los mejores lugares para hospedarse en cdmx, habitaciones hermosas y limpias, personal atento y super amable, alimentos y bebidas deliciosas. La estrella de las suites es la terraza sobre todo el jacuzzi 💕

Excelente lugar para quedarse en la ciudad. Muy céntrico, zona tranquila y muy conveniente. Restaurantes y tiendas de conveniencia a la vuelta de la esquina. El personal es muy amable y siempre están al pendiente de los huéspedes. Las habitaciones son amplias y modernas, tienen todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable.

Volveremos a hospedarnos aquí sin dudarlo.

Excelente opción para hospedarse en la Zona Rosa de CDMX. El hotel en general es excelente por el precio que pagas, pero lo que lo hace una opción para regresar es la atención y servicio de sus dependientes, siempre atentos y amables a cualquier condición que se nos presentó durante la estancia. Quizás lo único complicado fueron las maniobras del vehículo, en su estacionamiento que es pequeño; por lo demás, sin problema alguno.
