Nice place, not quite as advertised
Nice place in a safe area, but not quite as advertised. There was no laundry service, they point you to a self-service place down the street. There was no bike rental. There is not someone at the front desk 24/7.
average hotel in Chiang Mai
Busara Hotel is a basic hotel that gets the job done. While the staff was very pleasant and helpful, the room itself was average. The bed was quite hard and the bathroom looked dirty. It also lacked basic amenities like soap and a safe. The price was fair, so if you’re looking to save money in Chiang Mai, this would be a good hotel for you.
Nice, clean, big rooms, good location.
Nice and clean hotel with big rooms and great location!
Unfortunately there was limited attendance of staff at the front desk. The power went out one evening and had to phone for assistance. Fob entry at night. Location okay but other places more central for restaurants. Facility for breakfast but limited offerring of bread and egg if ordered. Not mentioned on arrival. The staff we did meet were very pleasant .
Great place to stay in the old city
We stayed here for 3 nights. Great location in the old city. Staff were very polite and friendly. The room itself was not well soundproofed so you can hear other guests moving around in the corridors (but not so much in their rooms). You can also hear the sound from the street outside pretty clearly, but it's not really a problem as it was a very quiet street (personally, I found the ambient noise pretty relaxing).
Location was good - noise not an issue at night & within walking distance of the Sunday evening market and some good restaurants.
All around decent stay. Nothing special but all you need.
Pros: The staff was kind and the room was very spacious. The bed was pretty comfortable too. Cons: the bathroom could have been cleaner and the water pressure was very weak. The water also did not turn much hotter than warm. There were also a lot of moths in the room.
Busara will always hold a special place in my heart. The location was great, which was our initial draw to this property. I especially loved how clean and quiet the hotel was. We felt like we had our own apartment in Chiangmai for the week and loved every minute of it.
Good hotel for the price. Very clean, short walk from food and tourist attractions.
The staff was very nice - very clean and quiet - off main road
Very nice hotel.
The room is clean and comfortable with balcony. Staff are very helpful and friendly.
Nice hotel and staff very helpful and kindness
Nice hotel , nice staff , near temple and I will come to stay at this hotel for my future visit .
室内の動線が不便。シャワーが使いにくい。
シャワーとトイレの境が何もなく、トイレが水浸しになる。
alles okay - vielen Dank
ห้องแคบไปหน่อยแต่โดยรวมสะอาดดี
Cozy&Kind place:)
good location at old city. The staff are all kind! There were ants in the bathroom, but they were clean. If I visit chiang mai next time, I would like to stay. I stayed for two days before my reservation. The owner has several hotels in the area. It was good to experience various rooms.
The hotel itself is a bit basic and could do with a bit of a refresh, but it was clean and functional. The guy behind the counter was great and very helpful all the time. Lots of tips and help and always so friendly and approachable.
