Nice hotel - a little outdated, but clean and lovely staff. Nice restaurant and breakfast

The first night I was assigned into the Elite room which unfortunately was right on the street side of the Hotel. Needless to say, if you haven't spent time in Patong Beach, you will soon know that there are 2 main "one-way" streets, up the coast and about 400 meters inside town. Very, I mean very few streets connect both of the longitudinal ones. This hotel is right on one of them. Some of the taxis bringing guests to their hotel have sound systems worthy of large discotheques. First night was impossible to sleep, it is a buzzing town.

Fantastic Hitel

My 10th stay at this Hotel in Phuket, always receive a friendly welcome, with a cooling drink and refreshing towel

My room wasn’t ready when I was checking in. Has a low water flow in the bathrooms. And there is a sign says do not put toilet paper in the toilet.

Location was spot on. Being able to enter the pool from your room was amazing. Unfortunately there was not much sun and limited sunbeds in the hotel to be able to get sun.

The property and staff were great clean comfortable room. Downfall maintainence in our room staff tried to mend however shower always flooded bathroom

Everything is nice about Burasari except the breakfast fruit choices. They only serve cheap fruit banana, watermelon, dragon fruit and pineapple every day. In our previous stay they had many more fruit like oranges, cantaloupe, mango,rambutan and even mangostein. A bit disappointed as the room prices have gone significantly higher they can provide better quality fruit.

We really enjoyed Ploy in Kantok..the Thai buffet breakfast was above and beyond tasty!..Gordon and Sun were always friendly and informative..all and all, it was a wonderful stay!..Roger & Robert (USA)

Ideal Patong hotel

Lovely hotel only stayed one night perfect position for Patong. Great eco poolside area

The property was well maintained, staff friendly, room was perfect and clean. The location was close to many restaurants, bars, cafes, and street markets. I would stay here again in a heart beat!

We loved staying at this hotel. We found the room a good retreat and comfortable. This room was an elite room with pool view and for us the perfect choice. It was clean, the Airconditioning worked well and the bed was comfortable. If you stay i’d recommend including breakfast, it set us up well for the day and starts from 6.30am. Sometimes it’s a bit difficult to get a chair by the pool as people hold spots with their towels. Location was in a lively spot of patong so there are lots of choices for food and it comes alive at night. Expect a bit of noise as would be expected to be in a great location - but we didn’t have problems sleeping. Staff were friendly. I’d recommend this place! 😊

This hotel was amazing. Centralized from everything. Dining, transportation, beach etc. The staff goes far and beyond. Thank you so much everyone for making our stay memorable. Specially Emmy and Design. Hope to see you soon!

Serene boutique hotel

Amazing customer service and a beautiful boutique hotel. Lovely relaxed vibe. Not really a family hotel but perfect for adults. We stayed in premier pool access rooms and they were fab and pool beautiful, refreshing and clean

Great place to stay

Excellent resort and staff. Our room had recently been refurbished with high end materials and fittings and the linen and room servicing was top notch. Th resort itself is basically accommodation, restaurant, spa and pools. No large open spaces for little kids but Patong beach is across the road.

This is a nice property. However, the rooms could use a full length mirror in the rooms. The breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly.

Lovely staff, room very comfortable, nice breakfast. Some refurbishment on going within rooms within hotel but no problems with noise and did not reduce enjoyment of stay.

Wonderful 7 nights here…excellent location, well maintained hotel and extreme helpful customer service. Special mention to Jay who is one of the porters ( bell men ) and who excelled in assisting us. Thankyou, Jay.

Great central location but quiet

Quiet!! Great central location to food spots, massages, and nightlife. We stayed here for 4 days and didn’t have to take any type of transportation.

Pool access room was wonderful and staff very attentive, excellent service. Towels and linens were clean but stained so need replacement. Breakfast very good. Location close to shopping restaurants and beach. You were not allowed to flush toilet paper and it had to be placed in a bin which we have only ever experienced in Greece never in Thailand and we have been to Thailand several times and never experienced this before at other resorts

To have a halal food section (breakfast) one side as part of the guests are Muslim. Netherless, we enjoyed our stay.. Thank you so much.

Great location and nice amenities in this clean and well maintained Hotel. Good breakfasts and lovely staff help make your holiday more enjoyable. We stayed a week and enjoyed our stay!

Wonderful

Wonderful service & beautiful hotel

We loved this hotel! It was so cute and felt very Thailand. It is actually in an amazing location. So close walk (probably only 5 to 10 minutes to Bangla road). Lots of amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and massage places nearby. The room itself (we stayed in the honeymoon suite) was very clean and spacious. We loved hanging out in the outdoor area. The bed was very comfortable and big and the shower had amazing pressure and got hot. The breakfast was great and even had an omelet station which was very impressive and yummy. The one complaint we had was that there was so much construction going on at the hotel and the direct surrounding hotels/areas. It was insanely loud starting from 10 am until 6 pm. Constant banging and drilling etc. Honestly I understand needing and wanting to do construction, my issue is that they did not inform us of it or give any compensation or discount. They said that because of the construction we had a happy hour but the happy hour deals were atrocious. You could walk directly outside and get beers and drinks for 1/8 the price. Overall, the stay was great. If we were in Patong again, I would totally stay here again. The location and room alone made it great. However, I feel like they should have disclosed the construction beforehand and then offered better compensation or something special for guests that had to go through that.

Loved the Passion Fruit Mojito especially as they have a happy hour when your can get 2 for 1.

Under Construction Stay Away

The good section of the hotel is closed fix up construction. They are attempting to sell rooms in the old hotel which needs to be torn down. I paid for good room and was given junk room. Management and Hotels.com did not care. I have stayed her seven are eight times in the past and will never return.

I really enjoyed the stay at Burasari..The place is great and good location and excellent staff.. They also hire some staff which are handicapped ( a deaf lady) which I enjoyed to see.. Keep it up. More business should support what this hotel does. Will stay again Regards Domenic

The resort was undergoing renovations cut it didn’t stop our stay being a great time. Staff were happy and friendly and the rooms were clean. The hot water was hot and the aircon was cold. The food was great and the location is in the centre of everything.

The staff were exceptionally attentive.

Renovation work going on in the hotel so noise. The hotel does not tell you this at the time of booking. Room was quite small and needs updating.

Very nice staff

Great location, nice hotel, good deal for money. Breakfast have variety of choices. The only thing needs to improve is the room humidity is high, always feel the floor and all the sleeping fabric, towels are wet.

Very good buffet. Excellent swimming pools. No gymnasium.

Everything was perfect

Highly recommend a stay here. The staff are amazing. We were very well looked after. The food was delicious and a superb. breakfast buffet. Whole hotel is being refurbished/upgraded from June to October. We will definitely be back for another stay😎

Top of the line service. We absolutely loved it. Breakfast is top notch. No other hotels like it in that area. Just few steps from the beach. 5 nights, we were de to leave.

The hotel is amazing! They thought if every little detail. You have a beach mat, flip flaps, beach towels, a stand to hang your wet bathing suit……you will enjoy your stay!!!

I had a wonderful solo stay at Burasari Phuket! The hotel was immaculately clean, with fantastic amenities nearby including restaurants and massage studios. The drinks were top-notch, especially the Amaretto Sour during happy hour. A standout feature was the ability to use facilities post-checkout, complete with a full bathroom for freshening up before my flight. The high-end soap, shampoo, and lotions were a luxurious touch. Highly recommend for a relaxing and convenient stay!

Stayed here during Songkran and it was perfect. Easy walking distance to Bangla Rd. Lots of dining options, massage places, bars nearby . Also fairly quiet at night so noise keeping us up late wasn’t an issue. Nice pool, room was ok. Breakfast buffet is included and pretty delicious. I would stay here again. I would not recommend doing laundry, eating dinner, or spa services here, it is exponentially more expensive than the options within 100m walk from here. But this is common for a lot of hotels so no reason to dock a star.

I am glad that we were in a relatively quiet area as we were not really there to participate in the nightlife activities. We participated in many outdoor activities during our stay so slept bery well.

Loved our stay at Burasari Staff were fantastic and service excellent

Went into our hotel room to find that the bathroom door had been freshly painted which left paint on our hands because we weren’t told that nor was a sign posted. The bathroom shower was a bit dirty and there were brown spots on the walls near the toilet. I also had a chicken Caesar salad from the restaurant in the hotel and woke up in the middle of the night with food poisoning. The pool bar blares music all throughout the night which can be heard in our room. The room we stayed in allowed us to have direct access to the pool and the beach is just a 4 minute walk but that was the only highlight of this hotel. Would not recommend.

Not a 5 star & rooms not as advertised. I booked the Elite Room and was so looking forward to the lovely balcony with the big sofa bed and canopy type thing as advertised. What we got was a tiny balcony with two wooden chairs. No table. No other decor. No view (I didn’t book the pool view so that’s ok I guess) but it was a huge disappointment!! Also, no coffee machine in the room (much cheaper hotels on this trip did have) and only one pillow per person in the room! Plus everything looks a little run down. On the positive side - staff are helpful, the room is huge and you’re given a beach bag with towels and mat and the hotel is in a great location for the beach. But over all was really disappointed and glad I only had one night here. This was the most expensive hotel of the trip we had by far and it was the worst!

Had a slight issue with room at heck in by this was sorted very quickly.Room had everything you need and the staff couldn’t do enough for you they were very attentive.The room cleaner were absolutely fantastic.Every day we came back to a fully serviced room including fresh sheets .Breakfast was a joy , loads of choice. Had a very pleasant stay.

4 nights in phuket

The hotel is such a beautiful property. We got the pool access room. But the bathroom is in desperate need of renovation as it always has a stink. Our neighbours had the same issue. The hotel lights up these essential oils in the bathroom to drown out the smell but you can tell when you walk into the room. Other than that we actually loved the service and location.

Beautiful place. The restaurant has impressive food options and delicious. Rooms are reasonable price, comfortable and ease access to the pool. Staffs are very caring and helpful. This is my second time with family and it was amazing. Thank you

The elite pool access room was large and comfortable. There is a double daybed out on the deck with a mosquito net cover. Pool access from our pool deck was fantastic with wide steps and a hand rail. The bathroom tiles had some mold but that is to be expected in hot and humid countries. The staff were friendly and helpful. My only negative would be the smell coming from the bathroom waste drain and around the resort in general. Some days it was absolutely gross.

Great location! Only bad part was all the mosquitos. I wish they could put up zappers or tiki torches to deal with the mosquitos

This hotel was absolutely beautiful rooms were great breakfast buffet was good. The only thing I would recommend is bug spray available everywhere those mosquitoes are vicious.

Enjoyed our stay in a Premier pool access room.

Room was very good and location was excellent, staff very friendly and manager attentive. Didn't like how some guests were allowed to take over the pool area with loud music and leaving things on seating while they were out for hours at a time. Some guests got very drunk and were swearing plus some female guests smoking joints around pool and children.

We had an excellent stay here! The property has it’s own unique vibe and style, fabulous Thai dishes at the restaurant (must try), great location (walkable to the beach and bars), good massages and not to forget friendly staff!

This was my second stay in Phuket and it was the best. Literally in the centre of Patong. Great for families, solo travellers like me, couples or party vibes. The hotel is incredibly romantic and great backdrops for content. I got upgraded and was allowed an early check in which was fab. The staff were amazing. And just steps away from cheaper taxis; car or motorbikes. The wifi was a little weak in my room. But it was fantastic. I’ll be back!

Amazing hotel and amazing location!

I wish I would have stayed here the entire time I was in Patong… this hotel is so nice and the service is top notch, the breakfast was included and was good and the location is amazing, you can walk right to the beach in 5 minutes and lots of food around and walk to Bangla road within 10 minutes ! I 10/10 recommended staying here!

Over all it’s a 4 star and compare to other 4 star like double tree Hilton or four points by shereton it stands no where.

Enjoyed everything I wish the pool was bigger but it still was enjoyable.

Great service and lovely ambiance. Nice pool. A bit aged and likely suffering from pandemic economy. Water in room could get warm but not as hot as I wished for. Humidity is high, and clothes took long time to dry on rack in room. Liked the location, quiet yet short walk from excellent street food stalls and more. (I am surprised why anyone would go to Hooters or Hard Rock Café, when there are far better and culturally consistent places to go.) Recommended and I would stay here again.

The staff and service was alright and the property have potential. However, it needs improvement as the rooms and facilities seemed a bit old and not well maintained. Overall okay, but I think you can get the same product and service somewhere else for less.

I have stayed at this hotel more that 50 times. Excellent as always. Also my departure time wasn't unto 7.30pm and Patrick the manager was most helpful. Will be staying there again in the future

The Hotel come with 2 swimming pools and unique Thai design. All staffs are very polite and friendly. Location is the KING. Patong beach just across the road. Hard Rock cafe at the back. Located in the heart of Patong. Breakfast is nice with many option. Highly recommended.

We got a free room upgrade with pool view and some great amenities. Staff were lovely and stay was great

I liked that it was quite central to restaurants and other facilities, although there was no open convenience store nearby. It is like an oasis from the hustle and bustle of Patong. It is quite enclosed, and the ceilings are low in places. The air con in the room was very good The pools are good, not as big as some places, but still good. They have signs in the bathrooms to not flush toilet paper, but put it in the bin. Plenty of good choices at the breakfast, although they should have more or better toasters, they are always busy and dont toast very well. Good service around the pool. Overall, a more traditional Thai style place than what we have previously stayed at, not very spacious, but a good place to stay for a few days to be close to everything in Patong.

Expected more...

Wish they were a bit more clear about what kind of room I was getting (considering the pool front options, etc). They gave me a room that faced the street and it was really really loud with the cars honking at all times of the day and it got even worse during the night with the sound cars promoting local events. Asked to change my room but there was no availability. The pool looks way better in the pictures than in person, that got me a little disappointed. It is not that big and it is private to certain rooms. The hotel location is good if you're interested in the night life. Patong beach was my least favorite beach of the region.

Disappointing 3nites stay

Arrived hotel late about 9pm, only one lady staff at reception attending to us without welcoming smile. Request for a poolview rooms and she told us just sit and wait. We are the only guests around and she isn't busy at all. However the rest of staffs we met with later are all friendly and helpful especially Ms Jummy from the SPA. The Burasari SPA was great except for the delay at start because of waterpipe repairs at hotel premises. The water pressure and heater in hotel rooms were the serious problems, the flows is so slow and heater is hard to control, 10min shower ends in 30min instead. Also beware of mosquitoes lots of it. Rooms are quite dated but size ok Breakfast was simple and nice. Location was good very near to beach. Don't think will be back again except maybe for the SPA
