Good place
Wow!!! Perfect place to stay! Shuttle was right out front, but was also only a mile walk to Zion entry!! The breakfast at the Porters restaurant was amazing and was included! And loved the bakery and the super cute store on site!!
We stayed at the Bumbleberry Inn during our first visit to Zion National Park and loved our stay. The breakfast was always delicious and it was very convenient to Springdale restaurants and the entrance to the park.
Great!
We loved our stay! The room was clean. The view could not be beat and we loved the balcony with seating! My teen loved the farm animals- what a fun, unique bonus. The location was great! They even have a dvd library, which we used when our second night we had a storm.
Bumbleberry Inn was conveniently located at shuttle stop #5. The included breakfast at the restaurant on site was good quality. My children loved looking out our window and seeing the animals. The pool and hot tub were great and not crowded. Some improvements would be having an elevator for second floor rooms and an iron and ironing board in the room. Also, the shower head was extremely low. I am only 5'4" and had to duck to wash my hair
Perfect location- lovely stay
We have a beautiful time. Family of 5 staying in room with 2 queens, there was amble space for us and lugguage and the pull out sleeper chair was very comfortable for my teenage son. Free Breakfast vouchers at the restaurant attached was a great touch to to experience and the food was EXCELLENT!! Not the typical *breakfast included* type meal. Staff was friendly, accommodating and responsive. We enjoyed the pool/hot tub as well. Would absolutely stay again if ever in the zion park area again- which I hope to be!
Less than 1 mile to Zion Visitor center. Tons of food options. Great views from rooms
Most amazing views
Very friendly staff.
Perfect spot!
This is the perfect location for Zion! Shuttle stops rigjt outside! Free breakfast is at the restaurant - SO good! Staff were lovely! Springdale is such a cute little town, & Bumbleberry is right in the heart. Walkable to shops & restaurants.
Comfortable stay in great location with plenty of parking.
Love staying at this property. So convenient and always great customer service
Bumbleberry Inn was a wonderful place to experience Zion. They are right on the shuttle run. Staff was friendly, the breakfast surpassed my expectations and we at dinner at the reso, Porter’s. Excellent. Highly recommend
Loved Bumbleberry
Very happy with the Bumbleberry Inn. Comfortable, clean room that was about a mile walk to the front entrance of Zion. (We preferred to walk over taking the shuttle). Hot tub was really nice after a day of hiking. The complimentary breakfast at Porter’s was AMAZING!! So nice to sit out on the patio and eat a delicious breakfast with fantastic views! Springdale has several options for shopping and restaurants. Great location!! We will be back!
Great stay
We loved our stay at the Bumbleberry Inn. Family of 4 with an 8 year old and 10 year old. Great place to stay to go explore Zion. The shuttle will pick you up in front of the hotel and take you to the park. Close to all of the shops and restaurants. Easy parking. The breakfast included is at a great little restaurant. I would recommend this place for your Zion trip.
Loved our one night stay at the Bumbleberry Inn! Located in Springdale, across street from a wonderful bakery & my favorite restaurant in the area, Oscars! So convenient to Zion National Park, can get up early and making it to park in Visitor Center to hike one of the bests parks in the USA! Great sunset views off the back patio of the room!
Cool place
Very nice place to stay right in town.
Very nice property
This property had a huge gift shop and miniature petting zoo! We also loved the breakfast available, you get free breakfast service and the food was amazing as well! Beautiful place to stay in Zion national park.
Excellent
Incredible hotel!!! Basic room with a smart TV. View of the balcony was absolutely gorgeous! I had assumed the free breakfast was a typical continental breakfast, but was pleasantly surprised with vouchers to a diner! The food was fabulous! There is a shuttle stop in front of the hotel to bring you to the park entrance. We decided to take the ~1 mile walk which was beautiful. Highly recommend!!!
Advertising was deceitful …all photos of a pool that isn’t open. The hotel should post the actual dates the pool is open. It’s 85 degrees and the “ seasonal pool “ isn’t open and all the Spring Break families are upset. The juccuzi doesn’t work as well. 42 mikes away in Kanab the pools are all open. Sheets are not cotton but a poly blend which makes you sweat at night. Restaurant breakfast was top notch. Rooms are spacious, nice beds, each room has a nice balcony, and great location.
Unfortunately, we had some major disappointments at Bumbleberry Inn. Most significant, despite information online saying the pool would open April 1, it was closed April 1-3 when we were there. The hot tub was open the first night, then broken for the remainder of our time. This was a massive disappoint for our two kids. There was blue electrical tape holding part of the wall in our room together. I assume this was the "dust" the signs asked us to pardon due to "recent improvements". Finally, when we checked in we were told that there was an extra charge for each of our 2 children because they had been inadvertently left off the reservation. Positives were that the included breakfast was as a nearby diner and was very nice, and the room was clean. The convenience to the park shuttle and the main business road was also terrific.
Right at the shuttle stop. Restaurant adjacent to property.
Good hotel value in Springdale
We have stayed here each of the three times we've visited Zion National Park. The hotel has been remodeled since the last time we visited and is very clean. A hot breakfast is still offered at the Porter's restaurant owned by hotel and was good, although I felt the Wildcat Willy's restaurant that burned down was better. But overall, this place is a pretty good value for Springdale!
Highly recommend if u are hiking Zion! Perfect location!
距离公园超级近,早餐很不错,只是得等位,建议先去拿个号,略贵
Great option for venturing into Zion. Room was clean, comfortable, and quiet with a lovely view from balcony. Shop and bakery were convenient and fun. Breakfast was tasty. The shuttle stop was right out front. No complaints at all. Would happily return to the Bumbleberry.
We had a blast here. Staff was excellent.
Lovely Inn in walking distance of eateries, shopping and a lovely view. After a long day hiking and e-biking, it was the perfect place to relax. We also enjoyed the breakfast vouchers to Porters, service there was excellent. Highly recommend!
We really enjoyed our stay here
This is great place to stay. It is located in the center of town and it is very close to everything. Would definitely staying here again.
Great location. Room have a view of Watchman. Shuttle to Zion stops at the hotel and is so easy.
We had a wonderful stay. Hotel was clean, convenient, and affordable. The best part was the included breakfast, which was excellent. Great food, great service, and right next to the hotel.
Hotel is located in the central part of Springdale. It also has a bus stop for shuttle leading into Zion National Park. Hot Breakfast was included which was one entre and drink at Porters restaurant. This was a $55 vale every morning for 3 of us. Good variety of omelettes and traditional breakfast items. Large rooms with balconies to sit out and enjoy the views of the Zion hills. Staff is friendly and accommodating. We realized our AC was not working. Had someone come out immediately and helped us change rooms. Considering what other hotels were charging in Springdale, this was a good value for it location and service.
Friendly and accommodating staff.
At the BB Inn you receive a breakfast voucher for a full breakfast ar Porters. It is a 1 minute walk from Inn. The helpings are so large neither my fiancée or I ever finished a meal. It is 5 minutes drive from the parks entrance. Cute little stay that won't break the bank. Do wish after all the hikes that the hot tub was working.
Extremely helpful and friendly front desk.
Excellent service, friendly staff, convenient shuttle to the Zion Park (free), a lot restaurants and coffee shops.
Breakfast was included in our reservation. It was in the form of vouchers at Porter’s restaurant in the front of the property, and we were allowed to order anything off the menu there. Much better than other motels.
We enjoyed our stay at the Bumbleberry. Great hotel and location to the park. Loved the breakfast at Porters! The only thing negative is the room was a little small for two people but we made it work. The bathroom needs some hooks to hang towels on.
Good starting point to explore the park
Being a bit behind the times and what accommodations cost nowadays, it took me a little time to get comfortable with Bumbleberry’s cost; but everything in Springdale is about at similar price points, so it is what it is. That said, we enjoyed our stay there very much, starting with the extremely friendly, personable, and helpful desk clerk at check-in. Also, the provided free hot breakfast vouchers were much valued and appreciated; large and tasty portions! Adjacent to the hotel, on Springdale’s main drag, is a convenient bus shuttle stop to take visitors to Zions National Park.
Zion in March
Clean comfortable and Quiet free breakfast was convenient because it started at 6 AM, helpful if your trying to get into Zion for a full day
Very clean, friendly staff, breakfast was great, kids enjoyed the farm animals and DVDs!
Great place and great location. Bus stop right outside for the park. Everything you need is walking distance. Room was cute and the views were spectacular. Laundry room was super convenient
Convenient to shuttle bus
Perfection
We are so impressed with this property. Our room was very spacious and squeaky clean. There was a machine to help decrease sound outside the room which seemed to work well. The soaps and lotion were nice quality. The beds were nice and firm. Linens soft and clean. The most surprising part was the quality of the breakfast included. A sit down breakfast at their diner in the front of the property. Perfect start to a long day of hiking. We went back to the diner for supper for post hike chow and cocktails and it did not disappoint. The views from our patio was fantastic as well. Will definitely be staying here again when we come back in October.
Convenient but limited dining within walking distance. Wait staff at restaurant was unpleasant. Hostess super nice! Receptionist was not super helpful.
Great experience and very near to Zion National Park
Great location and priced reasonably.
Really nice property, clean and nice proximity to Zion. Staff great. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Really enjoyed complimentary breakfast at Porters next door (try the granola pancakes and Belgian waffle). Nearby gift shop well stocked. Petting zoo in back a big bonus for kids. Family owned business. Would stay again!
Nice property about 1.5 miles from Zion NP entrance, updated motel and very clean with pleasant and helpful staff. Included a very good breakfast at the restaurant next door.
Property says it has 5 restaurants but really its just near 5. Add says it has a bar but they dont have one. I mean any hotel can say they have a bar and restaurant but say its near after checking in. Seemed very misleading. Staff were very friendly but amenities listed are not at hotel. We like to have amenities as advertised at the hotel and not in the vicinity. Any hotel could advertise las vegas shows at hotel but then say nearby. Felt very midlead. Expedia needs to remove the amenities from thier website for this hotel. Wish i was somewhere else...
Very nice place! I loved the view and breakfast
Bumbleberry Inn was amazing! They had an on-site gift shop and cafe, and the room was clean and cozy and Zion themed :) Breakfast was also included and we expected a traditional hotel breakfast, but upon check in, we recieved vouchers for breakfast at the cafe! Breakfast was great, and the Inn is conveniently located right on the main street of Springdale! Made our trip to Zion for Angels Landing the next morning so easy!
This trip was HEAVENLY!
Amazingly helpful staff and beautiful location. Backside of our room walked out to the animals that our kids loved playing with, and an up close view of the mountains. Complimentary breakfast at the adjoining cafe was so delicious every morning! And we tried it all-Omelets, waffles, pancakes and breakfast sandwiches. Shuttle to Zion picks up right in front of the hotel and so easy to navigate! This trip was HEAVENLY!
This property looks fairly new and was as clean as it gets. The property gives free breakfast at a nearby restaurant called Porters which has incredible selections. This is not your typical hotel breakfast and everything is homemade. We also had amazing views of the surrounding mountains, which is also enjoyable from the hot tub. The prooperty location is in the heart of springdale, about a 3 minute drive to Zion National Park parking lot. The experience with this hotel is 5 stars and worth the price.
Room heater makes lot of noise. Could have been better.
Homey lodge feel with an amazing menu breakfast included! We loved this stay so much!
Key point: We visited in the off-season (mid-February). My review of the property is based on this beautiful time of year, where traffic is low, parking is ample and staff everywhere have fantastic attitudes. This area is so small, I imagine parking and everything outside the hotel is packed. We loved the location in Springdale. Immediate access to Zion NP and stunning mountain views around. The hotel itself was a bargain—and included the best ever hot breakfast at their affiliated hotel just steps away. I’ve never had a better “breakfast included.” Hotel staff went out of their way to assist us and were friendly and genuine. We ended up staying 2 extra days because we enjoyed this town and hotel so much! This was our base camp for hiking at Zion, so one of our favorite features was the outdoor hot tub. It was lovely to soak at the end of the day, even had snowflakes one night! Great spot for stargazing. We literally had it all to ourselves. Bountiful pool towels provided. The rooms were amazingly clean and fresh (we stayed in 2 during our visit). Patio overlooked the small farm, which was just fun! The whole building was spotless and even smelled clean. There is a clean and well-maintained laundry building on the property, too. Comfy beds, excellent hiking accommodations. A couple other great touches: -lending library in the lobby (books & DVDs) -walkable to Sol grocery down the street -several restaurants nearby too We would stay here again without hesitation!
Nice clean room. Comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast. Only negative was the showerhead was low.
Simply amazing, my wife and i just love this place, really near to the zion park and beautiful views
Beautiful property and very convenient to Zion.
Very convenient for Zion Park exploration. Relax in hot tub. Friendly helpful staff.
We had a great stay, everything went great. Friendly, safe and comfortable. Very close to the park and also on the bus route to the part. Breakfast was outstanding, it’s in a separate restaurant out front of the hotel. We would definitely stay again.
We loved the Bumbleberry Inn!
I had booked a different hotel for our stay by Zion, but changed to Bumbleberry after reading the reviews about breakfast and the animals, and was so glad I did! It was a fantastic location and close to great restaurants. Was a basic hotel room (which I expected for the lower price) but the AC worked great and we appreciated the noise machine in the room. The highlights were the breakfast at Porter’s restaurant - every day had a very quick but super delicious sit down breakfast that totaled almost 40 dollars but was included, and the ice cream and coffee shop next door was fantastic (Bumbleberry pie with ice cream!). The views from the room were lovely, but the best part was the little rescue animal farm out back. We loved watching the friendly sheep, goats, and mini horses and feeding them carrots. Hot tub was perfect after hiking, and the lobby was stocked with plenty of dvds and walking sticks to borrow for free. Staff was super friendly and had great restaurant recommendations, and the drive to the park entrance was less than 10 min. I will happily stay there again if we return!! Loved our time there!
Everything about this property was phenomenal. We loved it there so muhc. The rooms were spacious, the staf was boyind friendly, the food for breakfast was awesome. The petting zoo was precious!
Next to Zion. Great experience
Enjoyed your animals out back, breakfast and the bumbleberry pie!
Staff was friendly, breakfast was great and room was so nice.
Lovely place to stay
Bumble berry in was a very convenient and beautiful place to stay. The rooms were excellent. The views magnificent and Springdale itself is such a lovely place to visit.
Loving the hot tub outside. Beautiful sky view
Stayed at the Bumbleberry Inn in early January 2025 for a long weekend stay with a friend of mine. The hotel was clean and comfortable and had a fantastic view, not only of the natural landscape, but the adorable farm just behind it (it’s privately owned, but encourages visitors around the perimeter—lots of goats, ducks, turkeys, sheep, etc). Part of the hotel complex includes a really nice gift shop, a cafe, and a restaurant. The stay included breakfast in the restaurant, which was a choice off a sizable menu and included a beverage (coffee, orange juice, etc). The inn is also centrally located in Springdale and features a trolley stop to go into Zion (though that was closed in January— we were able to drive our car into the park). Would absolutely stay here again if going to Zion!
Great property and staff. Bed was comfortable. Given a Breakfast vouch for champion restaurant that was a real bonus. Any item on their menu with a drink. Our meal was wonderful.
Wonderful view, friendly staff. Wonderful spot for a family vacation.
Great stay
The hotel is slightly dated but very comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is the Cafe across the street. The food there is delicious with large portion. We do have to eat lunch. There is a supermarket with walking distance.
They’re finishing up renovations, which are nice. The only downside was our AC in our room was very loud and barely worked. The breakfast was incredible and added a lot of value to our stay.
The vending and ice machine were less than a foot from the entrance to room 101. The ice machine seemed to wake me up every hour or so.
The scenery is absolutely stunning! No elevator kind of a bummer. Room needs dusting, lamp was covered in dust. Other than that the space and price was worth it.
Loved watching the goats outside our room. Fabulous breakfast. Very enjoyable stay
Bumbleberry Inn is very clean with a nice view, good food and nice people.
A really beautiful property.. the view is magnificent.. the room is outstanding.. we loved that it was all "wood".. the beds, the desk, the little office nook.. it felt very clean and neat. Best part too is the complimentary breakfast at a local restaurant where we get to order a meal and drink (best complimentary breakfast!). We would stay here again if we have another chance. ♥️
Bumbleberry all the way!
This was my family’s 3rd time staying at the Bumbleberry. We love it and always look forward to renting some movies for the in room dvd player. We also took advantage of the jacuzzi, and it was perfect after a long bike ride. Our favorite thing about our stay is always feeding the animals on the farm behind the rooms. The onsite dining at Porters was closed this time around, so we did enjoy a bit of change with our included breakfast at Oscar’s across the street. Looking forward to our next stay!
Will definitely stay there again.
Very nice property extremely close to Zion. Free breakfast is ordered off a menu in a restaurant. Would definitely stay here again.
Nice people. Nice property. Nice price. We enjoyed Zion Park
Such a nice place! Friendly and helpful staff. Additional security to enter the hotel building where our room is located would make guests feel a bit safer.
Had a great stay the hot tub was nice and it was fun feeding the animals in the morning. They also had a book shelf full of movies to check out !
Daily housekeeping, easy check in, nice rooms, nice location!
What an amazing find. The place was perfect for us. Failrly priced, COMFORTABLE BED, super clean. The shower water had low pressure, oh well. The great view madw up for that. The included breakfast was a great way to getva day full of hiking started. Get there early, the wait can be long the later it gets. The gift shop os nice. Shuttle stop right out front. Laundromat close by.
The Inn was nice with gorgeous views out the windows.
Lovely place close with a lot of shopping and dining places around and the free breakfast was great too!
The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.
so amazing. will stay here again
Perfect
The location and view is great, breakfast is restaurant quality (line is abit long but worth the wait). And the front desk/customer service is top-notch! We left a journal book at the room by mistake and when we called back later, they were able to locate it and mailed it back to us! This hotel is so friendly and take care of their customers! Will highly recommended!

Walkable to Zion entrance, but also a shuttle stop right in front. Lots of food and dessert choices close. Breakfast was great and service excellent
