İt was the most luxurious and best hotel I have stayed in Paris so far, all the employees were incredibly friendly and helpful, thank you very much to the concierge and restaurant staff.

We stayed ar Bulgari for 7 nights and had the best experience. Check in was fast and staff are amazing going out of their way to help. Breakfast was fantastic and service was excellent . The location can’t be better. Room was spacious and the best comfortable bed ever. Everything is modern and hi tech so we didn’t have to be worried about Wi-Fi or charging our phone. Super friendly to use all the hi tech. Security was super and we felt safe there. Spa was fantastic. By far one of the best hotels in Paris and I have stayed in most of the high end hotels in Paris. dinner was great, quality of food and presentation, everything was exceptional. We will definitely look forward to stay at Bulgari again.

Extraordinária impecável

うちは家族4人ですが、4人で検索しても部屋が出てこないので、1人の子供は添い寝なので大人2人子供1人で検索してブルガリホテルを予約しました。 実際に到着したら合計4人ならこの部屋は予約出来ない決まりなのでもう一部屋取れと言われ、2050ユーロの部屋をもうひとつコネクティングで取らされました。こんな事は初めてです。サービス悪いホテルです。パリでは常識なのか知りませんが、不快でした。3泊目の夜10時過ぎにホテルに帰るとテーブルに手紙が置いてあり、市からの通達でよなかの1時〜5時までお湯が出ませんとの事でした。そんな大事な事高いホテルなんだからまずフロント通る際に伝えろよと思いました。
