Wonderful hotel with fantastic staff. Can’t recommend highly enough.

One of the best hotels in the world

I absolutely loved my stay! The food was amazing, and the service was excellent. I will definitely be back. It’s one of the best spots in London and in a fantastic location.

Great hotel! Felt it was extremely expensive for size of room. But overall very nice. I probably wouldn’t spend that again for this hotel and would opt for four seasons for that price.

Luxury at its best

Great service. They took longer that expected to have my room ready but they made up for it with a spa treatment that was amazing.

Hotel staffs are warm, kind and helpful. Hotel’s interior decorations are classy, pleasant and we are are very happy with the stay.

The hotel itself is very nice. The hotel staff were a little stand offish because we were not dressed up. We've been wanting to stay at one of these hotels for years. Not sure if it lived up to the hype.

Superb hotel. Have stayed at many of the top hotels in London and this is up there with them. Only one gripe, tried to get into the cigar lounge and told it was full when there were multiple seats. Guy running the cigar lounge had a serious attitude problem and when he realised we were residents tried to back track and get us back in. Too late, went to bed angry. Customer service training required.

I’m in London a lot and the Bulgari is one of my favorite hotels. It excels on every level and never disappoints. The rooms, service and food are all fantastic. It’s Knightsbridge location is convenient for shopping, dining, parks, public transport etc.

Not likes a real Bvglari luxury in the hotel benefits also expensive for this classic benefits luxe hotel…

Good service. The guy that checked us in at front desk was great. The only issue for me was they chef cannot cook vegetables and they were very soggy

Staff were excellent from Romeo at the front desk, to the room service team, the spa and Sette restaurant. A relaxing stay and a comfortable bed for a good nights sleep. Pool and spa are excellent, we booked the private spa and it was truly exceptional with David and Satjot taking excellent care of us. A minor quibble on the hotel bathroom, a very deep bath so not easy getting in and taking a shower or avoiding the water spreading all over the lip of the bath, also bizarrely nowhere for you to hang up a towel. But these are minor points, it’s not cheap but you do get the 5* quality experience. Would recommend and return as a treat.

Stunning with attention to detail

Wonderful service standards, attention to detail and stunning hotel . I hardly ever give reviews but this was first class.

Return visit which says something. Very clean, comfortable room - only slight issue was that room not serviced in evening while we were out for dinner. Breakfast was excellent but shame that breakfast room is used by some as an office for a 1 hour zoom call! This is a wonderful hotel, very convenient for shopping and walking. The staff are faultless and we have nothing but praise.

Honestly I have stayed in a lot of hotels around the world this hotel is just something else from the extremely friendly staff to the amazing hotel decor the comfy beds. I have 0 complaints. Make sure you give it a try you will not be disappointed!!

The Bulgari is very well run and has excellent service. The rooms are attractive and quiet. Their spa and pool are gorgeous.

Franchised hotel and poor value for money

The hotel is ideally located with shopping, restaurants and services within a very short walking distance. The hotel is modern, clean even though it is a franchise and not managed directly by Bulgari. This means that the service standards and amenities are not as high as the Milan or Dubai properties. F&B within the hotel is not advised. Expensive hotel for what it is and I guess you are just paying the name. I would strongly advise to stay at another nearby property if possible where you can get the same room at a better value for money.

Great hotel n location...some renovation noise.

Stay was good except that they are renovating the restaurant and bar hence these facilities were not available. They have temporary facilities but not up to what one would expect of a Bulgari. Construction noise, though limited to a few hours during the middle of the day is still a bit annoying if you finish your meetings early and want a calm place of respite.

Wow, first visit and it won't be the last - what an amazing hotel.

Right in the center of Khnightbridge.

Tried most of the facilities. Great! The lounge is a great place to spend some time. Lunch at the bar side is super with a great ambience.

Sleek hotel in a super convenient location

The hotel is beautiful inside and it’s very convenient for Harrods and Harvey Nichols...2 minute walk to both. We were there on a shopping trip so it meant my husband could nip back to the hotel when he’d had enough! The only very small niggle was that the bar was understaffed all three nights we were there. The barman said there should have been 4 behind the bar but due to illness there was just him. This meant a long wait for drinks, which was a pity because the bar area itself is very glamorous and has a great buzz. That said the service is 5 star in the hotel generally... prompt, efficient and delivered with refinement.

Hotel location is perfect for shopping holidays.

We spent five nights here. The room was very clean and spacious. I really like the bar and the gym! I would recommend the complementary fitness classes. The hotel stuff was very professional and helped me out with everything that I needed. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to stay in Knightsbridge. The location was also near shopping districts and Hyde Park, so we didn't have to travel far to get to where we wanted to go. I have stayed at other great hotels in London, but this one was my favorite.

Usual excellence from top hotel

First class hotel in the heart of Knightsbridge.

The highlight of this hotel was the attention to detail - no request was ever a bother. The spa is amazing and the beauty therapist are exceptional. My only complaint was the male bar staff who, on one particular occasion, were extremely rude. All other members of staff were extremely obliging and pleasant, particularly the staff at reception.

A really great experience for the stay...staff were helpful on check in...room was lovely...spa was excellent. I would definitely stay again. The only negative was service in the bar seemed very slow and impersonal...not sure I would drink there again
