The rooms are comfortable, the staff is great! the restaurant next to the hotel is amazing!

Stayed two nights. Friendly staff. Unfortunately the a/c system blowing cold air has a mold issue. Woke up each morning with bad mold symptoms. The toilets were always dirty throughout the stay. Shower facilities need updating. It doesn’t get quiet until around 1-2 am, as it’s next to some live music each night. First night i arrived, my pillow case has a bit of blood on it, but got it changed fast. All in all it seemed like a nice stay, but it should be half the price as listed. Things are getting out of hand for how expensive tulum is in general for the quality it’s offering isn’t up the the price point.

The property is like a mini oasis. The staff are extremely friendly and very helpful. Its close to the centre but so close its too loud or busy.

Beautiful property with an interesting layout. The rooms were very clean. A/C blows cold, my room had an exhaust fan too which was nice. The facilitators for the therapies were very experienced amd knowledgable. They were also incredibly sweet people who made you feel cpmfortable, safe, and like family. There is also an attached restaurant at the front, Birria, which has very good food at better prices than the other restaurants in the surrounding area.

Great room with a great location. 10 minute bike ride to beach with cheap streetfood about a 10 minute walk away. The tranquility of the pool area was very relaxng and free drinking water is always a plus. Will be back for sure.

Not for business

It's a hostel not a hotel. The description didn't have the part where the bathroom is shared. The bathroom is far from the room and you get wet if it's raining and you can get wet if you have to go to the bathroom.

A great value and attentive staff.

I loved how attentive the staff was to all my guest and my needs. They went far and beyond offering their best services from services in the facility to what the area offered they would find tours to bike rentals to taxi services to the best beach clubs and best restaurants in the area. I can’t thank Hef and Yesenia enough for all the love I felt I highly recommend this place to all searching for a place to rest and find yourself.

Good location, right near a huge supermarket! Friendly people, and very comfortable. We kept extending our stay and it was no problem at all.

The ambience of this property was wonderful! The friendly staff made it feel like home. There were unique wellness options and the cheapest tacos around! Juan Jose and Hector at the desk we're very accommodating the security and cleaning ladies were super friendly! My room was unique and perfect for me and my little dog. I loved the pool... There is a group kitchen which was wonderful the AC worked great close by to grocery gasoline a few bars and restaurants... Close enough to the beach to enjoy without the insanity of the traffic on the Beach road. I really loved the way everyone was friendly with my service dog- I think we both could have stayed forever!

This has to be the best value for the dollars spent that I’ve ever experienced on a hotel/ air bnb/ etc. From the friendly staff, to the welcoming kitty that “I think” lives there, to the feeling of being in the deep forest while only minutes from downtown- this place has it all. If you are looking for luxury, this probably isn’t it. If you are looking for an unforgettable experience at an incredible value- this is it. Beware that you are on a main strip with night clubs and bars, however, it isn’t too bad.

Little Tulum Gem

This place is amazing! Super relaxing, beautiful and eco friendly. Loved the food onsite and the options around it. It is not your usual Tulum place and that is what makes it the best

This place is an A plus and a beautiful property. If staying here, keep in mind that the less expensive rooms don't have bathrooms within, so if you don't want to use the nice central shower area, book the mid-range rooms or more. I booked the economical Jaguar rooms and was completely happy. There is a rudimentary gym outside on the grounds, and coffee stand out by the street which is great.

The comfort suite is wonderful. Beautiful room and the most comfortable bed i have ever slept in! Unfortunately i cannot say the same for the lower priced rooms which are incredibly small. Staff is friendly and location is perfect

This is by far one of my favorite stops on my Mexican trip so far. It's very quiet, chill and a great place to lay your head. Being afraid to stay here is the furtherest from my mind. They do offer natural alternative ceremonies and nobody has even mentioned it. There are flyers to read and educate yourself. The beds are comfy and the rooms are pretty good size. It's nice to have "my own" place. The kitchen is a bit rough but nothing you can't improvise with. If you've ever stayed in a hostel you'll understand. The bathrooms are open and when you shower, there is a huge door to close for privacy. It's right on the main road into the beach, so it's easy to access transportation to and from the beach.

The vibe was nice, a great place to relax and chill especially for those people looking to disconnect from the hustle and grind. No TV's was cool. I got to write and think.

This place is truly beautiful. The staff is so friendly and the atmosphere extremely relaxing. Shared facilities but all the time clean. It is in a perfect location between the beach and the town.

It was one of the most incredible hospitality experiences. You truly feel so welcomed and as if you arrived home. Every single member of the staff were amazing, attentive, helpful and made me feel safe at all times. I wish I could of stayed more than 3 nights, will come back one day. Keia is an angel on earth. Going to miss being here so much.

Beach Paradise

Found this little gem last minute and it was way better than I anticipated. Very small/quant and extremely relaxing location. It's a relatively small property but they did a fantastic job with the shipping container conversion to the rooms, the outdoor gym, outdoor bathrooms + showers, pool in the middle of the property, etc.

Checked in but didn't stay. Not a good vibe.

We checked in but did not stay the night. As two female travellers we felt uncomfortable staying here. We were unable to go into our intended room as the cleaners son had thrown up in there but we were quickly moved to another room. There are communal showers and toilets. The showers are dimly lit and there are no doors so we felt uncomfortable showering. There were a lot of work men around also, hanging around the shower and toilet block. And then we found several hairs and stains in our bed. When we left at 8-9pm there was only security there who offered to move us into a new room but we declined. The hostel also promotes DMT and their own type of therapy, which is fine if you are into that but I think it's good to know what you are walking into.

La temática del hotel está muy padre, las habitaciones tienen un concepto padre, son muy cómodas y literal sientes que éstas en medio de la selva, lo único malo es que en la segunda habitación que nos quedamos estaba llena de hormigas gigantes que volaban y caian sobre la cama y fue imposible dormir así

algo diferente en cuanto al concepto me parece bien. no me gusto subir unas escaleras muy altas (no piensan en gente adulta) no hay television y la persona que nos atendió decía no hablar español (no le creí), tampoco hay muchas opciones para comer cerca (ir a pie)

Casa rodante cara

El lugar es como un jardin con una alberca tipo fontana y una area para hacer gym. Muchas plantas y verde.... Arededor container adaptado a cuartos... La idea es linda solo que son realmente chiquitos los cuartos, el baño parece de estar en casa rodante.... Falto el agua caliente 3 veces en dos dias.... No limpiaron el cuarto. El restaurante estaba cerrado por toda la estancia y abrio solo la mañana que salimos... Tenia solo caldo de birria.... Nada de cafe o otra cosa. En la estrutura puede pasar por el estacionamento o por el restaurante sin pasar por la recepcion.... Ninguno averigua nada... Cualquier persona puede pasar..... Una vez vi en la noche uno que estaba dormiendo en una hamaca y puede ser que era algo como una guardia. Un ladro puede entrar sin ningun problema..... A solo docientos metros atras del lugar esta el barrio mas peligroso de tulum.... Famos por ser completamente abusivo 2 de octubre.

Le site en lui même. La gentillesse du personnel. La proximité de multiples bars et restaurants. La proximité de la plage. L état d esprit général qui règne à l hôtel et bien sûr les activités proposées. C est aussi un centre de soins chamaniques.

Péssimo atendimento, ética duvidosa, mas bom local

Postaram um quarto com fotos de suite (com banheiro) e fiz a reserva paga antecipadamente. Quando cheguei me deram um quarto sem banheiro e, para o quarto com banheiro, queriam me cobrar uma diferença que era o que já havia pago, ou seja o dobro!!! Reclamei na Hoteis.com e resolveram o problema! Parabéns para Hoteis.com! Excelente atendimento ao cliente!
