Breakfast was very limited, not a lot of selection.

Checking in was done quickly and efficiently. Allison at the front desk was so helpful in explaining all the amenities of the property including the fact that they offer a shuttle that takes you anywhere around the property. They also offer a completely continental breakfast. Such a great place

We weren’t able to check in 1hr early. It had to be 3pm or later. Didn’t seem they were that busy.

The only thing id improve on is maybe the water pressure in shower and it really could have been hotter. But it was adequate. And everything else was awesome.we would love to come back.

I like staying here b/c of the proximity to the casino and we get a good price. It's always very clean and staff is friendly. The beds are so high though that I need a step stool to get in. I must not be the only one, because on both occasions we've stayed here, there has actually been a step stool in the closet! I think they could get rid of the box springs and just have the very deep mattress right on a base. But I'm no expert! One weird thing - we were on the 3rd floor and more than half the rooms had their doors ajar. It was kinda creepy.

It was a nice place to stay with a Casino located next to it. The property and rooms were clean. We Duft have the breakfast.

The room was clean, but a little run down. I was surprised how banged up the furniture was and the smell of my room was not great. It was very musty. The sheets were clean which was great. The bed however was not very comfortable. For $82 it’s what I expected and served my needs.

Got there at 1pm and ask to check in early. They said they couldn't check us in until 3. After visiting the casino we asked again and they gave me the same answer but said they would check me in early for $20. That's total BS Never staying there again.

We stopped for the stay not gambling. We are non smokers so the Casino wasn’t our thing, smelled like smoke. The hotel was great though! We only went to the casino to grab a bite to eat.

If you're looking for an affordable hotel that treats you like a VIP from start to finish, look no further than Buffalo Run. This hidden gem is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed in over my 53 years of traveling. The hotel and casino staff both went above and beyond setting the standard for cleanliness and courteous service from start to finish. Every staff member greeted us with a smile, and they all inquired if we were enjoying our visit and was there anything they could do to make it even better. The rooms are extremely clean and spacious with high end beds and amazing amenities like a glass enclosed shower, coffee service in room, a safe, a microwave and a refrigerator all standard. There's even a free hot breakfast served to you! All in all, in my own opinion as a "common guy" traveller, if you're within driving distance of Buffalo Run, this is the place you want to stay without a doubt.

Would stay here again. Staff was very nice. The curtain in our room had a rip in it and the bed was dusty. The room was clean. The bed was soft. The price was great.

The cigarette smoke was horrible in the casino. We just stayed less than an hour, and went down the road. Also, the toilet ran all the time.

The room was quiet and comfortable. The front desk staff was super nice. Location was convenient and parking was easy. The desk staff were extremely nice and helpful. The price was right as well and we loved the walk-in shower in the room. The only things that would have made it better would have been two sets of towels in the bathroom. Having two adults registered to stay but only one set of towels was akward. Also having a comforter available to make the bed cozier would have been a welcome addition. Walking to the casino was convenient, although we were not there for that reason. We think we missed out by not ordering a pizza and instead went to the BBQ restaurant. Smoking in the casino made my asthma worse and having to walk through cigarette smoke to access food was inconvenient. We will stay at the hotel again, but the the casino is a no for future visits.

The rooms were nice but being someone that is handicapped I would have preferred a room closer to the elevator.

We are traveling Route 66 and stopped here for the night. We liked that the hotel was actually separate from the casino (that is just not our cup of tea). Our room had a faint smell of cigarette smoke but once the AC got going it cleared out pretty fast. The bed was super comfortable and the water hot and had great pressure.

Very nice hotel with casino adjacent, next to I-44 outside the town of Miami, OK. Staff very friendly at check-in. The room was very nice. The A/C unit was a bit loud, but not enough to warrant a complaint. Bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet.

Everything went well with my stay but 1 issue. The shower had very little shampoo and shower soap in their respective dispensers. Other than that a very good experience staying at the Buffalo Run Hotel.

Pool was not working. Brought a 8 yr old so they could swim and noone when i called and asked said pool was being painted. Such a wasted night walked into casino and let because nothing there is kid friendly and no working pool ruined our stay.

Smoking everywhere!!!

There was stains on the bed and glue holding the furniture together at the bottom. When i got there to check in i stood their for 10 mins while to ladies continued to do what they was dling before i was even greeted. Then while getting checked in my son who is 6 autistic had to go to the bathroom and the ladt informed me closest batjroom was all the ay at the end of one of the halls and nothing closer.

the Hotel is understaffed, the employees working there had their hands full. Shower was dirty, bathroom sink didn't drain, minor things like light bulbs out. The property from the outside looks really nice it's too bad.

The deadbolt was broken. I reported it to the front desk. The shampoo/conditioner dispensers did not work properly.

Our room was showing some serious wear and tear. Paint peeling and dirty in every corner of the room. The lady who was in charge of breakfast was wonderful, friendly and helpful. The woman at night was very friendly and helpful when we checked in.

We arrived 20 minutes early, we were told for $20,00 we could check in. Never ever have we been told that at any property, if the room is ready they check you in. The next day our grand daughter ran in to get something, the kay wouldn't work. They had checked us out we had paid for 2 days, Took 2 people to correct this. The linens were sub par even a bad stain on the bedspread, no soap in the dispenser coffee pot did not work had trouble with the microwave still don't know how we got it towork, They have the same air conditioner but had put the thermastat on the wall we wern't told that, No one told us about the breakfast, Very disappointed we won't be back.

Everything was wonderful until I went into the shower. They have the shampoo etc attached to the wall. When I tried to use them, very little shampoo came out. No soap or conditioner.

In for a quick one night stay. Everything was great. I assume no one steals the towels from there though. They were similar to sand paper. But over all a great stay.

TV only worked on 5 channels. Wind was blowing through the windows making a loud whistling noise most of the night. Bar staff was under staffed and had long wait times for drinks not very friendly. Table games have been moved into a very small room with poor ventilation and cooling. I could only play crapes for a short time due to these conditions.

Well, the bed was crazy soft and crazy high. Also feet were higher than head. Fire alarm for hotel went off at 4 am and again at 630 am. Really!!!!????

Not a trucker or RV person, but I liked how they serviced those travelers!

Crappy service and management

I confirmed my reservations the week before and asked how much exactly I needed to have the check written out for and they told me the price for 3 days. After arriving, the clerk was very rude and stating they only take credit cards and debit cards, refusing to take the check for a city account. When asked for the manager she was very rude stating she was the manager. They wouldn’t fix the soap dispenser, when asked. I asked on the second day for room service due to the trash needed taken out and towels. They wouldn’t even make up the room. Very crappy service and I will never return to their casino or resort.

Buffalo Run

Checkin was great. Room was super clean and loved the shower. Rooms need to be updated a little. Need USB ports by the bed and desk. New lamps usually have those. The breakfast didn’t have much variety and they didn’t have a toaster. You can go to Walmart and buy one if you need one. So no toast bagels or English muffins. No fruit either.

Window Coverings

Overall, very good experience staying here! Very friendly staff! If I was to make some recommendations, look into longer or better covering window curtains. There was a significant gap when I tried to close the shades and as someone who needs a completely dark room to get quality sleep, window coverings are important to me.

Security issue

Security bolt was not functional The bolt fixture missed a screw or it had been broken off.

Thermostat reading would not change. The shampoo, soap etc containers were plugged up and unusable. The towels felt like sandpaper tho everything was clean.
