This is where visiting hockey teams stay. It has a practice rink connected so you can see them practice. You can walk to the arena to see them play. Great hotel

It was wonderful. Hotel was beautiful along with staff. Recommend to anyone that wants a great experience and perfect surroundings to go and do things around

Excellent handicapped shower and beds

The room appears to have not been dusted in months, the headrail above both beds was cakes in dust, as was the window, table for dining, and the light in the bathroom. The shower was disgusting and my “harbor view” I paid nearly $700 for overlooked the interstate on a low floor. Very disappointing, won’t be back.

Very nice room. A little confusing finding our way around. Crazy expensive for overnight stay.

Our stay was fantastic, our view of the water from our room was amazing. Staff asked if we were there for an event, told them a night away for our 26th anniversary. Shortly after getting settled into our room, a knock on the door, and a lovely dessert was delivered to us. Pleasant surprise. We will definitely be staying again. Great location and nice aesthetic overall. Only complaint is the television in our room randomly kept turning on throughout the night. We would turn it off, and within a short time it would turn back on, most bizarre- not sure why it kept happening!

The views from the hotel are superb. The restaurant was delicious. The staff from the front desk to the restaurant to the adjoining hockey rink were personable, kind, and friendly towards our whole family-the people of Buffalo made our stay memorable.

I had a lake view room and it was very nice and clean with nice, new furniture, etc. I"m not sure the lake view is worth the additional cost, though. Just FYI

Nice hotel

Staff was friendly and helpful! No bed bugs, room was clean. The elevators connected to the parking garage were kinda dirty/the 1 smelled like pee but there’s not much they can do to prevent that. We will definitely stay here again when we venture back to Buffalo.

It is a beautiful property with incredible views. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. I will be staying there every time I’m in Buffalo. 😊

Incredible stay

This was an incredible stay - very happy with the service from the check in, the cleaning staff, the hostess and server in the restaurant and the valets. Everyone was terrific and gave us extraordinary service. The room was fantastic. Great city views. We stayed for the Nate Bargatze show. Loved the show and the ease of getting to and from Key Bank Center. We are at Panorama on 7 after the show and it was delicious! Great place- will definitely return if we come for another show!

Why isn't wi-fi free?

Great hotel, but I have to say, charging $12/day for wi-fi on top of a very expensive room, plus paying to park - leaves a bit of a bitter taste in your mouth. We did have a lovely dinner at Panorama - best scallops ever.

The drain in my room was broken, but other than that, my stay was as perfect as can be.

Staff was great and personable, and it's great walking distance to Sahlen field

This is a very nice hotel and so convenient for Buffalo Sabres games. The price is steep but well worth it for the convenience of the location.

Loved everything on and about the property. It was higher cost but worth the cost for those who can afford it.

I had a lovely view of Lake Erie and the USS Little Rock from my room.

Close to Keybank center & staff was fantastic

My wife and I enjoyed our stay to attend a Sabres game. Our room was on the blah side as there was nothing exciting for the rate we paid, but we weren’t there to stay in our room. The hotel connects right to Keybank Center with a direct inside walk from the hotel to the arena. Did not have to go outside, and that was ideal considering it was raining. Would stay here again.

Great stay very clean and very nice

I love being able to walk to the Key Bank Center for events. It is very close the train station.

Did not like my room. One of the rooms was an accessibility room so the washroom was designed accordingly. Small counter top and shower not what I expected. Was disappointed.

Great location but you have to pay for breakfast

Breakfast was not included and you have to pay for the wifi service if you wanted to use it. That was my complaints about my stay. Otherwise it was a great location and service was awesome. Thats the only reason I'm giving it 5 stars

First time in Buffalo and I thought this was a fantastic stay. It’s in an exceptional area—walking distance to breweries, downtown, the waterfront, casino. The restaurant was exceptional. We dined there for breakfast lunch and dinner, and both the service and food was top notch. The customer service was 10/10 from every person we dealt with. Should be noted that the waterfront view is largely of a highway, but we didn’t mind that either. Would stay here again.

Room for Improvement

Although the staff was friendly and tried to please, it was evident there was a great deal of understaffing. This was particularly evident with restaurant services and handling of room service. The food was excellent but at times more basic del8very would have been more appreciated over attempts to provide extras without sufficient staff that resulted in slow responses and errors. There was little information for services provided and when one called for service from the room phone often the answer would be to check the hotel website. The room rates were pricey ($500 per night) so higher quality service was expected.

The restaurant/bar and the service was wonderful! The desk staff was very personable! Loved the view from our 19th floor room! The couch in Rm 1908 showed wear and the back of the couch was dusty. There was a stain/spot on the comforter. Floor felt sticky. Heard people laughing and partying from the overhead vent in the morning and late evening hours.

Clean, safe and staff was polite/courteous.

We stayed here about 4-5 years ago and the bed was wonderful, now the king bed is some sort of firm memory foam and it was very uncomfortable. My shoulders were in pain. Everything else at the hotel was very nice. Overall it is a nice hotel but nowhere near worth close to $300 a night.

Felt new and luxurious, comfortable, beautiful view of Lake Eerie.

Harbour front was beautiful and the room/hotel were beautiful. We are fans of the Marriott and Bonvoy members who adore mornjbg breakfast. Unfortunately my entire families breakfast was sub-par. Our meals were all on the cold side and some items were just in appetizing, definitely not what we were accustomed to at the Marriot.

Our room wasn't ready when we got there, it still needed to be inspected. No problem, we waited 5 minutes in the lobby and the front desk brought us our cards and two breakfast vouchers for the next morning. Great service!

Exceptional experience!

I stayed here previously for work and couldn't wait to come back. The location is perfect, especially if you're going to an event at KeyBank Arena. The staff was pleasant, the room was perfect, the view from the room was exceptional, and the food at Panorama on Seven was delicious!

Hotel felt like a great value for anyone that would be attending any event at the key bank center. Restaurant that they have attached to the hotel is also convenient and food is excellent.

It was unique because I went to the sabres game and the hotel is connected to the arena so it made the whole night much easier.
