The rooms were big, great and clean, but their towels were old and nasty, the stairs are awful and their building needs cleaning and paint!

It has a very good location, but the room was smelly, the beds are old and sink in, the people next door were noisy. Sadly we didn’t have a good experience.

This place was amazing the ac and heater woked great the rooms were clean and nice when entering and had stocked lotion, soap and shampoo/conditioner, overall i would love to spend more time here, also the staff were super cool didnt have a problem with one

We stayed at the hotel for one full week and did not receive any maid service. We had to track the maid down to get some clean towels

Room was for a friend

There were roaches and other bugs in the room. The bed was broken down. People were loud and there were discussions of drugs outside our windows at night. The staff did nothing when we complained. Housekeeping never cleaned our room or brought clean towels during our 4 day stay. When I asked old the manager at check out he slid $20 towards me and said sorry.

This was the worst experience ever. The reception staff did not help in any way. I wasn’t allowed to check in. I cannot get a refund. I have travelled frequently and never, ever, experienced such terrible service. I cannot gauge cleanliness as I did not enter a room.

Staff is very rude.

I got pink eye from sleeping here. Other people would blast their music until 2AM, someone would go around banging on doors trying to open them, the towels had curly hairs on them, the AC/heater sounded like it was going to bust.

Wanted a cash deposit, first time I’ve seen that I got it back but. not the best. Didn’t have any bugs

Its not the best location. Cash deposit is required not CC. Found a needle underneath mattress. If you want budget stay, this is the place.

We didn’t have maid service at all in 4 days we were there. The fridge and microwave didn’t work. Beds were uncomfortable. No extra pillows or blankets.

I didn't like that they let me check in early and kicked me out early and don't let me know if I were to check in early I wouldn't have the original day and time of checkout.

Very close to Knotts Berry. The room was clean but no coffee pot. During the day up until about 9pm not quiet.

The hotel is very old and in need of a major overhaul, or at least a good power cleaning. The outside areas including the elevator were just plain dirty. I arrived at 6PM and was very surprised that I had to use the “night window” at that early hour and was also taken off guard when I had to give them a $50 “ cash deposit “. When checking out at 8:00AM had to use the night window again. This leads me to believe that the area is not safe. The room itself was very clean but lacking in some amenities. There was only one ceiling light as you entered the room. No bedside lamps or even a lamp at the desk. Impossible to work at desk or read in bed. The fan in the bathroom made a loud clacking noise and the toilet barely flushed. You get what you pay for as proven with this thank goodness only one night stay.

You have kids running up and down the down the stairs at 12:30-3:00am they are really loud our refrigerator didn’t work that good food was warm and microwave didn’t work they did change it tho bed wear a lil to hard only one blanket I don’t think I’ll stay there again

For emergency stay only

There were too many people hanging around the property. Made me feel abit uncomfortable. Looks like people are living there. Could not find the light switch for the lamps unless they were there for decoration. I guess you getbwuat you paid for. Restaurants and walmart in walking distance.

Pros: it’s affordable, close to Knott’s Berry Farm, and the bed is really comfortable. Cons: they asked for a cash deposit which made checking in very inconvient. The walls are paper thin and there’s always a noise no matter the time of day. The water runs cold during the day. Worth the price but would recommend a different hotel for Buena Park

Everything is peace and quiet just the staff is not professional

This was the most disgusting run down dilapidated place i have ever had to stay in. Every wall had damage and was filthy every towel had stains and every fixture was covered in paint and plaster. The shower head was held on with visable plumbers tape the coat rack was covered in rust. It was just gross.i have photos of all the damage but i havent been able to post them any where yet. The remote for the tv didnt work and to shut off the tv you had to unplug it. The plate in the microwave was the wrong one so it didnt turn when you used it. The filter in the sink flew off at me when i turned it on and the lamp shades were so rotten they were falling apart

Close to everything and the privacy

This hotel was not nice at all. I only stayed here for the convenience in being able to walk to Knott’s scary farm, however convenient or not, I will never stay here again. The AC unit barely worked, we only had 2 pillows in the room, 2 towels and no wash cloths. The bathroom looked uncleaned. The hotel kind of reminded of a crack hotel for selling drugs in. Bed was also very uncomfortable as well. Even though it was cheap and convenient, never staying here again.

We stayed for one night. When I check the bed the sheets were dirty. The mark looked like a dog foot print. Besides that it was an average hotel.

My husband and I stayed for 4 nights. We never had room service. I had to ask for extra toilet paper. There was only 1 roll and a used one when we arrived. Our last night the parking lot was pretty full. Both ADA parkings were occupied with no Handicapped sign on. Not the best for us unfortunately

In average, all amenities are presented and there you will find all what you need in the room

When I went to check in a little after 3:00 in the afternoon the lobby was closed I had to go to the night window the first person that came I could barely understand what she was saying so another person came and checked us in the first room he gave us only had one light bulb in the whole room that worked the TV didn't work and there was no Wi-Fi for coffee pot so they gave us another room in that room had no towels or wash glove but at least the TV worked I would not recommend this Motel to anybody

The room was a little smelly like. it probably was from the carpet

It equals the price i paid for which was a bargain but wouldn't bring kids due to tenants. Clerk didn't charge extra fees which was nice and repaired toilet quickly but handle still was bad. While there the lobby was never open.

The front desk person was extremely rude. I had booked 2 queens and was given a room with one king bed, when I went back down to let him know I was asked for my confirmation email.

Property is horrible. Holes in the walls, bedding with stains and holes as well. Towels full of what im guessing other people's hair. The lack of proper pillows for the beds. Bathroom was very dirty too. Tub had shower gel all over. It wasnt cleaned. Furniture was broken falling apart. Overall i wouldn't recommend. Yes its cheap and thats exactly what you pay for. Im sure you can find something for the same or almost the same price , in better conditions.

Room was clean and very well updated. Microwave and fridge a plus. Unfortunately the bathroom exhaust fan was broken and the toilet clogged on our last day. Overall a very nice place. Would come back again.

Very friendly staff, room was nice, and the stay was excellent.

Second bed was in separate room which I really liked the privacy. However it was hard to cool down with the a/c unit in a different space. An overhead fan would help. Water pressure was great and beds were comfortable. Would stay here again.

Limpieza en el cuarto bien. Lo malo fue los huéspedes deal lado 111 todo el tiempo con demasiado ruido hablando durante toda la noche y el televisor muy fuerte le comenté al recepcionista una ve y mi esposa en otra ocasión fue mi segunda estancia aquí en la primera no tuve ningún problema. Por eso reservé tres habitaciones para mi y amigos.

I love this place because it is near Knotts Barry Farm and there are tons of stores and gas stations near by.

Customer service wasn’t great when we checked on 8/1. People smoke all over the place, my husband got sick and coughing constantly, and couldn’t breathe. Trashy everywhere around the property. I believe the homeless people are taking over the hotel. Very inconvenient. We will not become back to this hotel.

Had a leak in my room in the middle of the night , no one was at the front desk they refused to do anything about it , manger tells me to come down there and do something when I called to see if there’s anything they can do , says “ you stayed the whole night (had no choice) so no refund is possible. Smh mold and tiles coming off the wall from mold.

My family and I stay at this property off and on for longer periods of time. Every room we've had is always clean, no bugs, and plenty of space - even the carpets are clean! The staff is very kind and accommodating to requests, day or night. They treat you with respect and kindness. Great place to stay with your family- it always feels safe (others that say it's not are only here for one night and have no idea). I do not have anything bad to say, overall I would recommend this property to anyone visiting or in need of a place to stay in the area. Wonderful value for the price.

No Cleaning

A lot of maintenance need to be done in the hotel room and outside. I don’t think I would return to this property. The staff was very nice, but it needs to be upgraded.

No working ice machine. Requested main floor, told me nothing was available. Not up to my cleanliness standards. The elevator was very slow and not kept up very well. Won't stay there ever again.
