The property is just below a normal stay . Some of the employees were out standing. Others seemed quite lazy.

Very morbed inviorment! Not what I expected, photos on website only entrance looks welcoming but not inside. Very dark, & rooms more like in a hostel or backpackers facility. I was rather sadly disappointed. Felt I was in some backyard with a serious drainage problem, the smell was disgusting. Will certainly not recommend this property to anyone. Cleanliness in shower must definately be seen to & perhaps a throw or light weight blanket placed in cupboard. Breakfast unfortunatley was not received warm, very mlnimal & no condiments to offer! This can most certainly be improved.

Quant little property, with some beautiful little personal touches. Rooms were clean & equipped with clothing storage. Pool was perfect on a hot day. Staff were welcoming & attentive. However, breakfast was minimal and I left hungry.

Staff was great and price was great. Got more than I expected. General area was not very nice with limited food though

Lovely quiet property with only 5 rooms so you pretty much get the pool to yourself. Nice shared spaces but the room is basic and the shower was not very good in the room with an ensuite. Staff are super friendly and the breakfast was always prepared with a smile. Would definitely stay again.

The property was in perfect condition and the staff were very attentive and offered breakfast and to do our washing. Would definitely return and stay with them again.

We liked that our breakfast was available between 6am and 10am but cooked to order when we were ready to eat it. We had scrambled eggs on wholemeal toast with real butter, marmalade and coffee. There is a large communal kitchen for guests with a huge modern fridge. I noticed it needed a clean out. As well, the sink area needs a larger draining rack and for some people to actually wash their dishes instead of just dumping them in the sink! We didn't use the swimming pool as it was raining and cold. It looked squeaky clean and inviting.. This place is within easy walking distance to the Wailoaloa resort strip and almost next door to the supermarket with Olive Tree restaurant on top.

Really lovely B&B close to bus pick up for ferries. Nice and quiet and very welcoming. The pool is lovely.

The B&B was very good for our stay. The staff were lovely and helpful, the facilities were clean, and the gate was always locked which made us feel safe staying at this property. In good walking distance to the Beach Club and other resorts down the road. The only downside was that there was no parking onsite, however you can park on the street.

Good value for money. The staff are polite, helpful and friendly.

I had a wonderful stay at Bua Bed & Breakfast in Nadi. From the moment I arrived, I felt very welcomed. The family running the B&B was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even with my late check-in. The room was clean, comfortable, and I felt safe throughout my stay. The property has a lovely pool that adds to the relaxing atmosphere, and its location is excellent—within walking distance to a store, bars, restaurants, the beach, and live music venues. Parking my rental car in front of the property was easy and hassle-free. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Nadi!

Suitable room for single or couple. Very clean. Nice pool. Good breakfast.

Hi we did stayed at Bua B & Breakfast as we arrived and they so aircon water was dropping on to bed and outside iced up fan they said someone will be there to fix it in the morning so they decided to move us to resort so that was so good way better and very happy to see how they treat there guests ♥️♥️

Great B&B! Our room was ready early so we could check in a bit earlier. 2 rooms share a large bathroom and 3 other rooms have private bathroom. The room was clean, had a working AC, and the small bathroom had a good pressure shower —perfect for what we needed. For breakfast, we got served toast with scrambled eggs and some mermalade. Pool was cool and it had a few spaces to spend the day/night resting. - beach nearby, - few restaurants - check in instructions were clear. - The lady who checked us in was super lovely, she and I had great conversations. The girl at night was also friendly and helpful! Overall a great stay. I would have stayed here on my arrival before heading to the coral coast but it was sold out. I'm glad I was able to stay the night before our flight back home. Recommended!

BUA b&b was clean and tidy. Bed was comfortable. Small bathroom but,had a nice hot shower. Staff were friendly and breakfast cooked was an extra bonas

Very nice and welcoming staff.

Had a great stay. Bua is just down the road from Wailoaloa Beach, just slightly away from the busy end. Eggs on toast for breakfast was provided by the lovely staff. Would recommend as a home base for a couple of days in Nadi.

The room was very simple, definitely a BnB over a resort (as is advertised) but spotlessly clean and has everything you need. The staff are warm and helpful, and there are lots of bars and restaurants nearby. We are very close to the beautiful wailoaloa beach.

Overnight stay awaiting flight home. A nice and quiet part of town which had an awesome pool. Biggest plus is the hostess and service. Thank you for taking care of us.

Bua needs a larger sign and to make it clear that one is to check in at the hotel Aquarius. The staff are really great. The bed was comfortable and the ac in the room, along with the surprisingly quiet neighborhood (several hotels nearby) made for a good night's sleep. I disliked the very bright white fluorescent lights and lack of a simple table or shelf in my room but I quite liked the great breakfast and friendly staff.

Some members of the staff weren't nice at all. I do highlight the attention and good service of Camari. She was the only one treating us nicely and kindly.

This is a great place to stay. Close to airport, beach, shopping. The staff is excellant.

Clean property, good value, remarkably close (2 min walking) to the beach. Surprisingly awful and terrible check-in experience. I was told I have to go check in at another building down the street, but was not given any information which building or how far. Went back three times until they finally decided to walk with me 10 buildings over to wherever I had to 'check-in'. That process consisted of simply retyping my name, which they already had. It's frankly sad that a property that an owner cares about and is maintained so well has a terrible check-in process to the tune of me not recommending one to stay here.

Staff were fantastic and super friendly and helpful. Didn’t realise facilities were shared (bathroom, tv/lounge area and kitchen) until entering the property however had booked a room with a private bathroom so not an issue.

Perfect for a short stay. Had everything we needed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was not extravagant, but it was good.

very cozy and quiet place. closed from strangers. good atmosphere, very conducive to a good rest. the staff is wonderful, like a family. very caring and always ready to help. but, take those extension cords with you for charging

24 hour stopover in Nadi

Checking in was rather confusing, as my taxi driver brought me from the airport to the wrong hotel (Bula), where they understood the error and walked me to the correct hotel; but the 'correct' hotel was called Aquarius on the Beach. It turns out there is no reception at Bua B&B, but it is managed by Aquarius, where I was also free to use the pool and restaurant. That was great, because I arrived quite early (5am) and my room wasn't ready, but I had a nice walk on the beach and a bite to eat. I was only staying in Nadi for one night; had I been there longer I would probably not have been satisfied by the very bare, simple accommodations with shared restroom. But the service was really good, and I was perfectly comfortable for my short stay.

Very pleased Location near multiple bars and restaurants

Bua B&B is in a good location, only a short walk to the beach.You can use the facilities in Aquarius On The Beach, a hotel on the beach front. The place is very clean, quiet with nice staff. Breakfast was simple, but complete and good.

Property was in need of updating, particularly in the shower area of our private bathroom. We were dissatisfied with our room allocation on arrival as we did not get the two single beds we had booked. It took a number of discussions to resolve this matter. I had asked to see the manager but she was 'too busy' to speak with me and it did take several days before my complaint was heard by her.(We were offered a free meal which we accepted) The staff however, were fantastic, they could not do enough to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.The location is a bit isolated but there is a very cheap and convenient bus service into Nadi.

Me and my son only stay for one night. It’s a beautiful place my only problem is to walk from where we checked in to where we stay with our luggage. Other than that it’s a beautiful places and friendly staff. Thank you for having us. Will definitely coming back soon.

A simple and clean place for a short stay in Nadi. I stayed here twice on my trip and it was an excellent airport stopover. Both the ladies on the staff were wonderful, I can't thank them enough. My only complaint was that staying in bedroom 5 it's obviously an add on to the property and there is a glass block window to the rest of the house over the bed that lets in bright light all night. The surrounding small neighbourhood has some dining options but you're a decent cab ride away from anything else and any cheaper supermarkets.

We loved our stay at Bua B & B! The owners and staff go above & beyond! Spotlessly clean, sparkling blue pool, comfortable rooms and staff Miry & Mary are the best....so friendly, kind and helpful. The owners, Dawn & Dale are charming hosts and do their best to ensure guests are looked after. We will never forget our stay as we were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary on Valentine's day and Bua B & B treated us like we were family and truly made our anniversary magical. Bua B & B will always hold a special place in our hearts. We hope to return one day to visit our new found family. A Fijian gem :)

The room is small. The water pressure in the shower is low and the water is not hot at all even I just opened the hot tap only. Breakfast is included for guests. But I am not sure who sets the menu. The staff or the hotel management? We had a few pieces of fruit and scrambled egg the first morning. We made some toast by ourselves. For the rest of my stay, they served a few pieces of fruit, which looked days old, and took out some breakfast cereals for you to choose. We don't eat cereals and asked for some scrambled egg. The staff said OK. But then we found that she left the kitchen and was slack watching TV. Some other hotels in the same area have more facilities and offer similar rates.
