Nhi and every staff we interacted with were all very welcoming, polite, and attentive.

We had a great time at Brother Villa! It was about a 10 mins walk to the old city which was amazing. We did encounter a little problem in our room but the staff was very attentive and did the best they could.

It was great stay and a lovely time!

Lovely Hotel

A lovely comfortable room! Great location. Short walk to town. Nhi was super helpful with regards to tours, onward travel and free bike hire. Nice little pool to cool off in in the evening!

Lovely and calm hotel

Very friendly and helpful staff and the room layout is clever. The location is great and within walking distance to all the main sights in Hoi An but you're in a quieter part. I loved our stay here, the only downside was that the rooms were very humid during the days we were there. It had rained a lot so it's understandable but the beds felt a bit wet. The hotel was great though and I'm happy we stayed there

We loved staying here, it was nice and quiet but easy reach to the town centre. The staff were really kind, the rooms clean and airy, and great value for money! 😊

the owners were very accomatating and personable. the first day we arived they treated use with a scooter ride to their resturant where their specialy of rose dumpling and drinks the took us down town to let us browse the shops it was the most fantastic first day we ever had, also the front desk person (i'm sorry not good at remembering names) she was fantastic help with getting us settle in the room and suggesting and arranging excursions, getting our every needs performed expertly as far as getting our walking sneakers washed ( due to our walking in the rain) the sneakers were done beatifilly. we can't exprese our pleasure for their great kindness and detail to making our stay with fond memories. we recommend this establishment for a wanderful expeirence and if we ever get back this way will definettly stay again. the hotel is in walking distance of the center of old city with all it wanderful history, resturants, great foot massages etc i can't list all the things wev'e seen and done thank you all so much for a wonderfull time

Best hotel in Hoi An

By far the best hotel we stayed at during our vacation in Vietnam. The staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The hotel room was spacious, clean, and very modern. Loved the shower! The hotel is on a quieter street (great for sleeping at night), but very quick walk to the Old Town. The hotel also had free bikes if you wanted to visit the beaches or explore other areas of Hoi An.

It’s a cute little hotel. However there is no air circulation. The room smells like mold and the ceiling also had mold. The towels were all damp and doesn’t smell very clean either.

This place was wonderful. The location is close to everything but not in it. The staff were extremely friendly and it was very clean. You get a free bike to ride and you can go anywhere from the villa. Excellent choice.

This was such a fantastic experience! The staff are super friendly and gave us food recommendations and we used the bikes to get around town for free every day. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I’m in Hoi An. They even offer laundry services for a very fair price and you pay per kilogram. The only complaint I could have about this place is that the hot water for the shower wouldn’t get super hot. It’s more warm. But we were here in the summer so we were not trying to take super hot showers anyways

Breakfast was a bit limited but if you are on a budget the hotel has what you need.

Walking distance to Old Town

This place is good for visiting Hoi An if you want to stay around Old Town. Not in middle of it so you will have a quiet nights but it is a very walkable distance. About 7 to 10min walking to Old Town. Hotel itself is clean, new, pool is great eventhough it's small and out of sun (so no sunbathing area if that's what you after). No elevator but staff can help with your suitcases. A lot of spas around the hotel but we do not try them so no recommendation on that part. A lot of local restaurants. Breakfast in the hotel is good.

Great very new little place, good location, friendly people. Good breakfast that you order and gets freshly made for you. Close enough to walk to town but far enough to be away from it. Free bikes to ride on and nice pool for a refreshing dip.

A+ hotel, high quality, very friendly, beautiful

We stayed in Brother Villa for four nights, the hotel was brand new, only three months old when we stayed. The room and bathroom were very nice. The staff was very welcoming and cordial. The bikes they had for guests to use were a game changer, we used them every day, and wouldn’t have been able to cover as much ground with out them. The location is very good, close to the old town. The staff was able to give recommendations for places and good quality shops. We were very happy with out stay. The Decor is very modern, clean, and fun. We got a very personal experience, the family is very nice.

Reallly good service , super clen n also the staff is really friendly

It was a really clean hotel. Rooms were of a decent size, although we saw some bigger rooms that we would have preferred. In a quieter part of town, but only about 10 mins' walk from the Old Town. Staff were extremely friendly, and the big umbrella loans came in handy when it was raining.

Absolutely Wonderful

This family-run hotel was perfect. Everything is clean, the rooms and beds are very comfortable, breakfast was cooked to order every morning and always delicious (especially the cau lao!), and the staff were incredibly welcoming, helpful, and happy to offer recommendations. It's on a quiet street just a short walk from the Ancient Town and Night Market, and they even have bicycles you can borrow for free. I would absolutely recommend this place 100%.

Room was nice and the bed was super comfy. Breakfast was really nice also - the best I've had so far in Vietnam. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was good - quieter area and only a short stroll from the hub of activity. Only issue was there were a lot of bugs in my room. Upon arrival the door to my room was open (as were others that were not yet occupied) hence the bugs. Door should be kept close to keep the bugs out.

Great New Place - Quiet and Well Located

I don't usually write reviews but as this is a new premises and the team were so friendly, I thought I would say a few words. The Location was great for me. It is a few hundred metres from the city and the start of the old city. It took about 5-10 minutes to get to the city centre but was quiet at night as there is no real passing traffic. The building itself is finished to a high quality. The bathrooms were well presented with above average fixtures. The rooms were quite and well appointed with good mattress, pillows, linens and black-out curtains. TV is a modern unit with the usual entertainment channels a westerner looks for. There are also the Asian cable channels, too. The pool and the atrium opening roof above was a nice touch that will keep with the water cool in the warmer months and heat it up a little in the cooler ones. The staff were very friendly and were happy for a chat as we got a feel for what we wanted to do in Hoi An. Breakfast was a great omelette and baguette with salad. Other options are available. The team are still finding their feet but I had no complaints. I'll stay here again without doubt next time we visit Hoi An for a long weekend.

Staff are very helpful and friendly property wasnew and well appointed. Superior room was small but comfortable and when I moved to a balcony room it was large and had plenty of space.

The accommodation is very affordable and correct content price. What makes the stay pleasant is especially the warm welcome of Helena, who has very great skills in customer service and she is very professional 🌷 Better forget the pool which is very pretty but not for swimming…which would have been a plus given the outdoor temperature. Thank you again for this remarkable welcome!

Bel hôtel, bien situé, à 10 min à pied du centre ville. Chambre spacieuse, literie confortable. Service de lingerie. Attention, les grandes bouteilles d’eau dans votre chambre seront chargés à votre départ. Pas les petites. Je recommande

clean, friendly, have breakfast and location nice!!

사진으로 보는 것과는 달리 아주 작은 펜션같은 곳입니다. 대중교통, 그랩 등을 이용하기가 불편합니다. 엘리베이터가 없어 계단으로 캐리어를 들고 올라가는 데 힘이 들었습니다. 룸컨디션은 괜찮았지만, 그 외에는 마음에 드는 것이 그닥 없었습니다. 수영장도 목욕탕 수준으로 작고, 물도 더러워서 수영하지 못합니다. 위치상 올드타운가 가까워 걸어갈 수는 있으나, 대신 차를 이용하지도 못하는 곳입니다.

施設は清潔で清掃も行き届き、アメニティや周辺案内もしっかりしている。観光名所も徒歩圏内。 空室があったので部屋もグレードアップしてくれました。

친절함. 아담한 빌라, 넓은 침대. 온수 잘 나옴. 조식은 전날 저녁에 주문. 모두 맛있음. 전망 좋고 올드타운 도보 거리 있어 조용함. 주변 관광 안내 잘해주고 자전거 대여해서 호이안 구석구석 볼수 있어서 너무 좋았음. 그랩보다 저렴하게 다낭까지 센딩 해줌. ☆☆☆☆☆. 엘리베이터는 없어요.

ロイヤルホテルの近くにある個人まりとしたヴィラです。改装してとてもきれいでした。経営者のおじさんとおばさんはとても親切でした。従業員も同様に親切です。（日本人だからかもしれません。）朝食は前日にメニューから選んで、朝、手作りのできたてをいただけます。エレベーターはないので、４階に泊まると階段は大変ですが、値段からすれば大したことはないです。ホイアンの主要なところはここから徒歩で十分まわれます。

신축빌라인지 깨끗하고 직원들 친절해요.조식양이 약간 부족했지만 음식 또한 깔끔함.직접 요리하는게 보임.수영장 필요없는 분들이면서 3명인 가족에게 적극추천함.3명 사용하는 가격치고 저렴함.이전 숙소인 마리나 리조트와 비교해보면 여기가 훨씬 깨끗하고 좋음.

시설은 매우 깨끗하고, 직원도 친절해요. 다만 화장실 공간이 침대 옆이라 조금 불편했어요.

첫베트남여행에서 첫날 간 브라더빌라 친절하고 사용해보진못햇지만 수영장도아름답고 올드타운에서 약 10분거리에위치한접근성 18년도에 지어져 건물도 깨끗하고 4층까지온수도잘나오고 직원분들너무친절한데 조식까지맛있어요 조식은 누들추천합니다 또 다낭으로갈때 교통편도 예약해주시고 기념품도챙겨주시고 친절한첫인상이 너무 기억에남네요 원픽입니다 항상 좋은일가득하세요

가족이 구성원이 되어 관리를 하며 사장님 부부와 아들 쿠옹..딘, 리.. 모두 친절하게 해주셔서 펺게 2박하고 왔어요.. 아침식사도 맛있고 가성비 최고, 다시가도 꼭 가고 싶은 곳 입니다.

部屋に無料と有料の水が置いてあるが、どちらが無料か明確ではなかったため、間違えて有料の水を飲んでしまいました。どこかに明示してほしいです。

Avec mon mari nous avons séjourné 3 nuits au sein de cet hôtel familial, nous avons réellement apprécié la sympathie du personnel et propriétaires. Les petits déjeuners était très bon et fait par une charmante dame, qui semble être la propriétaire. Cet établissement a mis à disposition des vélos, ce qui est très pratique.

호이안 구거리 접근성 좋구요 밤에 조용하구요 침대도 크고, 가족같은 분위기라 좋습니다. 바이크 대여도 쉽게 할수 있습니다.

직원들의 친절은 기대이상입ㄴ다. 특히 주인아주머니의 아침 커피서비스 감사하구요. 청결 최상 오픈한지 몇개월안되서 무지깨끗. 단하나 엘리베이터가 없어요. 호이안 올드타운 걸어서 이동가능하구요. 실내 수영장. 동네 냉탕만한개 있지만 수심이 160이넘는곳도 있고 동양인들보다 유럽인들이 깔끔한 덕에 신축이라고 많이 오는것 같아요.. 더운여름 베트남사람들은 친절은 하지만 청결과는 담 쌓고사는듯한 느낌을 여행내내 받았는데 여기서 처음으로 사장님은 수시로 쓸고 닦고 너무나 청결하시는것이 매우 인상적이었요. 호이안 코코마사지 강남스타일 마사지에서 2분거리에 위치해요. 가성비 최고. 엘리베이터 빼고 다만족.
