The service was excellent. The breakfast was good but the evening desert was a surprise and excellent. The property was alittle outdated.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They baked fresh cobbler and cookies and had complementary ice cream and deserts in the evening. The breakfast was nice and fresh. This met and exceeded expectations for the price and had a great location off the busy 76. Also, close to so many attractions but quiet and peaceful with easy parking just in front of our room. The beds were comfortable and just right!

There is a putt putt course right next door. A convenience store not far away and easy access to the main strip.

Stay at Brookwood

Very clean friendly and very nice staff and accommodating. Breakfast was Gooood and the cookies and cobblers were delightful at night.

Very quiet and clean

Older hotel with no elevator to the 2nd floor. OK for the price but not what I was expecting with a 9 star rating. That's not on the hotel.

A very family friendly experience. A present stay for adults and families. The breakfast was very good.

Second time staying there in recent months, really enjoyed the stay. Late night dessert bar is a real plus. Will stay again!

Quiet little hotel. Good breakfast and evening dessert. Friendly staff. Convenient to activities on the strip without the noise and traffic. Minigolf course next door that is fun.

Wonderful Value

Fantastic! Very clean, comfortable, and excellent value. The staff was very friendly. They gave us homemade cobbler every night along with ice cream. I would stay here again and again.

The motel was in reason good shape for the age of the property. Staff was great, very courteous.

Really wonderful Inn! The room was very clean. It had a nice TV, mini fridge, iron and ironing board as well as a hair dryer. Even had free WiFi! The breakfast was typical but good. They had dessert every night from 9pm to 11pm. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Definitely would and will stay again!

Amazing people they make your stay unforgettable.

Our stay was amazing and my husband and I are already talking about a return visit. The dessert at night was delicious and the breakfast was delicious! Coffee machine in upper part of lobby being open from 7am to 11pm was just perfect for me and my hubby. Comfortable beds and refrigerator in the room was a big plus. Stay here you won't be sorry.

Very nice, comfortable room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only thing I didn’t like was the dining area was upstairs, no elevator. As a senior with bad knee, we only went up there twice, but other than that, we were well pleased and will return.

It's been better. The stairs are a beast when on third floor and wanting a cup of ice. Both days the breakfast had run out of food.

Our family had a great visit. Our rooms where very clean, quite, and the breakfast was good. My kids enjoyed the nightly deserts they offered. We will be back.

Surprised

Family that runs this hotel are friendly and hardworking. Daily cleaning is not the norm any more but they are on it. We will definitely stay there again! I have to admit when I drove up and noticed the rooms were opened to the outside rather than inside but was pleasantly surprised by the inside.

Nice place with friendly staff. Room was clean and nicely arranged. Got the room at a discounted rate from expedia so it was well worth the amount I paid. Breakfast was decent for the amount I paid. Late night snack bar was a nice touch with cookies, warm cobbler, and ice cream.

This was my second time staying here. I had a great first experience last year and knew I would come back. Last year’s room was definitely better than this one, but still ok for what we needed. It’s very affordable and though it’s not fancy and does not have all the things we like, the price was definitely right for what we wanted to spend for this particular trip and it had what we needed for a two night stay. Plenty of clean towels were in the room, the bed, although not the comfiest, was made to work with great pillows. Crevices between furnitures needed vacuumed. Breakfast was fine with a nice selection and the dessert after hours was good and appreciated! I will definitely stay again and hope some slight improvements can be made that won’t increase the price too much.

Wow, for the price it is a gem that I would use everytime I come to Branson which is often. Leigh was amazing and very hospitable the entire evening we checked in to the hotel! She is a top notch employee!

The room was clean and the staff was excellent. We not only had a good breakfast, but they also served a wonderful dessert in the evening, which was something we have never experienced at another hotel. If we go back to Branson another time, I am quite sure that we would love to stay at the Brookwood again!!!

Brookwood Inn-Clean, Comfortable Stay near Strip

Enjoyed our stay. Clean, comfortable. Breakfast was good. Rooms need more plugs and USB ports, and also a microwave in each room. The "dessert" bar is basically vanilla/chocolate ice cream cups and cookies.

Lovely place, excellent rates, cleanest little hotel. I lived everything about it.

Staff were super nice. It’s relatively close to everything you want to do in Branson!

Weekend Getaway

Motel was decent, clean, and affordable. Staff was friendly. Location was great. Refrigerator in room was nice. Breakfast was adequate with scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, waffles, cereal, yogurt, bagels, and toast. Lobby door was locked early one night so no snack. Would stay again.

Complimentary cobbler & ice cream dessert, cookies and variety of coffees in evening and hot breakfast in morning includes a fair variety of breakfast items like cereal, waffles, scrambled eggs, toast, sausage and biscuit a gravy . Very nice staff. This is not a fancy new hotel. But it is a well maintained simple hotel. Location is close to everything. Price and condition was very fair compared to competition.

Great place

Great place to stay, rooms were clean and staff were friendly. Someone came and gave us fresh towels every day and made sure the beds were made and trash was taken out. Breakfast was decent and the dessert at night was a nice add on.

The room was clean and basically an average room. We stayed for a few days and it was just fine. The beds were a bit worn out to me, but I slept well anyway. The breakfast was good and the free dessert and ice cream every night was awesome!

This was our third stay this year. Went to Silver Dollar City Thursday evening and we do not like to drive home at night. It was nice to have our place to stay so close by. Everything is always nice and clean and the parking lot is very well lit.

The room was clean and comfortable for the price. The property could use some updating. I could hear running and bumping in the room above mine. That's the only thing I didn't like. There is a dog in the lobby area which I was not expecting and the dog jumping on me. I suggest not keeping a dog in the lobby and you cook food in there and some people don't want to be greeted by a dog running and jumping on them. Besides the bumping and running in the rooms above me, it was a nice stay for one night for the price.

We noticed that the towels are starting to show signs of use( frayed edges), very rough from too much bleach. Kleenex box emptied on Tuesday, was never replaced. It took a while for the water to get hot for showers. This has not happened before.

This is the second time we have stayed here this year and it's a great place to stay after a day of running around Branson. We don't always feel like driving two hours to get home after a busy day. It is very affordable, clean, and quiet. We are planning another stay before Christmas when we go to SDC.

Overall a great place to stay. The staff were very friendly. The rooms had comfortable beds and overall were clean. However, the corners of the bathroom counters had dust collecting and the edges around the room were VERY dusty.

Great price for the location. Clean & quiet. I love that it's close enough to the main road but to avoid traffic, it's such a perfect spot.

Somewhat disappointed. Room was ok. People at the frontdesk seemed to hide in office. Stopped by and had to repeatedly ring bell to get someone to come out. Returned late after attending a show and found that our smoke alarm was beeping. Front desk gave me a battery which I replaced. She offered to call maintenance, but being late it was easier and quicker to do myself. While the breakfast was good. The breakfast area was up two flight of steps. With no elevator. My wife has serious back issues. This should be on your profile.

We have stayed here several times the property is well maintained.. very clean.. The Breakfast is very good.. The staff is very friendly..And a plus about Brookwood they have ice cream and cobbler and cookies in the evening after 9: o’clock .. You can’t go wrong here..

Great value! Clean, comfortable and convenient. Nightly desserts were a nice touch. Friendly and pleasant staff.

Breakfast was delicious, as was the nightly cobbler. There is an adorable dog named Lilly that is onsite in the reception area and my kids adored her. Rooms were very clean and parking was right out front of our door. No hills and very little traffic, so getting in and out of the hotel was very easy. We will be back!

Vaca stay

Great room at great price. Was quiet and had a putt putt coarse next door that was awesome. Would def stay at again. Breakfast was awesome and dessert in the evenings was so good! Room was older but clean.

Old and dated hotel.

The hotel was clean but dated. It was worth the money but nothing special. Breakfast was not desirable and we only had it one of three days. The bathtub actually had a major crack in it and I know was leaking profusely. Lastly the tv was nice but didn’t get channels list said were available. With all the pros and cons I would say I would not stay there again.

Property is in a good, central location in Branson. There was hardly ever anyone available at the front desk and they were not very friendly. While a computer is available in the lobby, no printer is connected. Breakfast is offered everyday, but it is the same menu everday. Rooms were clean but need some updating and upkeep.

Won’t stay here again.

I requested a ground level room when I booked a long time ago but did not get it. Beds are hard and uncomfortable. There was a very strong curry smell as we entered into the dining area. The location was quiet and the cobbler each night was good.

Location and friendliness of the staff

Staff was all extremely friendly! Was a bit noisy. We could hear other guests talking outside our door & going up and down the stairs.

Leigh did a great job at check-in, since I asked if I could change my queen-bed reservation to a king-bed, and because a king had just came open, she switched my reservation.

We enjoyed the nightly desserts and the morning breakfasts. The location was great and the facility itself was clean and very well kept. We only had one negative issue. The hair dryer in our room did not work. It wouldn’t turn on but smelled like an electrical fire. My husband called the front desk and was told a new one would be delivered right away to our room. By the next day we still hadn’t gotten it replaced so we had to go down and get it ourselves.

Loved staying here. Beds were super comfy pillows were super comfy as well. Would like to know where they came from I’d like some for home 😂but the desert at night won my daughter and grandpa over they absolutely loved the ice cream and cookies and cobbler it was a nice touch. We definitely will be coming back in the future ☺️

Breakfast was terrible. Juice drinks were watery. No taste. Coffee machines didn’t seem to be hygienic clean. Other food items looked & tasted old or stored for next day. Not much choice there. Not even any fresh fruit.
