The staff were great, nothing was too much trouble. The room possibly a little on the small size(even for a single). Dining room was beautifully presented, and the breakfast was of a very high standard, and plentiful(more than enough, even for the heartiest of appetites!) I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone looking for good quality accomodation in Blackpool at reasonable cost

I stayed here for 5 nights end of June, was given a single room on the ground floor which was ideal for me no stairs to clime, although very small was not a problem for me. The best thing for me during my stay was the excellent free breakfast which i enjoyed every morning was very filling to start the day, Would definitely stay here again.

Location, great, fab breakfast..lovley Hosts

The Brooklyn hotel is easy reach from Wilton Parade tram or bus stop The Hosts Zyta & Maciek were welcoming and lovley, we staying in one of there newly renovated rooms on the ground floor which was a good sized withroom wet room shower ,small double bed which was really comfy, the only gripe would be the curtains need to be replaced with blackout ones, there was no road noise at all. The breakfast was served from 8.30am cereals ,juice on offer, with a fantastic cooked breakfast, bacon sausage beans toms fried bread, bust you can alter with poached or scrambled eggs, mushrooms hash brown and also you get toast, tea or coffee, set us up for the day. The hotel is being slowly renovated...we will definitely be using this hotel again get yourselfs a tram & bus ticket day 3 day or weekly well worth it.

Beautiful and clean room , plenty of space , comfy bed ( although a little small ) very quiet . The breakfast was excellent , staff very friendly . Tram stop just at the end of the road . All round , no complaints

Great size room for 2 adults and 2 tall teenagers! Lovely walk along the seafront into the main part of Blackpool. Staff were really welcoming and breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Will definitely return.

Can recommend this hotel, nice quiet location. The owners are really lovely, I had a single room so it was pretty basic but clean with the comfiest bed I have had in any place I have stayed at in Blackpool.

Friendly and quiet.

Fantastic weekend stay

The room was immaculately clean and the breakfast was fantastic. Great for children too. My only 'complaint' is there is only one pillow for each person, but maybe i should have requested another. It was late at night though before I noticed. Free parking. No noise for sleeping. The hosts were amazingly helpful. Highly recommended.

Great stay!

The owners are lovely and the hotel is very clean, the room was small but had everything we needed. Up a lot of narrow, steep steps which was fine for us but something to be aware of! The breakfast was really good and they catered brilliantly for gluten free.

Friendly couple running the hotel which is 30 seconds from Wilton Parade tram stop so ideal for getting in and out of the centre. Room was clean but breakfast was top notch. Great value and would stay again..

Lovely little hotel

Fabulous little hotel, brilliant service. Breakfast was lovely and just enough. Full english breakast and they even made hot chocolate for my boys. Room was decent size, extremely comfortable.

We thought our stay was lovely,hotel was spotless,staff were so kind and couldn’t do enough for you. One of the best breakfasts we’ve had in a hotel and already looking forward to booking again.

We had a great stay in the Brooklyn Hotel. We slept very well and the breakfast was second to none. We would love to stop again the next time we come to Blackpool

A great place to stay. The owners are very welcoming and do everything possible to make your stay a good one. Comfortable bed and there was an extra heater in the room just incase it felt cold. Delicious breakfast with plenty of choice. I’d stay here again.

Very nice staff,excellent breakfast,very clean, only disappointment was that the bar was closed after walking through the lights i would have liked an end of night relaxing drink.

Fabulous Brooklyn hotel

Fabulous clean and comfy hotel.. we had the family room and out girls loved having their own room. Breakfast was hot and delicious NOTHING was to much trouble, will definitely be back..maybe with out the kids next time ❤️

Brooklyn hotel

Fantastic host's,rooms spotless and comfortable.Great breakfast.Free parking.

Lot of protential with little efforts.

Staff and breakfast nice. The room had seen better days. Lock broken on bathroom which had a damp smell. Bed comfy . Wardrobe had missing/chipped paint all on the doors, 3 of the of the 4 handles on wardrobe draw/door missing. In attick bedroom so dad had to duck to get through and hes only 5'8. Hotel has a lot of potential if a small amount of time was taken on presentation.

Disappointed

Upstairs rooms. Hot and cold Tap water and shower pressure very pure, unable to wash face, unable to have a shower due to no water coming out (hot nor cold) had to wait over an hour. Looked like people in th rooms below had finish with showers and then the water started come in taps. Think god it was only one night.

Spacious

Spacious room and the breakfast was lovely. Slight issue with the bathroom door as it wouldn’t stay shut/lock but didn’t impact the quality of the stay

Blackpool stay

Lovely small hotel near the front in Blackpool. Convenient but in a quieter part and not too noisy. Lovely owners, very good price, great decor and great breakfast. Will definitely go back if in Blackpool again!!

Great hotel option

I took my 3 kids to Blackpool and stayed in a family room it was clean, spacious and the beds very comfortable. Excellent breakfast I would stay again and reccomend it. free on street parking The tram stop is 1 minute away.

Little gem hidden this place

Very welcoming place. The room was perfect for a quick one night stay and excellent fast service in the morning with a lovely breakfast. Will be returning there very soon and recommend to everyone

Great little B&B.

An amazing couple who own this B&B. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful nothing was too much for them. Breakfast was amazing full english breakfast, you could also have a variety of different cereals that was on offer. Room was clean and tidy. You can walk into the town or hop on and off the tram.

Lovely feel about the hotel as soon as we entered to check in. Owners were lovely and made sure we had a wonderful stay. Rooms very clean and beds very comfy. Superb breakfast. Will definitely rebook to stay here again.

Comfortable hotel and great service

Really great hotel - very pleased with our stay. Owner very friendly and welcoming and keen to please. Parking on road was free but owner moved his car to allow me to park on the back of the hotel so it was out of the way. Room was comfortable and clean - no complaints although the mattress was a little too soft and marshmallow like LOL! Breakfast was good and plentiful. Location was very close to the tram stop so very convenient. Highly recommended and will return.
