love the place. excellent staff

My friend and I stayed at this hotel for two nights while attending the Christmas market. Although the markets were located the in the center of town, the hotel was very conveniently located on a direct tram line, which the front desk staff were very helpful in providing instructions on how to use. The hotel is very nice and decorated like a hunting lodge. The room itself is comfortable. It should be noted, however, that if you're sharing a room with someone other than an intimate partner, the door on the bathroom is glass and completely see-through - a fact my friend and I were not aware of beforehand...very awkward. Lol The hot mulled wine on arrival was a nice touch.

Do your research.

I would recommend anyone staying at the hotel does their research on where the hotel is located. It’s not in the centre and the neighbourhood seems questionable. The room stank of cigarettes. We checked in and checked out within 30 mins (paying in full for our room) and found a city centre hotel for just a little more than the Brit in terms of price.

The room was amazing, we had a surprise upgrade and the towel warmer and robes were fantastic. However, we ordered wine that was listed at 5,80e and it ended up being 20e on our bill.

All in all the hotel was clean, quiet, modern and had very helpful staff. I do feel that the price I paid (over €700) for a “deluxe double” for 2 nights did not show in the quality of the room and hotel. On arrival I had to ask reception after going up to the room to change the bed as it was two singles, there were no glass, mugs or spoons for tea and coffee, only paper ones. No milk for tea or coffee and no fridge either. For what you get it’s extremely over priced and the room doesn’t reflect the price. Overall not very happy with the cost of the hotel. If you’re going to charge a premium, actual glasses and mugs would be nice, not disposable paper cups

Well located hotel with a good breakfast

Pros: Friendly service, good selection for breakfast, close to tram at walking distance. In 20min you are in the old city in Petite France neighborhood Cons: quadruple room: sofa bed was not comfortable - I recommend to request a room with single beds a double bed instead so that everyone is comfortable. We were on the last floor (the fifth) and being it the winter the heater was on and was quite loud and with high vibrations. We had an incendent where the shampoo dispenser in the bathroom was filled with vinegar! My father had a nice surprise when he was the first one to use the shower! The manager had the bottle dispenser refilled straight away but it surely made the stay not as agreeable as we expected it to be. We hope that this incident has made the hotel management change their cleaning protocol so that future guests do not have that experience.

The AC was broken so the room was beyond hot and stifling. There was also a clear glass door on the bathroom. The staff was incredibly friendly and tried to help but the room never cooled down.

Great hotel but not downtown

Overall, great experience at this hotel. It was clean and comfortable and a great deal for the price! However, be aware this hotel is NOT near the old town area of the city. It is right across from a train station and it was easy enough to get downtown, but not in a charming or cute area of Strasbourg. We were grateful to save some money though.

Good location

Perfect distance to walk to nearby metro station. Room was comfortable and staff was great.

Good place with the convenience of a garage in situs. Even though there is a tram station just in front of the hotel, it is still a bit far from the center. There are also limited dinning options around after dark. However, when everything is put in balance the place is a very good value.

lovely 😊 modern hotel .

Lovely hotel. Ideally placed next to the tram 🚃 which picks up every ten minutes and takes you to the centre of Strasbourg. Staff were very friendly and couldn’t do enough to help . Would stay there again highly recommended.

Hotel was quaint, clean and the staff was very friendly. Dinner in the restaurant was delicious!

The bathroom design was poor and lacked privacy. There was a clear glass wall and sliding door which fully exposed the inside of the bathroom. The beds were a bit uncomfortable.

Calm, clean and peaceful

It was neat and clean. Though a bit distant from the center you could reach in one tram ride. We enjoyed the calm after walking in the busy tourdstic areas.

C’est inadmissible, J’ai annulé mon séjour, le lendemain de la réservation soit une semaine avant la date de séjour. J’ai reçu un sms que mon annulation a bien été prise en compte Mais j’ai quand même était débiter sur mon compte. C’est honteux.

Hôtel excentré du centre ville en pleine zone industrielle et commerciale. Entre Auchan et Kiabi... Chambre : pas d eau fraiche. 2 sachets de café qui se battent en duel. Pas de frigo. Pas de peignoir de bain. Porte qu il faut claquer énergiquement pour être sur qu elle est bien fermée. Seul point positif : parking extérieur gratuit. A ce prix et pour la qualité de la chambre je n y retournerai pas. Sdb : utiliser votre propre gel douche celui de la sdb est vissé et coincé contre le mur de la douche. Économies sur tout...

La chambre est grande et belle et propre en revanche ne venez pas dans cet hôtel en espérant avoir un restaurant qui vous servira au mieux ainsi qu'un petit déjeuner sympathique et copieux cette partie de l'hôtel est catastrophique le personnel est irrespectueux et à 20h50 vous vous faites envoyer bouler si vous avez envie de dîner. Concernant le petit déjeuner à la salle est tellement petite par rapport au nombre de chambres que pour accéder au buffet aux heures de pointe c'est un combat et non pas un plaisir

Das Hotel ist einfach klasse - geschmackvoll eingerichtet, tolles Ambiente, superfreundliches Personal. Sehr gute und leckere Auswahl beim Frühstücksbuffet, tolle Atmosphäre. Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen und kann es absolut weiter empfehlen :-).

Unfriendly response when I asked to checkin before their checkin time. Hotel safe did not work, wIFI super slow. Advertised bar opening completely wrong.

從入住開始到退房共四天三夜，wifi一直是壞的，無法使用，這對出外旅行但又有商務需要處理的人造成非常大的不便，飯店人員只推託說壞了，已找人修理，但一直沒有下文，自己買的sim卡在飯店又收訊不良，實在是非常另人失望的飯店；另外，飯店的清潔人員清潔非常草率，連沐浴乳沒有了都不補充，清潔人員的服務另人失望。

Superbe et chaleureux

4 étoiles trés abordable , décorations superbes , mobilier tapisserie ,accessoires tout est chaleureux . Les motifs muraux en adéquation avec la dénomination "Lodge" ,matériaux des chambres de bonne qualité . Superbe ! Personnel trés agréable et très serviable. L'emplacement de cet hôtel dans la proche banlieue n'est pas superbe . Mais le centre de Strasbourg est accessible en 10 minutes grâce au tramway qui passe devant l'hôtel. Je recommande fortement cet hotel. Si le parking extérieur de l'hôtel est plein ( 10 places) il existe un parking souterrain a 8 euros la journée.

Richtig liebe Rezeptionistin, obwohl sie meinten keine Bademäntel zu haben, haben sie uns doch welche aufgetrieben. Frühstück per Zimmerservice fiel viel zu klein auf für zwei Personen. Aber sehr lieb und gingen auf alle Wünsche ein. Essen im Restaurant nicht getestet, jedoch sehr gut besucht. Das Viertel wirkte recht unbesucht, zum Zentrum dauert es mit der Bahn, die direkt vor der Tür abfährt, etwa 15 Minuten.

Bon état mais la chambre chauffée à 18 degrés, odeur d'urine dans la salle de bain, brosse à WC baignée dans son jus.

Wir waren für eine Nacht zu Gast in diesem Hotel und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Frühstück könnte etwas grösszügiger gestaltet sein. Was allerdings eher dem Land als dem Hotel zuzuschreiben wäre.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Sogar in deutscher Sprache. Wer, wie wir, kein Französisch spricht kommt ansonsten mit Englisch ganz gut zurecht. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig, sauber und ordentlich. Alles ist sehr neu und modern. Uns störte nur die transparente Badtür...... Das Frühstück kostet 14 Euro und ist recht gut, aber nicht perfekt. Ein Highlight ist die Saftpresse für Orangensaft.

Avignon, en underbar småstad med härlig atmosfär.

Hotellet var mycket enkelt med fräscha, men väldigt små rum. Ett bra hotell att övernatta en eller ett par dagar eftersom Avignon är en väldigt mysig stad, väl värd att besöka. Ett plus för poolen och bastun samt ett helt ok gym. Inlåst parkeringsplats.

Sehr schönes Hotel. Das Zimmer war schön und sauber. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr reichhaltig und hat viel Auswahl zu bieten. Direkt am Hotel ist eine Straßenbahnhaltestellt, sodass man in 15 Minuten in Straßburg Mitte ist.

Die junge Frau am Empfang war super freundlich und konnte auch etwas Deutsch sprechen :-)

Séjour très agréable, personnel très réceptif, mobilier et literie de qualité. Un hôtel fort sympathique où je n’hésiterai pas à revenir.

C'étaitg vraiment top, proche de l'arrêt, proche du Zenith, vraiment super classe et chaleureux, les chambres nickel les lits grave confortables, chambres insonorisées, personnel au top, le seul bémol c'est le petit dej très limité pour le prix (14€ pour exactement le même choix que dans un Ibis) mais je recommande.

Excellent, but weird bathroom

Clean. Friendly staff. Quite area. Extra charge for secured parking. One uncomfortable thing is that you can easily look at the bathroom through its transparent door. There is no privacy even though you are in the bathroom . I do not understand what kind of concept it is. If you stay alone there is no problem.

Hotel proche de l'autoroute et accès facile en voiture au centre de Strasbourg. Literie confortable. Salle de bain horrible : Cheveux collés sur le mur (cheveux d'une ancienne cliente), rideaux de douche trop petit -> Salle de bain inondée après chaque douche. Service client nul ! Aucune indication sur le prix du petit dej, découverte au checkout que le parking était payant (alors que sur le site hotel.com il est marqué comme gratuit !!)
